What stands out for me and makes my relationship with Mimeo exceptional is the customer service. Having a designated team member to support me with my projects and the entire support team available (at all hours of the day) to help me track packages, deal with design inquiries, etc. is invaluable! **What do you dislike about Mimeo?** My only struggle comes with handling materials being sent to some International regions, often materials will get held up at customs and require (sometimes extensive) additional documentation. The Mimeo team is ALWAYS quick to work with me and our recipient to expedite and clear any clogs - it's such a fantastic support system. **What problems is Mimeo solving and how is that benefiting you?** With our virtual events, we are now delivering materials directly to individual's home addresses - this requires uploading address lists and dealing with multiple tracking numbers - Mimeo is extremely supportive and the team has made the entire process much easier than we had initially anticipated. ### 2. That is not really a Mimeo problem. **What problems is Mimeo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our organization does teacher professional learning and needs to print training materials for our clients. Sometimes these materials are bulk shipped to a single location and sometimes they have to be sent to individuals at their homes. Mimeo was our perfect solution to this need. ### 3. Bill Ulmer is the contact I repeatedly go to and he is always so knowledgeable and willing to help! **What do you dislike about Mimeo?** When building binders in Mimeo, it is a pain to add a document in the middle as it throws off the entire rest of the binders tabs/slip sheets. **What problems is Mimeo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our clinical sites are able to receive their study documents in a timely and professional manner. ### 4. It provides the necessary tools to create booklets for a school project or your own start up company. I created a small booklet the that I plan to expand and sell as a product of my trip to Cuba. I was able to create a good quality, spiral and stapled booklet of my adventures. They also provide discounts for users as well. **What do you dislike about Mimeo?** Nothing was wrong with the service. I would only ha e to say that purchasing one booklet was a little pricey but, as I stated before they do provide discounts especially if you buy in bulk. Also I had over 30 pages in my booklet, in color and I wanted it glossed. **What problems is Mimeo solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm solving the issue of low quality booklets. My first booklet looked very cheap and this one look more higher quality. ### 8. While we know that they have many customers and I'm sure many of those are much larger than we are, they make us feel like we are their only customer. Our team uses Mimeo to print and ship RFPs. We looked at a lot of "online printers" and I can assure you that no one understands the RFP process like Mimeo. **What do you dislike about Mimeo?** Having used Mimeo's services for more than 10 years now, I am hard pressed to find anything that I dislike! I started using Mimeo with a prior employer and after starting a new role, introduced my current company to Mimeo. **Recommendations to others considering Mimeo:** Ask questions, get a demo and try them out! **What problems is Mimeo solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had many problems when we began using Mimeo including time constraints and the quality of our final product. Not only did Mimeo help us resolve these issues, but they've saved our organization money in time saved/labor cost reduction. ### 10. They have a wide variety of standard options, but they're always willing to work with me on custom documents. The turnaround time is very quick, which is amazing considering how good the end products look. Customer, quality and account support are superior. All staff prove very knowledgeable and helpful. **What do you dislike about Mimeo?** Nothing really. Any time there have been issues with my orders (and this is rare), the customer service team has been very responsive and taken corrective actions immediately. **Recommendations to others considering Mimeo:** Definitely give them a try. Their customer and account support staff will treat you wonderfully. **What problems is Mimeo solving and how is that benefiting you?** I often need printed materials delivered with very quick turnaround times, and Mimeo is great at doing this. It saves our salespeople's time, in that they don't have to scramble to find local printers and can instead spend this time on preparing for their customer meetings. ### 11. Its quality is very good considering its very affordable price. Special mention for color notebooks, which are excellent. It offers a huge amount of personalization and different applications for both printed material and digital format. Undoubtedly a good option to forget in your company of the big add-hoc printings. Without a doubt these are his great virtues. **What do you dislike about Mimeo?** They are a company that in the generation of large size prints is fine, but when it comes to something small digital (a flyer for example) or a physical impression with few units is expensive due to their minimum rates, and I understand perfectly. Even so it is a very good option if your target are many things or are generalists and therefore can be ordered in large quantities. **Recommendations to others considering Mimeo:** They are on the right track, and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to print their material for their clients with a quality at a great price and super fast. **What problems is Mimeo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Printing of some notebooks for clients at a Fair. They came out excellent. I would recommend it to everyone who has to print in color for example A3-A4 notebooks about 1000 units. Perfect. ### 12.
