## Mighty Networks Reviews
 ### 1. Fast, Intuitive Drag-and-Drop for All-in-One Community Courses

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Libby G. | educator, artist, video maker/editor, content creator, business owner... I wear all of the hats, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

The drag-and-drop interface makes building and updating my course fast and intuitive, which saves me hours every week. I also like having my community, lessons, events, discussions, Zooms, PDFs, and videos all in one place instead of juggling multiple platforms. It's flexible enough that I can organize my course the way I want, and it gives my students a dedicated space to learn and interact together. Overall, it's a powerful platform for creators building community-based courses.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

The platform is powerful, but it’s not beginner-friendly. The biggest challenge is the onboarding process. When you’re stuck, customer support often responds with video tutorials instead of clear, personalized guidance. Those videos can be difficult to follow if you don’t already understand the platform’s terminology, making the learning curve much steeper than it needs to be.

I also had an unresolved issue with tech support that was never fully answered. Instead of getting a clear resolution, I was bounced between different people for over 10 days before I eventually gave up. Faster, more knowledgeable technical support would make a significant difference in the overall experience.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mighty Networks gave me a way to bring my course, community, events, videos, PDFs, and discussions together in one place instead of piecing together multiple platforms. It helped me launch my first online course with a professional-looking space where my members can learn and interact. As a creator, having everything organized in one ecosystem has made managing my community much simpler and given me a solid foundation to build on as my course grows.

**Official Response from Mighty Networks Team Help Center:**

> Thank you for sharing such a detailed review, Libby! We're thrilled to hear that having your courses, community, events, and content all in one place has helped you launch and grow your first online course, and that the drag-and-drop experience is saving you time each week.

We also sincerely appreciate your candid feedback about onboarding and your support experience. Your comments are important, and we'll share them with our team as we continue improving both the onboarding journey and our technical support experience.

Thanks again for taking the time to share your perspective!

 ### 2. Clean, All-in-One Community Platform with Reliable Performance and Helpful Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Scott A. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

What I like best about Mighty Networks is how much of the community experience it brings together in one platform.

The UI is clean, modern, and generally intuitive for both hosts and members. It gives us the ability to organize discussions, courses, events, resources, and member interactions in a way that feels cohesive rather than fragmented across multiple tools.

The available integrations make it easier to connect Mighty Networks to the rest of our business, while the platform’s overall performance has been reliable as we have built and launched our community.

From a pricing and ROI perspective, the value comes from consolidating several important functions into one platform. Instead of paying for and managing separate tools for community, courses, events, payments, and member engagement, we can manage most of the experience in one place.

The onboarding resources and customer support have also been helpful, particularly as we worked through the initial setup and learned how to structure the community effectively.

I also appreciate Mighty Networks’ continued investment in AI and intelligent features. Those tools have the potential to make community management more efficient, improve content discovery, and help members find more relevant people, conversations, and resources.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

I dislike how small the maximum upload size is on comments and posts for regular users

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

helps us solve the problem of connecting musicians

**Official Response from Mighty Networks Team Help Center:**

> Thank you for your thoughtful review, Scott! We're delighted to hear that Mighty Networks has helped you bring your community and member engagement together in one place, and that you've found the platform reliable, intuitive, and valuable for connecting musicians. It's also great to know that our onboarding resources, support, and AI features have contributed to your experience.

We appreciate your feedback about the upload size limits for comments and posts. Insights like yours help us identify opportunities to improve the member experience, and we'll be sure to share your suggestion with our team. Thanks again for taking the time to share your experience!

 ### 3. Mighty Networks: Top-Tier Features, Fair Pricing, and Responsive Human Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jess W. | Course Architect | Integrator | Author, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

I work with community and membership platforms, and there are several things I always evaluate: integrations, performance, pricing, AI, and the overall user interface and user experience. I look at these not only from the host’s perspective, but also from the perspective of the host’s clients.

Mighty Networks has been, and continues to be, my preferred platform because of the features it offers and the functionality it provides, especially for the price point. There are a lot of players in this space that can handle the basics, but you get what you pay for. The other top-tier competitor has a solid product, but their pricing is constantly increasing as they keep value-vomiting AI features to justify those costs.

