**What do you like best about Minerva?**

Minerva is perfect for keeping client records and managing paperwork. It efficiently separates the documentation of clients and makes the distribution and reference procedure easier. All of the data is stored on the cloud, making it safe and convenient to access for my needs.

**What do you dislike about Minerva?**

No issue as of now. Still implementing it.

**What problems is Minerva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Minerva is a time saver. There will be no more screenshots or arrows to make documentation more difficult. Clients can get the instructions the first time.
