## Mind Tools Reviews
  ### 1. CONSUMERS BEWARE!! Canceling is nearly impossible and they won't refund your money!

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** DR H. | Teacher

**Reviewed Date:** September 09, 2022

**What do you like best about Mind Tools?**

The resources are good, but you cannot easily exit the membership; therefore, you incur bill after bill and they will not credit you for those subsequent charges!

**What do you dislike about Mind Tools?**

There's no contact information for Mind Tools other than an international phone number. You cannot reach a live agent and cancellation is impossible!

**What problems is Mind Tools solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's costing me a lot of money each month since I can't cancel the subscription! It's NOT user friendly nor is it consumer friendly. They aren't helpful!

  ### 2. Theres a reason people subscibe with their own money! Brilliant.

Maybe lacking some technical resources but I don't think that's the aim

**What problems is Mind Tools solving and how is that benefiting you?**

  ### 3. Mind Tools Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kaitlin C. | Learning Consultant, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 15, 2020

**What do you like best about Mind Tools?**

I love the wide variety of learning topics. I like how straightforward the trainings are. They are really useful and relevant and easy to comprehend.

**What do you dislike about Mind Tools?**

I disliked the paywall. I have had to pitch the benefits of a Mind Tools subscription to get my company to pay for it.

**What problems is Mind Tools solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was putting together a class on time management and MindTools had some great resources that helped a lot. People in my classes remarked that some of the things I got from the website were really helpful to them. They also have some great resources on leadership skills, which is something I do consulting on. I also do a lot of trainings on Emotional Intelligence and I live the resources on that topic. I like that it’s a one-stop-shop for quick learning about a wide range of topics.

  ### 4. Support and costumer care not responsive

**Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Wesley C. | Regional Trial Manager - Americas, Pharmaceuticals, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2019

**What do you like best about Mind Tools?**

Initially the very short videos and articles well written.

**What do you dislike about Mind Tools?**

The lack of communication and unresponsiveness from team support. I’m trying to cancel my membership and I just can’t find where. I have emailed Helpdesk and also a supposed second costumer services but no reaction at all. I looked up the Q&As but the information provided doesn’t seem to work for me. I am rating this part, lack of attention and consideration as low as I can.

**Recommendations to others considering Mind Tools:**

More consideration to clients and to place an easier way or clarification on how to cancel the membership or services

**What problems is Mind Tools solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Just trying to quite/cancel my membership, but I can't find a way.

  ### 5. Some valuable information

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2019

**What do you like best about Mind Tools?**

The ease of access and the fact you can pace yourself with how quickly you want to go; or what you want to look at. there are a wide variety of topics you can research to help yourself or your team. You can alter to fit your company's values etc and highlight the portions you feel your company needs the most; which is a big benefit

**What do you dislike about Mind Tools?**

Not very dynamic material- Very Self led; no real follow ups; or new material presented; some of it feels a little dated- also If a manager isn't self driven, or doesnt find performance management useful they more than likely will not be self motivated to log on individually to complete the modules.

**Recommendations to others considering Mind Tools:**

Take the time to customize the material for your company and check in on if it being used correctly

**What problems is Mind Tools solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With A smaller performance management/L&D team that is spread out for employees across the globe- this tool allows users to log on during their availability and receive training/materials instantly. It allows for users to go at their own pace and have a wide array of resources at their fingetrtips.