I also really appreciate that when I need something, I can speak with a real person on their team and get a response or a result in a fairly timely manner. With other major companies I’ve spoken to in this space, I often felt like I was just a number in a system—not a human with real onboarding needs, support needs, or questions for the sales team. Mighty has consistently gone above and beyond in serving the clients I bring to them.

It's been nearly 2 years since I've had any issues with performance, which to me is a huge deal across the dozens of communities I've built. Each one looks different and serves a different client base, and yet every one has had a solid host + user experience from launch to daily use.

The biggest things I'm excited about are continued integrations to my current tech stack, as well as AI, and the ability to leverage this to continue to create top-tier products that create recurring revenue for each and every member.

You cannot go wrong with Mighty!

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

I think there’s room to improve host simplicity and overall functionality, and I have no doubt the team at Mighty is listening to feedback.

Right now, the biggest opportunity is reducing clicks when executing on an idea. Often I have to go through several menus or lists to reach the space or feature I want to edit, instead of having a one-click option from the view I’m already in.

I also see opportunities to simplify the host experience when updating a space versus a collection, especially around branding. For example, it would help to have clearer “apply to all” versus “apply only to this one” options.

That said, if these are my worst complaints, they’re pretty minimal.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I appreciate that it’s a universal platform that lets me sell courses and assets, while also building communities in one place. In my experience, it’s a top-tier leader in the membership-platform space, and I honestly can’t speak highly enough of it compared with many of the other options out there.

**Official Response from Mighty Networks Team Help Center:**

> Hi Jess!

Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed review and for trusting Mighty Networks across so many communities. It means a lot to hear that our performance, support, pricing, and growing feature set have consistently delivered value for both you and your clients. We also truly appreciate your thoughtful suggestions around simplifying the Host experience, reducing clicks, and making branding workflows even more intuitive. Feedback from experienced Hosts like you plays an important role in shaping future improvements. We're excited to continue supporting your success and can't wait to see what you build next!

 ### 4. Clean, Affordable, and Easy to Use—AI Makes Mighty Networks a Lifesaver

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Samantha H. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

I love the overall design and feel of the platform. I looked at many similar platforms, but Mighty Networks really stood out to me. Its clean, clear and easy to use.

The AI feature has been a life saver, I'm not a tach savvy person, so to be able to ask the AI to set up things has made the whole experience easy.

I think the price is very affordable and the onboarding has been great. I did have to watch a few YouTube videos to get me started.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

I think there's so much you could do on the platform, the ideas could be a bit overwhelming at first.

It would be helpful if the download app QR code was easier for members to find, that's been my main feedback from others using the app.

I would love if members on the platform could have a membership card atomically assigned them.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I run a membership company in the UK, before MN, I had our members logging into different tools to access different things. Its great to finally have a platform with everything in one place!

 ### 5. Seamless Experience with Stellar Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Samantha E. | Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2024

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

I like that Mighty Networks is always improving stuff and staying up to date with what's going on in community platforms, especially with their AI features and user experience. The seamlessness of it all is something I really appreciate. Also, they always accept feedback or ideas and you can submit an idea if you're having trouble aligning something with your specific program, their team will definitely take a look at it. The initial setup was super easy since the team took care of it all and they have someone to help you set up your platform. It was just handing over items to their team so they could implement and create.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

Sometimes it seems like their customer service is not aligned, especially the support chat feature. Some experiences with their chat support have been lacking in terms of understanding what's going on or how to resolve issues, which wasn't the greatest experience.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Mighty Networks to consolidate our training, coaching calls, and more into one platform, providing a white-labeled experience and streamlining our transition from Kajabi.

**Official Response from Tanisha Singh:**

> Thank you for choosing Mighty, Samantha! We appreciate the feedback. Also, note that you can navigate to Network Settings > Integrations> and turn on Zapier.

