The suport was excellent and we were led through the whole process with friendly knowledgable staff **What do you dislike about Mimecast DMARC Analyzer?** Nothing at all, is literally does was it says on the tin. **What problems is Mimecast DMARC Analyzer solving and how is that benefiting you?** It enabled to quickly turn the DMARC reporting into an on screen visual representation of what domains didn't have DMARC, SPF, how many emails would fail dmarc, etc. ### 3. We have several high profile and highly visible end users that are often spoofed in attempts to scam others, and Mimecast has made it much easier to block these attempts. With this being a cloud service, it allows us to manage this anywhere and provides a level of security we previously had issues reaching. **What do you dislike about Mimecast DMARC Analyzer?** We do occasionally run into issues where an email is blocked due to DMARC authentication failing when they were legitamate but I feel the added protection against threats is worth an occasional inconvenience of unblocking an email. **What problems is Mimecast DMARC Analyzer solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is helping us provide an added layer of protection to our end users, and allowing us to focus on other areas of security more precisely. ### 4. It lacks in upholding an email reputation and establishing trust with both our clients and partners. **What do you dislike about Mimecast DMARC Analyzer?** For instance, the added protection it provides against threats is useless. There are inconveniences that arise from having to unblock emails that fail DMARC authentication. It is wonderful if the integration with third party tools is made streamlined and user friendly through expanded API capabilities. It is unsuccessful in detecting and mitigating vulnerabilities properly. **What problems is Mimecast DMARC Analyzer solving and how is that benefiting you?** The lack of a user interface makes navigation and configuration difficult for users like myself. The setup wizard and testing tools prove helpful the system falls short when it comes to providing instructions for implementation. Comprehensive reporting capabilities are lacking which makes it difficult to track and analyze any DMARC related issues properly. Disruptions in email flow occur due to DNS routing issues and bulk email problems eventually impacting productivity. ### 5. It also has a trial period with most of the functionality of the real version.
