**What do you like best about Mindmatrix PRM?**

Mindmatrix stock features are good as is for most programs. We were able to integrate our custom applications for a single environment solution for our Partners. Add elements like a learning management system, all the marketing insight we need, and ability for our teams to more effectively manage their area of the business in a single subscription and we are beyond pleased with our decision.  Working with Maria and Shane have been the bonus to launch and manage the implementation thus far!

**What do you dislike about Mindmatrix PRM?**

No PRM is perfect, so being able to customize some elements requires submitting a ticket for response or additional development  That being said, most of what we can customize is sufficient to serve Partners. The time waiting on some tickets is not ideal nor is the order in which tickets are worked.  When this occurs, we contact our account team for assistance to help resolve or escalate for priority.

**What problems is Mindmatrix PRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We initially started with multiple systems to interact and transact business with us.  From informational, marketing, training, quoting, ordering, and portals, the entry points were numerous.  While we have not combined every single one of those, we have combined several using Mindmatrix.  Now all onboarding, training, communications, marketing and co-marketing, pre-sales info, guides, rate cards, and more are found in this single platform.  We will continue to approach a single entry point for Partners, but for now, this has greatly improved how we manage our program.

**What do you like best about Mindmatrix PRM?**

The key to the success of the Mindmatrix platform is in the relationship built up over time with our consultant, Zeba Parveen. There is a genuine concern for our success from the entire Mindmatrix team, but it is the one-to-one meetings that we have monthly with Zeba that set the stage for a successful outcome.  Like anything, the more effort put in place on our end, the better the results.  We've been with Mindmtrix for years, and have every intention to keep them as an integral part of our marketing outreach.

**What do you dislike about Mindmatrix PRM?**

That there are not enough hours in the day to implement even half of the suggestions and insightful encouragement of the MindMatrix team

**What problems is Mindmatrix PRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using the Mindmatrix platform has helped with our brand awareness through the effective distribution of IT industry-related content. This platform has allowed us to focus on our client engagement without getting mired in maintaining an ongoing social-media and email drip campaign. The sales coaching has helped encourage us to think outside the box and approach those areas that are likely to have a higher yield, spending less time moving in directions that end up being counterproductive.

**What do you like best about Mindmatrix PRM?**

The personal touch where there's a monthly call that keeps the system running properly for you is key to success.  In our case, our partner rop, Himanshu, helps us out not only with Mindmatrix utility maximization, but also helps us think of ways to do more using the platform (i.e. create event registration pages that use the Mindmatrix CRM, or create newsletter based on Blog Content already on our website).  

It also helps that the content created for the marketing pieces constantly is updated.  There is PLENTY of content to start any Drip campaign to prospects and customers alike.

**What do you dislike about Mindmatrix PRM?**

The inner workings of any CRM are difficult (like content publishing / editing) and that's probably the most frustrating thing with Mindmatrix's platform as well.  It's not bad, just has a learning curve, like anything else.  This is mitigated through the assistance provided by your marketing  account rep and the support team, as they will also generate content with / for you.

**What problems is Mindmatrix PRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The platform helps us stay top of mind in Social Media with its automated posting in addition to standard email Drip marketing.  We've found that this engagement helps most with Inside Sales (upselling / cross selling) by keeping us top of mind.  While folks may not have a question about the emailed topic, receiving newsletters from us reminds them of other situations and projects we could be useful for.

**What do you like best about Mindmatrix PRM?**

I find the support from our Sales Enablement consultants has been pivotal to getting value from MindMatrix.  We've been insistent on having consultants that understand what we are trying to do and ensure we get value and even now I feel we have more distance to travel as we ramp up - frankly MSPs like ours have to use sales and maketing automation, and whether its MindMatrix or a competitor doesnt change that - MindMatrix interfaces with the LOB software we use, ConnectWise and thats important

**What do you dislike about Mindmatrix PRM?**

I do have a number of things I'd like to see change so this is a download intended to help the crew at Mindmatrix make things better.
a)  They reassure me about security but I'm still anxious about it, and the lack of 2FA at this time (it is on the roadmap) is a symptom of my concern.
b)   The Sales Enablement consultants vary in knowledge and ability.  Over the time we have been with MindMatrix we have experienced some with no idea, but also a couple who are just brilliant,  Its probably improper to name names but our current consultant and her predecessor have been amazing.  Really really good, but I think they have had to spend time undoing some of the work from consultants before them
c)  Sometimes their support team can be a little slow and show little intuition.  With a great consultant, this doesn't matter but that relies on the consultant,.