 ### 6. The Best Platform for Building an Engaged Community

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Simon K. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

Before choosing Mighty Networks, I explored several platforms to build Kaloshua, my private GLP-1 community. Mighty stood out because it offers the best balance between simplicity, organization, and an excellent mobile experience.

I especially like how easy it is to organize content into dedicated spaces, welcome new members, and create a real sense of community. The mobile app is intuitive, notifications work well, and members engage naturally. It feels much more like a true community than a traditional Facebook group.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

Overall, I’m very happy with Mighty Networks, but I’d love to see more built-in features for health and wellness communities. For example, personal progress tracking, habit tracking, private journals, and customizable dashboards would make the platform even more powerful. I would also appreciate more flexibility in the onboarding experience, better customization of welcome flows, and more design options for creating a unique branded experience.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mighty Networks allows me to build a dedicated community for people following GLP-1 treatments without having to develop my own app. It helps members ask questions, share experiences, support each other, and find reliable information in one place. For me as a community host, it saves a huge amount of time by combining discussions, member management, notifications, courses, and events in a single platform.

**Official Response from Mighty Networks Team Help Center:**

> Hi Simon,

Thank you for your thoughtful review.

We're thrilled to hear that Mighty Networks has been the right fit for building your Kaloshua community and that you've found it easy to organize content, welcome members, and create an engaging experience. It's especially great to know that the mobile app and community features have helped foster meaningful member engagement.

We also appreciate your thoughtful suggestions regarding health and wellness features, including progress and habit tracking, private journals, customizable dashboards, and greater flexibility in onboarding and branding. Feedback like yours is incredibly valuable as we continue to improve the platform.

Thank you again for sharing your experience and for being part of the Mighty Networks community.

 ### 7. All-in-One Community Platform with a Clean UI, Reliable Performance, and Helpful AI Tools

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Neal T. | Web Developer and Creative Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

I like that Mighty Networks brings the whole member experience into one place: community, courses, events, content, payments, and communication. The UI is clean and easy for members to understand, which helps with onboarding and keeps the community active. Performance has been reliable, and the platform feels scalable enough for a growing audience. I also appreciate the integrations and admin tools, because they reduce the need for multiple separate platforms. From a pricing and ROI perspective, it can make sense if you want to build a paid community or course ecosystem. Support and onboarding are helpful, and the newer AI/intelligence features are useful for improving engagement and saving time.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

You should have more more payment methods for users, or better payment integrations. The German translations also need to feel more natural and accurate. We would genuinely be happy to help improve the German localization. In addition, the buttons for adding friends and managing a friend list or connection list should be more accessible and easier for members to find.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It gives us a modern, great-looking, and easy-to-use communication platform to bring our followers together in one place. I love it.

**Official Response from Mighty Networks Team Help Center:**

> Thank you so much for your thoughtful review, Neal! We're delighted to hear that Mighty has helped you bring your community, courses, events, and content together in one place. We also really appreciate your detailed feedback on payment options, German localization, and making member connections easier to find. Your suggestions are incredibly valuable, and we'll be sure to share them with our team. Thanks again for being part of the Mighty community!

 ### 8. THE mightiest solution for my business

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lynn H. | Creative Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

Mighty Networks provided, and provides, exactly what I need to launch and run my business: exactly the stuff that we could not have built ourselves. The product is constantly evolving and the team is great about making sure hosts know what's up and how to use every new goodie to drive success. Also, the support team, when needed, is super fast and helpful. Recommend to anyone seeking to build a community that people love (and will pay for)!

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

I mean, honestly, there is so much capacity building, and there is so much sort of constant improvement, it can be a little hard to keep up with all of the improvements while also running our business. Good problem to have!

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mighty Networks solved every problem for my business, enabling me to open the doors by combining community, classes, and content in ONE place—and charge for it.

**Official Response from Tanisha Singh:**

> Lynn, thank you for the kind words. We're excited to keep offering ways to help our host grow both through education & features.

