**What do you like best about MindManager?**

Highly effective, user-friendly, integrates with other Microsoft and Sharepoint services, provides both a bird's-eye and a bird's-eye perspective of your project, and encourages creative thinking.


**What do you dislike about MindManager?**

Powerful Gantt charting.It was easier to export to JCV Gannt pro 2 from Excel. Attempting to use a data range in Excel did not get the desired results.

**What problems is MindManager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Working on a project that has a lot of information flowing in and out. Assist me in keeping things in order, and provide me a more complete picture of the project and its resources, dates, priorities, tasks, progress, and linked documents that I may save in the cloud.

**What do you like best about MindManager?**

Simplicity AND features!  For every initiative I launch - I ALWAYS plan out the game plan using MindManager.  It is a highly flexible platform, that provides for ability to mold features into the perfect planning tool.  I have closed many deals by using MindMnager as a demonstration of a well thought out action plan, with risks and resolutions.  MindManager would always be the one software I would never give up.

**What do you dislike about MindManager?**

I don't have any negatives.  It is an ideal platform that is frequently improved.

**What problems is MindManager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Risk analysis, contract summaries, concept planning, organizational layouts, WhitePaper planning, project management, plus many others.

When it comes to overall stability, MindManager is very well put together.
I like the ability to manage, organize and brainstorm my ideas and thoughts into visual graphics.
Ability to create consequences of my thoughts.
MindManager is intuitive, easy-to-use and create mind maps.

Unavailability of online customer support team. I wish they can improve on their responses to their customers.

MindManager is a highly flexible application. It is one of the application i can't imagine losing and everything about it is super amazing and excellent.
MindManager is easy to use even without prior experience.

**What do you like best about MindManager?**

Easy way to note in a visual way, collaborate while brainstorming. Mindmanger is one of the single software programs that allows you to take meeting notes and brainstorm during projects and note all these information in a visual and attractive way.

**What do you dislike about MindManager?**

Rather expensive software. But it is the price worth compared to competitors. Sometimes the software also feels a little bit "heavy" and because of lots of options and finetuning possibilities it is also sometimes not that intuitive.

**What problems is MindManager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Visualizing notes and thoughts while starting up a project. When working in projects there is a lot of information you have to process. To do this in a good way, writing blocks of text is not overseeable. By using Mindmanager we improve the overall efficiency.

**What do you like best about MindManager?**

The creation of Gantt charts within the Mind Manager seems to be quite intuitive-editing a chart or whiteboard works smoothly while daily work routine as well as while some flow of out of work home's projects. The exportation function, especially website's embeds with the ability of editing in the cloud saves me hours of work.

**What do you dislike about MindManager?**

Dozen of different templates with no clear order's option,while choosing the correct one might be messy on the first view.

**What problems is MindManager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A thought comes to real-world from projection to action, planning of the project has been more flexible for all participants, due to storing it in the cloud.

**What do you like best about MindManager?**

When I need to make a direction of my actions from many factors. Mindmanager is one of my good tools for the last 15 years. I did not use other programmes like mind manager.

**What do you dislike about MindManager?**

I don't have any dislike yet. I need to know many other functions which I did not use yet.  If I understand the Microsoft project and Mindmanager data interface it would be much better used.

**What problems is MindManager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When many a program using Micro soft project I will list up the tasks and sort them out in groups. then will export to MS project to continue to input the data for relationship.

MindManager is very helpful when it comes to building a knowledge database and no training required to get started with the application as it has a very intuitive and user-friendly interface. Again, i like the fact that i can do a simple map when in need of a quick visualization.

I have nothing specific that i doesn't like about MindManager.

MindManager is simple and easy to use and allows for rapid capture and thoughts grouping. I like the ability to show information and data in a visual way in order to share with other colleagues.

**What do you like best about MindManager?**

The breadth of functions, and ease of use. The text import to map and map to HTML export are both excellent functions. The HTML visual looks better than the mmap.

**What do you dislike about MindManager?**

Payment methods. The new annual payment system is not for me. I prefer a perpetual ownership model and update when needed even if it costs more. I hope it reverts to a yearly upgrade system. Poor Mac support.

Brings clarity to complexity. Complex aspects can be easily explained, mapped out and detailed with the use of text, colour and visuals.  This enhances understanding and efficiency.

So easy and intuitive, people will find your presentations more dynamic and communication flows better. I also like the webinars that are available online and also that the templates.

**What do you dislike about MindManager?**

The system is so simple but still powerful, if anything I would like to get a more modern view template. Sometimes I believe is still using colors and charts from years ago.

This puts the problem in front of the Team, it also clarifies the process everybody is talking about. Having a clear view removes the subjectivity and everybody can be on the same channel.

**What do you like best about MindManager?**

The program is very intuitive, and it offers numerous templates to make organizing my thoughts even easier. I find that it helps me clarify my thoughts, which, if that alone were all it did, would still be worth it for me.  The work product is very sharp as well, and I find that in addition to helping me organize my thoughts, it produces a document that helps others understand those thoughts too.

Honestly, I cannot think of a feature that I dislike about the program.