We are using Mindmatrix to extend our sales reach, personalised eDMs, scheduled social media content and email drip sequences - marketigg automation.  We are yet to unlock the sales automation

**What do you like best about Mindmatrix PRM?**

Mindmatrix's content that is available to use is helpful. It saves us a lot of time when we need to get a blog post or email campaign sent out. I also appreciate the monthly support calls and the support team. They're typically willing to help whenever needed; however, their turnaround times are not quick and usually take anywhere between 1-2 days for a response. It's also relatively inexpensive to the other email marketing platforms out there, BUT you get what you pay for!

**What do you dislike about Mindmatrix PRM?**

Because the support team takes so long to get back to a ticket, I always try to use the chat feature, but it is very rarely active, and since the pandemic has started, it's been "offline" almost every time I've tried to use it. The overall software of Mindmatrix runs very slow. The customization is very basic and since a lot of the content and whitepapers are used among every company that uses Mindmatrix, adding any personalization or editing the whitepapers require a significant amount of time. You then have to edit the landing pages that are associated to the whitepapers, which is not an intuitive process either. The reporting received from Mindmatrix is controversial. I'm often times finding myself verifying the number of contacts within my lists to the number of "Sends" and "Delivered" and "bounced" because it doesn't match to what our CRM says. The support team is helpful and is willing to do almost anything you ask of them, but be sure to send as specific requests as possible with screenshots. I've spent hours trying to deliver a message about the design of a landing page and how it needed to match our other landings pages in terms of formatting and text, but until I screenshotted and highlighted everything that needed done, it was a mess. The content that IS included with the subscription has quite a few typos, so if you do choose to use their content, make sure you double check for spelling and grammar mistakes. Editing emails is not as easy as it should be. I've found the best solution is to have a couple different templates created and to keep duplicating those to reuse for new emails.

Mindmatrix allows us to send communication to our clients and prospects quickly (usually).

Their support is their finest feature.  I have yet to experience an issue where someone wasn't able to correct the problem nor did I have to wait a few days like other providers - looking at you Connectwise and Kaseya.

Small quibble.  I wish they had other CPaaS providers outside of just Twilio support.

**Recommendations to others considering Mindmatrix PRM:**

Have all your contacts, leads and companies sorted.   If you don't, it will be hard to take advantage of the email campaigns.

The business case for using MM is their integration with Connectwise Manage and ability to run social media and email marketing that is content specific to MSPs.

We have been using the platform for well over a year now and have significantly learned the power within the analytics and exercises outlined within the playbooks. We would highly recommend it to the online marketing novice with little direction and insight. Here is a system that does it all for you.

We had some concerns due to staffing changes and engagement at first but once paired with the right resource the experience has improved threefold.

In the absence of doing anything at all, this would be the easiest way to engage potential businesses online and engage them in a way that requires a small amount of time to what may amount as a large return for the effort.

I guess if I had to come up with something I would say that collateral doesn't match 100% of our offerings.

We are solving marketing automation, which the hardest part is creating materials.  MindMatrix helps us through our marketing automation.

**What do you like best about Mindmatrix PRM?**

Love the concierge service to set up the automation of email and social media. Since our blog is incompatible with automation, obtaining content to paste in is easy enough. I gather what matches the running campaigns while on a call with my account rep and a blog can be added in 30 minutes or less. My account rep is top of their game with excellent follow through.

Our contacts come from active connections only (I don't purchase lists,) but the info is being read and getting follow-through. The social media and blog activity is helping our site to be found and contacts made from there. My PSA tool automatically updates the lists used for automation and segmentation.

Reports and metrics are useful.

**What do you dislike about Mindmatrix PRM?**

Sometimes the blog content has spelling, grammar or punctuation errors. When there is an issue, support has not always been as responsive, but my account rep has gotten things sorted in the end.

I know one of our vendors, Datto, uses the platform. It would be wonderful if I had access to their content from my primary account so it could be included in our campaigns.

**What problems is Mindmatrix PRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a small MSP, outreach for new clients and nurturing existing leads has been difficult. Marketing can take a LOT of time. This has helped us bridge a gap. Having regularly updated blog content and active social media has helped with SEO. We've had some recent growth which I attribute to this activity.

**What do you like best about Mindmatrix PRM?**

The most helpful thing about Mindmatrix is marketing consultant, Himanshu Rana.  He always takes the time to answer any questions we have about our marketing campaigns.  He offers the best advice to help drive more people to our website and increase our customer base.  If we are having trouble navigating the portal, he makes himself available to show us the best approach to get the information we need.

**What do you dislike about Mindmatrix PRM?**

I wish it were possible to bulk edit some client info.  For example,  if we have a salesperson leave and need to reassign the contact to someone new it can be time-consuming to go in and change them one by one.

