Mimeo is a wonderful platform that is designed to make the process of building collateral and printing them very easy and self-servicing. What stands out for me and makes my relationship with Mimeo exceptional is the customer service. Having a designated team member to support me with my projects and the entire support team available (at all hours of the day) to help me track packages, deal with design inquiries, etc. is invaluable! My only struggle comes with handling materials being sent to some International regions, often materials will get held up at customs and require (sometimes extensive) additional documentation. It's very easy to use. It provides the necessary tools to create booklets for a school project or your own start up company. Nothing was wrong with the service. I would only ha e to say that purchasing one booklet was a little pricey but, as I stated before they do provide discounts especially if you buy in bulk.