 ### 9. All-in-One Community Platform with a Clean, Intuitive Experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lisa S. | Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

I've had a great experience with Mighty Networks. The platform makes it easy to build an engaged community, organize content, and create a space where members actually want to participate. I especially appreciate how everything—courses, discussions, events, and member interactions—is integrated into one place, so there's no need to juggle multiple tools.

The interface is clean and intuitive, and the mobile app makes it easy for members to stay connected on the go. Overall, it's been a reliable platform that has helped me foster a stronger sense of community while keeping everything organized. I'd definitely recommend Mighty Networks to anyone looking to build and grow an online community.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

Nothing - it's great! But if I could add one feature it would be the ability to send text messages

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it allows me to both sell courses and create a community

**Official Response from Mighty Networks Team Help Center:**

> Thank you so much for your kind words, Lisa! We're thrilled to hear that having your community, courses, events, and discussions all in one place has made such a positive impact. We also appreciate your suggestion about text messaging, it's valuable feedback, and we'll be sure to share it with our team. Thanks again for being part of our community!

 ### 10. Powerful Features, But a Steep Learning Curve and No Onboarding for Hosts

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tiffany P. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

I like the capability it has, for scale and features

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

Mighty Networks is a terrible user experience from the host standpoint. It's got a very steep learning curve and MN does not offer onboarding once you sign up. It feels like the entire platform was built by coders with nary a UX designer in sight. I ended up having to hire a MN specialist to figure out how to set up the community

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MN seems to have a fairly robust community platform, and now that I've hired someone to build it out who knows the platform, I see how it can be an active community site. I wanted to create a space for women who are trying to break through the patriarchy to advance in their workplace and it's been good for that.

**Official Response from Mighty Networks Team Help Center:**

> Hi Tiffany,

Thank you for sharing such detailed feedback.

It's great to hear that the platform's capabilities and scalability have enabled you to build a thriving community for women advancing in the workplace. Knowing that Mighty Networks is supporting a mission with such meaningful impact is incredibly rewarding.

We also appreciate your candid comments about the Host experience. Your perspective on onboarding and usability is valuable as we continue to improve the platform.

Thank you for recognizing the potential of Mighty Networks and for sharing both the challenges and the successes you've experienced along the way.

 ### 11. Warm, Inviting All-in-One Community Setup That Plays Nicely with Our Stack

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lillie W. | Senior Systems Administrator, E-Learning, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

Mighty makes setup and design of the community warm, inviting, and easy from the beginning. The all-in-one setup is the real win. Community, courses, and branded native apps can all be in one place. Straightforward to set up and it plays nicely with our existing stack.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

There's no native Make integration (they have Zapier) and connecting Mighty to the rest of our stack takes more custom work.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our alumni and certified coaches were scattered across channels like Facebook, Slack, and WhatsApp that weren't built to sustain a community after training ended. Mighty gives us a branded home with native mobile apps, and push notifications that actually reach members. This creates alum connection and helps support coaches through peer connection and referrals, all in a space that reflects our brand,

**Official Response from Mighty Networks Team Help Center:**

> Thank you for the thoughtful feedback! We're so glad Mighty gives your alumni and coaches a warm, branded home and that having your community, courses, and native apps all in one place has made a difference. We also appreciate your note about Make integration, feedback like this helps us continue improving. We love to see your network grow with Mighty!

 ### 12. From Overwhelmed to Organized – Thanks to Mighty!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephen L. | Transformational Thinker & Performance Strategist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

What I like best is how Mighty Networks combines community, courses, events, and content all in one place—without needing a dozen different tools. It’s clean, easy to use, and creates a seamless experience for both members and admins. The flexibility to customize spaces and guide member journeys makes it incredibly powerful for building engagement and delivering value.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

Some design and formatting limitations can be frustrating. But overall, the benefits outweigh the any downside.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mighty Networks solves the problem of scattered tools and fragmented communication. Instead of using separate platforms for community, courses, events, and messaging, everything now lives in one place. This saves time, simplifies onboarding, and gives members a more connected, streamlined experience—leading to higher engagement and retention. Their support takes you step-by-step through the building process to actualizing your vision.