Keeping our services fresh in people's minds is very important when they are deciding on a service provider.  Mindmatrix helps capture prospective client data and allows us to send them great content they are interested in reading.

**What do you like best about Mindmatrix PRM?**

Definitely like having a consultant who understands how the software works interact with us on a regular basis - this forces us to work on marketing even when we feel we are too busy to give it proper attention. The automated system makes it easy to setup up  and run campaigns. Pre-written social posts, blog posts, and emails save us time and effort. Integration with ConnectWise Manage makes it easy to track interactions.

**What do you dislike about Mindmatrix PRM?**

Content groups are sometimes named in ways that make determining the underlying content confusing. Blog posts usually need tweaking to make the wording / syntax sound "professional", and sometimes contain obvious typos, etc.

We weren't doing any marketing on a consistent basis, so this is keeping us in front of customers and prospects with relevant information.

MindMatrix has excellent content available for utilizing within a company that does not always have time to create the content themselves. They provide helpful monthly webinars, great customer service, and make every effort to meet requested deadlines. The tracking of client information for Sales and Reporting purposes is invaluable.

**What do you dislike about Mindmatrix PRM?**

Not having the ability to re-activate social media accounts automatically is always a bit burdensome. The occasional error with campaigns being sent out to clients also happens, which can be frustrating. Sometimes the turnaround time is longer than expected.

We are keeping in touch with our clients through MindMatrix campaigns and social media posts. We are keeping our clients informed in regards to IT updates with the content MindMatrix provides. We are able to send out important announcements clients and utilize templates for more professional quality items.

**What do you like best about Mindmatrix PRM?**

There is nothing I can point to that is good or better than any other free platform out there. I am suspicious of reviews that say the platform is great. They must not actually use it. The only thing that is mildly acceptable is their drip campaign builder, though it is not intuitive and hard for non-tech-savvy people to use.

**What do you dislike about Mindmatrix PRM?**

You will spend 3 times as much time creating an email campaign than any other platform. There is limited flexibility in building campaigns and any personalization is rudimentary at best. Support is extremely slow and bugs come up all the time. For a platform we are paying for this is about the worst software as a service I have ever used.

**What problems is Mindmatrix PRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The only thing we are using it for is mass email as all the other functionality does not work as expected. Scheduling social media posts does not work properly or post at correct times.

My Account Consultant - Himanshu Rana - is a valuable addition to my marketing team!  His continuing engagement and guidance are right on for my business model.  He recommends excellent content for our campaigns.  The client portal is easy to use and contains a lot of valuable information.

There are no downsides to using MindMatrix.

We enjoy the continued and consistent engagement with potential customers.  The ability to get current educational materials in their email mailboxes is extremely valuable.

Monthly meetings to remind us to stay on top of things.  A lot of the time we get busy and forget the action items.  Being able to forward new content/marketing material as well as ideas thats converted into a campaign.

**What do you dislike about Mindmatrix PRM?**

Sometimes it takes awhile for leads to percolate but that's expected.  If the rep you are using does not stay on top of the campaigns, your scoring drops off and you can easily lose hot/high interest leads.

Lead building that otherwise would be time consuming for internal staff.  Conversion of those leads into appointments for potential sales.

Mindmatrix is the main single, completely incorporated stage offering total deals and displaying enablement for immediate and aberrant deals. Mindmatrix consolidates PRM, Channel Marketing, Asset Management, Sales Enablement, and Marketing Automation for the total enablement of your deals and advertising groups. This brought together stage makes you through each stride in the business cycle from lead to income, empowering your business channels to sell more, faster. There are many capacities inside the stage. You can set up different dribbles (email and social), convey messages, consider following on resources that you use, and have providing details regarding it too. Resources transferred into the stage will naturally have cobranding too - as long as you have, it set up that way. The interface is generally perfect and simple to utilize. The stage is vigorous and for those that do not have advertising assets/devices promptly accessible or a littler showcasing division, this would be incredible for them. I like the reconciliation into our CRM instrument and how it just deals with its own generally. The articles are intriguing and the substance is high caliber. The convenience. The playbook keeps us on target and causes us monitor who we have reached. The manner in which it works with CRM is truly extraordinary and again simplicity of use. MindMatrix can LITERALLY do everything without exception while remaining practical for SMBs. Mindmatrix allows you to fully enable your sales and channel teams to be effective. We have a complete view of all opportunities in the pipeline and seamlessly sync that information to our CRM for a complete view across our channel and direct sales. I had a detailed requirements document and Mindmatrix provided me with everything that I was looking for now and as we plan for the future. The one improvement that I think would be very valuable for Mindmatrix to make is a way to control versioning or document better.  Meaning I would want to upload and replace a document while maintaining the older versions.  At this point I have to re-upload and either archive, delete or de-active and asset and then upload the new version, so I lose historical statistics on the assets.

