What do you like best about MineralTree?

Mineral Tree saves me a great deal of time by capturing all invoices data; all I have to do is verify and submit to QB. The best part about Mineral Tree is the quality of their customer service. Any time that I've had a problem arise, their team has done an incredible job at addressing it quickly and effectively. What do you like best about MineralTree?

Mineral Tree is a great software for paperless accounting. Everything you need from posting to paying is at your fingertips. Very efficient and easy to use. Invoices are accurately captured and very minimal work is left for the accounting individual to do after. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MineralTree?

Can't really say there is much that is not helpful in Mineral Tree. I have yet to encounter any downsides to using Mineral Tree. If there is anything I would like to see is a shorter waiting time for incoming invoices to be ready for posting within the same day of receiving them in the software. Mineral Tree has made my work more efficient and time saving. No need for paper trails and vendors are able to send invoices directly to our mineral tree email. It has allowed us to become a paperless department when it comes to invoices in our accounting department. We are able to keep our files in our system as opposed to a file cabinet. "User Friendly AP Software"

What do you like best about MineralTree?

Mineral Tree is very user friendly, organized and the approval process. I can process invoices quicker and receive the approvals needed. I love that I can see the invoice right there in the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MineralTree?

What do you like best about MineralTree?

OCR makes volume-based AP easy. Can effectively run AP with few people. There is robust reporting that can be exported to Excel and used for data review. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MineralTree?

The filters and screen leave some space to be desired. I'd like to be able to filter by how many reviewers or approvers are left. Additionally, the screen makes it hard to see the invoice as it gets squished down. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about MineralTree?

Not able to run an Open Invoice report for a specific day. Also, the sync function between MineralTree and Intacct can at times have issues, not always easy to resolve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Daily AP Made Easier with Mineraltree"

What do you like best about MineralTree?

I wish the PO function was easier to decipher. Sometimes green and red look the same for people who are color blind. Also, I wish errors would show up in the search function. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The ONLY AP System with a 2-way sync with QuickBooks Desktop"

What do you like best about MineralTree?

As an outsourced accounting firm, speed and convenience is key when it comes to paying client bills. Setting up new vendors, especially 1099 vendors is best done inside QuickBooks. Entering bills is the fastest in QuickBooks vs. entering them in an outside product. We work as we normally do in the accounting and then Mineral Tree is out approval and paying system. What do you dislike about MineralTree?

The checks are thin and many vendors have tossed them as they do not look real. We also do not like the Vendor name printing on the envelope since our vendor names contain misc info such as "Needs W9" or "W9=Scorp" The name in the address field should be fine for this purpose. Attaching images to bills is clunky with too many clicks, but they are working to improve this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Managing payables took a lot of effort and attention prior to having MineralTree. After implementing MineralTree, AP became a breeze and I was confident that bills were getting approved and we had a solid audit trail.