**Recommendations to others considering MindManager:**

Don't feel limited by the plethora of templates. I often find myself using blank maps and building as I go.

**What problems is MindManager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use the product primarily for strategic planning. By listing all of the factors or variables first and then organizing them conceptually, I can better see patterns and connections between concepts.  The benefits are that my thoughts are crisper, and I can communicate them more clearly.

**What do you like best about MindManager?**

Mindmanager is used as a versatile and flexible tool in my organisation. About 200 users are using the tool as a planning tool in project management, for tasks in human resource development (workshops, brainstorming, etc.), in process management, in quality management and in strategy development etc. It has been in use for about 15 years.

I am very satisfied with the tool, it is easy to learn and is continuously developed, so it can be used in many different ways. It also can be integrated very well into the sharepoint collaboration platform.

**What do you dislike about MindManager?**

Compared to other solutions, the price is relatively high. Possibly offering a subscription will bring an improvement in pricing for companies

The fact that the construction bricks are very small, that flexibility is huge. That we can put all types of media, link, forms etc in the same space.

**What do you dislike about MindManager?**

Tools that are not perfect. Tedious creation of Samrt Rules, difficult tag management, oldy macro creation space, limited multi-map management, very limited Excel connection, BDD connector non-functional, and else

Associate different content in the same space is very good for the documentation of the IS on which I work.
The follow -up of the tasks of a project and the user interface easily creatable.

Possibility to create business process schedules /charts using any languages created to describe business Processes. very friendly interface, easy to use, good templates and training materials.

i can not find anything negative in this software at least for the beginner it is the best tool which exist at this stage.

**What do you like best about MindManager?**

I use Mindmanager for collecting my thoughts, and planning and documenting my projects. Also the connection to office 365 is most valuable. Filtering is perfect and can be used any time. Also the calculation whitin Mindmanager helps me. But only in the Windows Version. The mac and web version is not so developed.

**What do you dislike about MindManager?**

Mac and Web Version is not so developed as the Windows version. As a Mac user I cant take the same advantage as it has been given to the Windows user, for the same price!!!!!!!

Planning, thoughts to "paper", tracking of tasks, fast notes taking, brainstorming, links to internet, intranet and other things attached to problems, incidents ,,,

It is very easy to include elements in the maps; especially its templates are very intuitive and reduce work times when capturing ideas.

**What do you dislike about MindManager?**

It sometimes has some compatibility issues with MacOS and is less visually appealing than other similar apps.

**What problems is MindManager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously the limitation on the number of templates was a weakness of the platform; now that they have increased their catalog they make it more attractive. The subscription service is a good alternative for those who have little demand for a platform like this.

No interface with Visio - no point otherwise

Speed of structure capture. Saves a lot of time - if it played nicely with Visio (core product in all customer organisations) you'd sell so many more copies

The easy it is to build your own map. I like the multiple tools to build a map according to your needs.

That I could not find a way to export and import from another tool like excel or a spreadsheet

Organize ideas and information and share it. I love recording maps in HTML5 and sharing that information.

**What do you dislike about MindManager?**

The program is useful for many things that most people don't know. YouTube videos are needed to know how to use all its potentialities like Zapier, if one wants to train themselves.

It is used to organize ideas and information, generate plans, check progress, and much more. It consolidates information and is easy to share. Teamwork has increased by sharing plans and objectives to achieve.

Very fast while capturing information and fantastic exporting format options.

**What do you dislike about MindManager?**

The only thing lacking is a good presentation mode. It has remained the same for over a decade. Nothing beats a good presentation engine combined with mind mapping software.

MindManager makes it easy to capture and make sense of information, create a dashboard for your ongoing projects and tasks, assign tasks and track them, create your GTD system based on MindMaps, and the list goes on and on.

The option that you can create sequences of events. That is something missing in the first versions of MM.

The ability to see a project overview. I also like the ability to plot things on a Gantt chart.
I love the program but getting my team to use it has been a challenge. I use it to plan my direction and the big picture.

I love being able to visually map out everything. I find it difficult to plan long-term or see things around the corner, so being able to visually represent my work is so important to me.

**What do you dislike about MindManager?**

Honestly the only downside I've found so far is the cost, as I can't justify spending out of pocket for a tool that is similar to ones I have access to for free at work.

MindManager helped me solve many problems, I'm super visual and need to have the space to be creative. It is very intuitive and simple to learn. It helped me to make some long-term strategies.

This tool is very much needed in the ever-hectic environments that many of us are thrown into with different projects and reporting to different directors based on the need to keep ideas organized and everyone on track.

**What do you dislike about MindManager?**

The user interface could have a better UX design. It currently looks like a rudimentary PowerPoint. If they change the design (while still keeping it user friendly) it will attract/retain more participants.

**What problems is MindManager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MindManager has been a big help with our organizational chart, flowcharts for stages of different projects and the deadlines, as well as brainstorming during team meetings.

It contains good templates for all porpuses. Images are nice and have creative icons.
On my first impression I liked it.

Flowcharts have limited capabilities, so MIndManager may improve too much

Constant version updates meaning a private user (me) has to spend more to keep up.