We went from using SharePoint to Mindmatrix.  As a start-up company I needed a platform that could meet your needs today and in the future. Mainly the automation and refreshing customer service experiences from my rep Megan Cramer. The asset library is valuable as well, it's saved me countless hours on content gen. I like enabling my Sales team with behavior mapping from prospects, the e-mail nurture campaign is doing well also. I could have easily got lost within the features and integrations but my main POC Megan has been on top of all of it. All of my questions have been addressed, requests processed, and nothing but a refreshing conversation once a month to look forward to in order to keep things moving forward seamlessly.

Actually everything is great, the platform covers a lot of external prospect/client facing touch points. Feature-wise, I would say the email drip campaigns is what I like best about Mindmatrix, but overall the best part is strategically collaborating with the Mindmatrix team. They’ve helped us build something special that drives value through to our partners and helps us differentiate our partner program in the market.

The admin usability has a learning curve to get the hang of building email templates and landing pages, it's not the most intuitive but at least the support and account management team make up for it with service.  Fortunately, for our users there are integrated "assist me" tools that provides step-by-step instructions which reduces the learning curve is reduced for our user community.

We were spending too much manual effort in the partner onboarding process, it was inefficient and didn’t scale as well as we needed.  We also had a lack of visibility into channel partner engagement and activity.  Lead generation campaigns were part of our partner program vision but they were difficult to implement due to the wide variety partners in our ecosystem, including some who didn't have any email platform at all.

There's a LOT of content if you pay for the content pack.  It's well worth it for a shot in the arm right out of the gate.  Also, the concierge service for onboarding and monthly meetings is really what brings it the most value.  You will be forced to use the system, and use it correctly, which is good.  Get the premium service so you can get the most out of the system and work the process.  The system can also easily add multiple additional fields which is great for customization.

**What do you dislike about Mindmatrix PRM?**

The learning curve to the interface is steep, but you do get someone to onboard with you to lessen the blow.  We've had issues with emailing Google Apps / G Suite users at times as well, which takes wind out of the efficiency.  I wish at times that we could email from our own domain.  We don't spam or send a lot of mail, so this feature would improve communication for us greatly.

Dedicate once per week to learn the software and do the onboarding during the first 6 weeks.  Don't have too many other processes/systems you're working with during the initial 6 weeks as well.  Focus and a fast implementation is key to faster success.

**What problems is Mindmatrix PRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Social Posting, Email Marketing, and following up on Sales Processes is core to how the system operates.  We have yet to reach a direct financial benefit, but the quality of our marketing materials and process have greatly improved, and we're seeing indirect benefit there with other avenues we have going on.

**What do you like best about Mindmatrix PRM?**

I am new to the MindMatrix platform, but I have used several other platforms of this nature. I enjoy the top-level customer service experience as well as the innovative, dynamic, and specialized features for our industry. It is valuable.

**What do you dislike about Mindmatrix PRM?**

Some features might be more complex if one didn't have a working knowledge or background using this kind of software. This isn't so much a problem for me. I have caught on quickly, especially with the guidance of our consultant, Kristen.

**Recommendations to others considering Mindmatrix PRM:**

This is a highly targeted sales and marketing platform. I would recommend it to anyone wanting to go to the next level with lead generation and customer relationship management. It definitely has an edge.

**What problems is Mindmatrix PRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MindMatrix helps with continuous engagement on multiple channels without a lot of ongoing effort. Different goals for different audiences can be achieved through created campaigns. These can all be tracked for efficiency to see if goals were met.

**What do you like best about Mindmatrix PRM?**

Easy to use platform. Great analytics, templates for campaigns or social drops look great and are easy to deploy or schedule. Support is responsive and very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Mindmatrix PRM?**

The only issue we have had so far was a user syncing issue which they started to work on promptly. I wish there were features that are not available but you can always get your account manager to put in a request of what you are looking for.

**What problems is Mindmatrix PRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This platform cost 1/6 of your average marketing company who uses the MindMatrix platform. 4 new clients in one week from marketing efforts.

This software is incredibly useful for organizing contacts and scheduling marketing material to go out and everything that you need is on one site.

I really do not have any negativity concerning this software to talk about.

The best system which is easy to use and with great customer support and I highly recommend it.

With this system you are able to send marketing material and blast emails to a large number of contacts easily,it has also made it easy to create custom lists for targeted messages.
