The most helpful aspect of MT for our business has been the user interface for members of our organization who are not in Finance. Prior to our implementation, all invoices were routed through an approval workflow in Netsuite, which our users did not like. The biggest downside for us has been that Transfermate transit times have made it somewhat prohibitive for us to use MT for our international and domestic wire payments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Mineral Tree has an incredibly responsive customer support team. Anytime that an issue pops up all you need to do is put in a ticket with a description on what is going wrong, and they will respond to that ticket within the same day. I love the ease of contacting their support team! Aside from that the ease of using their site for invoice payment is great- it is user friendly and easy to train new hires on. Mineral Tree does have a couple of flaws, it could be with the desktop app that we connect Mineral Tree with. There are occasions where our invoices do not pull through correctly or get stuck and we are unable to do anything with them. They are pushy about moving vendors to virtual credit card payment, often with negative results. Also, our transfer to a different ERP was not perfect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would say the online approval of invoices (so easy for everyone) and skipping the data entry are the two best things for us. I only wish we had implemented it sooner! It has saved our payables processor so much time. I can't forget that we never have to file another piece of paper or stuff another envelope with a payment.