**Official Response from Tanisha Singh:**

> Thank you for the kind words, Stephen! Feedback noted and grateful to have you hosting your community on Mighty.

 ### 13. Mighty Offers Impactful Tools for Deeper Connections

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Troy H. | Outreach and Engagement Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

One of the most helpful features of Mighty Networks is the courses. We've identified (along with straight courses work) so many innovative ways to use them. I'm also a big fan of their design approach, as the user experience is about as frictionless as it gets.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

I think that at times, features that are universal or standard can fall prey to the desire to innovate. Calendars should pretty much always behave in a certain way, for instance. That can create confusion in some circumstances.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mighty is solving the community connection problem. Creating unique touch points in a digital space that encourages deeper connection amongst participants, and more ways for the administrators to deliver content and engagement strategies with higher quality, a more reliable frequency, to more people.

**Official Response from Mighty Networks Team Help Center:**

> Thank you so much for your kind words, Troy! We're delighted to hear that our Courses and overall user experience are helping you create deeper connections and engaging experiences for your community.

 ### 14. Strong Community Focus with Smart AI Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Will F. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

The relational and community focus along with the AI integration

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

The UI could be more intuitive. Feels Windows-ish and could be more Apple-ish. Feels Confluence-like verses a looser structure that promotes intuitive and ease of use, especially when it comes to collections and settings. Pages that you choose to build out are not as intuitive regarding their differences because some are similar. It takes a lot of clicking and going back to figure it out. I like how Mighty updates their app often. It means they're alway iterating. However, that creates inconvenience for users if we have to re-log in after updating the app or if we're forced to update the app if we don't want to.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mighty is continuously improving, and that's helpful to me and my community.

**Official Response from Mighty Networks Team Help Center:**

> Thank you for your thoughtful feedback, Will! We're so glad to hear you value Mighty's community-first approach and AI features, and that you've seen continuous improvements benefit your community. We also appreciate your honest suggestions about making the UI more intuitive and reducing friction around updates and logins. Feedback like yours helps us continue improving, thank you for being part of the Mighty community!

 ### 15. Highly Intuitive Community Management with Great Content Organization

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexandra G. | Somatic Arts Practitioner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

The interface from both the backend in terms of setting up and managing a community, along with the frontend experience for the user, is highly intuitive. It is approachable for a broad range of tech users and provides great options for menus, organizing, and searching available content.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

For small businesses and startups, the pricing plan could become a barrier because of the time that is needed to build the community before being able to profit and sell content or membership within it. Is it possible to create one tier that is more accessible?

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to streamline data and communications to clients is a benefit of might networks, but it takes some prework to be able to establish a process flow that maintains efficiency.

**Official Response from Mighty Networks Team Help Center:**

> Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, Alexandra! We're delighted to hear that you found the platform intuitive and appreciated how easy it is to organize and manage your community. To answer any of your inquiries, we encourage you to reach out to our team at help@mightynetworks.com.

Thanks again for your thoughtful review!

 ### 16. Easy to Use, with Tech Support That Truly Walks You Through. You won't regret starting a community

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Debra M. | Owner of Manning Street Media, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

I started my Network over 5 years ago. I was so worried I would never be able to figure out the tech end of things...but it has been super easy! Anytime there has been an issue, Tech support has been there to walk me through. I love how the network has grown over 5 years!

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

I'm going to sound like the old person I am (ha!) but there are always upgrades and it take me forever to figure out when things change! Change is good! yes! But this old brain can't handle all the changes sometimes! :)

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They give me a space to create all the various groups I want to create. It is an amazing tool for my Ministry

**Official Response from Mighty Networks Team Help Center:**

> Hi Debra,

Five years of growing a thriving community is an incredible milestone, and we're honored that Mighty Networks has been part of that journey. It's especially rewarding to hear that what once felt intimidating has become something you can confidently manage, and that our Customer Advocacy team has been there to help whenever you've needed guidance.

Thank you for trusting Mighty Networks to support your ministry and the meaningful community you've built.

