The simplicity of the site and the ability to search and find the organizations that I would like to donate to. I wonder if my donations are ever received by the organization that I sent my money to. I wish there was more transparency on Millie's end showing that they actually sent the money to the organization, as right now it feels a bit like sending money into a black hole and wondering if it got to it's final location safely.