 ### 17. Beautiful, Flexible Layouts with an Intuitive, Organized Experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carolyn B. | Maestra, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

I love the multitude of choices for the layout of the platform. There are so many options to make it beautiful and once a person gets the overall hang of the program it is not difficult. It is easy to add collections and lessons and to create events. There is a learning curve of course, but it is all laid out in a very organized and intuitive way.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

I have been having a lot of problems with the subtitles because I have a lot of Spanish speaking members. For native videos the subtitles are only in English. That does not help the Spanish speaking members understand when I am teaching in English.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Well, I am not sure what you mean by this question, but MN has helped me create a beautiful course.

**Official Response from Mighty Networks Team Help Center:**

> Hi Carolyn,

Thank you so much for taking the time to share this wonderful review, it is truly rewarding to hear that the platform feels intuitive and organized once you find your footing.

Your feedback around subtitles for Spanish-speaking members is incredibly valuable. We completely understand how important it is for your members to follow along in their native language, and we will make sure this reaches our product team as they continue improving the platform's language and accessibility features.

Thank you for building with Mighty Networks and for helping your community learn and grow. We look forward to continuing to support you.

 ### 18. Ease-of-Use Improvements, Great Features, and Fast, Responsive Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Enetra M. | Director of Operations/Integrator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

I like the constant initiatives to improve ease of use. Features like the language translator, infinite questions, and the ability to manually add members to spaces, etc. The support team is fast and responsive, too.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

Honestly, the limited storage space and landing pages on the Scale Plan. The pro plan is wonderful, but way too expensive. It would be nice if there were a nice compromise between the pro plan features and pricing. We didn't need most of what was offered on pro, but we've definitely outgrown the scale plan.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We joined Mighty Networks to get away from the noise on Facebook and ridiculous algorithms. This platform solved the problem of missing posts and not being seen in feeds.

**Official Response from Mighty Networks Team Help Center:**

> Hi Enetra,

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience.

It's wonderful to hear that improvements like the language translator, unlimited questions, and manual member management have made a positive difference for your community. We're also glad our Customer Advocacy team has been able to provide timely support when you've needed it.

We appreciate your feedback about the Scale and Pro plans. Finding the right balance between features and pricing is valuable insight for our team, especially for growing communities like yours. Thank you as well for highlighting how Mighty Networks has helped you create a focused community experience without the distractions and algorithms of traditional social platforms.

We truly appreciate your support.

 ### 19. Robust connection, engagement, and educational platform

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2023

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

Powerful, flexible & easy to use platform that allows for great communication and engagement. Customer and member support very responsive.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

Can't mark posts, comments or chat messages for follow-up; can't organize saved posts. Not easy to navigate backward to visit posts recently viewed. Can't edit member profiles to assist members with technical challenges loading photos etc. Can't "unfollow" or leave certain spaces (included in a plan) like we used to be able to. Can't view info in private chat conversations after a member leaves community. Private group chats disappear when one group member leaves community. Switching or upgrading members to different payment plans very clunky and cumbersome--makes for bad customer experience; would like to be able to declutter and organize plans without plan members automatically receiving a notification email from MN every time administrative updates are made. New features are rolled out so frequently that they’re accumulating a lot of bugs. AI customer service bot will share host email address with members without your permission, and then when you privately respond via email just to MN asking them to provide a different host’s email address to customers instead, the MN bot will add the member back to the email conversation so the customer gets to read your private complaint along with the bot’s unhelpful response.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ability to create safe (secure), ad-free virtual engagement space for audience that detests traditional social media experience.

**Official Response from Mighty Networks Team Help Center:**

> Thanks for sharing this! We really appreciate your feedback and we’ll keep working to make the platform even better.

 ### 20. User-Friendly Community Platform with Motivating Badges and Automations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

I love the ease of using the platform. It is user friendly and I like it to be the space where I host my community versus Facebook which has too many distractions and no real purpose. I love the new feature (since the upgrade) of adding badges and automating and integrating the members who join into a welcome series. The badges (and streaks) are very motivating in helping people to keep returning for that community feel and like they are really benefiting from being a part of it.

I find however, that sometimes it takes long to load the community and this can be an inconvenience when I am trying to do any type of editing to the community.

I cannot really say if the price is justified since I haven't utilized all the features....still learning and growing right now but I can say the community does offer tremendous value for the members and they are benefitting.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

I don’t like how slowly it loads at times, and with the recent upgrades I’ve found it a bit annoying to edit different pages. It can feel like I’m jumping through hoops until I get used to the changes.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A community that is NOT on Facebook. It is a safe space where woman who have experienced trauma don't have to worry about being "found" by those who abused them because of the privacy. I also love the screening questions which ensures an added layer of protection versus people just dropping in that don't belong. Seeing women come together weekly to find others that they otherwise wouldn't, is a great benefit because many of them have felt alone but now they know they are not.

**Official Response from Mighty Networks Team Help Center:**

> Thank you for your thoughtful feedback! We're so glad to hear you're enjoying the ease of use, the focused community experience, and newer features inside your network. Thanks for being part of our community as you learn and grow with us.

 ### 21. Powerful, Flexible Features and Options with a Very Helpful Host Community

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ann B. | Manager of Special Projects, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

I love the ability to easily create, customize, and combine the many available features like courses, events, discussion forums, polls, chats, pages. The flexibility and numerous settings and customization options allow us to create what we want and how we want it. Some people on our team are not very technically savvy. The ability to duplicate elements has saved our @ss on a number of occasions because I can create a template and they can run with it easily! There is also an extensive library of support topics. More importantly, there is a community for hosts - many of whom are very helpful with specific questions. The hosts of the host community (meta-hosts?) also address questions and concerns and they don't just say "Here, look this up and do it on your own." like so many other platforms do.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

Learning curve. There are so many features and so many options that it took me a while to learn enough to be comfortable. My organization gave me that time (2 months part-time) and now that I am more familiar with the features, settings, and options, I would gladly take the learning curve for the power and flexibility.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have built our life's work over the years. It has been in our own little corner of the world where we have been able share it one-on-one with lucky people (clients) over the years. Mighty Networks is allowing us to share our life's work with so many more people. It is helping us reach more people because it is accessible to those across the country, those with diverse needs, and those with a limited budget.

**Official Response from Mighty Networks Team Help Center:**

> Thank you for such a thoughtful review, Ann! We're thrilled to hear Mighty is helping you share your life's work with more people. We also appreciate your perspective on the learning curve, and we're glad the flexibility, templates, and support have made it worthwhile. Wishing you continued success with your community!

 ### 22. Highly Versatile Platform with Great Segmentation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Veronica V. | Founder/Instructor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

I really like how Mighty Networks lets me create my own audios and post them. What I like most is the ability to separate spaces for different programs, which was a problem for me before as everything used to be combined and overwhelming. Now, I can create different offers tailored to my clients' levels, from beginner to more advanced. I also appreciate the possibility of creating my own app in Mighty Networks, which is something I've been thinking about. Since I can go live directly on Mighty Networks without needing Zoom, and download and edit videos, it simplifies my process greatly. I'm enjoying the transformation and learning every step of the way, despite the initial challenge. So far, it's been a positive experience.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

So far, I am loving it so much, have nothing to dislike about it

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mighty Networks lets me separate spaces for my different programs, which solves my problem of having everything combined and overwhelming. I can create various offers for clients at different levels, from beginner's to advanced. I like posting audios and having all workshop content scheduled to unlock day by day.

**Official Response from Tanisha Singh:**

> Veronica, thank you for the kind words! Love that you started off as a member and are now hosting your own community.

 ### 23. A great choice for our nonprofit community

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

When tasked with finding a software for publications for our faith-based nonprofit, we considered several options before identifying it as the ideal match given that it allows both community and content in one place. It's relatively easy to navigate, attractive, and has ample opportunity to customize and market to different audiences. The price point is impossible to beat. The support team is always helpful and follows up to make sure we're running smoothly. I have not delved deeply into the AI features but they are there when you need them, particularly the Infinite Question Engine, which is unique.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

Integration/cooperation with other software is somewhat limited (though it has improved over time). Zapier and workarounds are required to connect with our CRM, for example. With a variety of offerings, the "plans" can quickly get complex and overwhelming. Again, however, the checkout experience has improved and become more flexible over time.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Building community and connection, selling resources, allowing for easy connection to members and among members

**Official Response from Tanisha Singh:**

> Thanks, team! Great to hear that the platform has worked well for your nonprofit. We're grateful to have you building on Mighty.

 ### 24. Powerful All-in-One Platform with Room to Improve

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adelle A. | Host & co-trustee, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

What I like best about Mighty is its versatility and ability to bring many important functions into one platform. We’re able to host courses, organize collections, run events, manage community discussions, and handle member management in one place. The integrations with Zoom and Stripe help simplify live sessions and payments, which saves time and reduces the need for multiple outside tools.

I also appreciate the clean member experience, mobile accessibility, and professional look and feel it offers our community. While some backend features can take time to learn, overall it helps reduce tech overwhelm by giving us a central hub to grow, serve, and manage everything more efficiently.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

What I dislike most is that the platform can feel inconsistent on the admin side. Tools and settings are sometimes moved, renamed, or changed without enough clarity, which creates unnecessary friction when trying to manage the community or update pages. Features that were once easy to find can suddenly take extra time to locate.

I’ve also experienced issues with email deliverability when using Proton Mail, particularly with signup confirmations and password reset emails not arriving. That creates a frustrating experience for both admins and members. In those situations, support has not always been as helpful or solution-focused as I would hope.

Overall, the platform is powerful, but greater consistency, clearer change communication, and stronger technical support would make a big difference.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mighty Networks helps solve the challenge of bringing community, courses, events, and payments into one platform. For us, the biggest benefit is having a central hub instead of piecing together several different systems. While there are still areas that could improve, it has made it easier to organize content, serve members, and manage operations in one place.

**Official Response from Mighty Networks Team Help Center:**

> Hi Adelle,

Thank you for such a thoughtful and detailed review.

It’s great to hear that Mighty Networks is helping you bring courses, events, payments, and community together in one place. That all-in-one experience, along with integrations like Zoom and Stripe, is exactly what we aim to provide to simplify your workflow and reduce the need for multiple tools.

We also appreciate your candid feedback around the admin experience, feature changes, and email deliverability. Consistency and clarity are key when managing a community, and insights like yours are incredibly valuable as we continue improving how updates are communicated and how the platform evolves.

Thanks again for sharing your experience and for the work you’re doing with your community.

 ### 25. Streamlined UI and Great Support, but Lead Gen and Access Could Be Easier

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Professional Training & Coaching | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

Seems to have an active network (their own Mighty Networks has a lot of growth and activity).
The UI/UX is streamlined across both the website and the mobile app.
I haven't used the integrations, thought I should probably take a look at what is available.
The support is great and I'm able to get my responses from the AI chatbot or someone will get back to me within a day for any of my more complex requests.
The network performs well and doesn't have any notable downtimes or slowness.
The pricing is fine, though there are other alternatives that might be better value based on the use case.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

I would like it more if it had some inbound, lead gen capabilities as there's friction to get into the community even though it may be free.
Perhaps some publicly accessible content?

They have their own custom app to download and it would be great if users didn't have to download yet another app for messaging.

Some of the admin features are challenging (like seeing which plan a particular user is part of - that takes a lot of clicks to get through).

It's not cheap relative to its competitors.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mighty networks a community platform and aiming to make it easier for folks to connect together and exchange ideas.
It's providing space where folks can get together and learn.
Perhaps some more prompts on how to connect with other community members, or more versatility in the e-learning aspects

**Official Response from Mighty Networks Team Help Center:**

> We're glad you're enjoying the streamlined experience, reliable performance, and support. We also appreciate your suggestions around lead generation, admin workflows, member connections, and learning features. Thank you again for sharing your experience and for being part of the Mighty Networks community.

 ### 26. Mighty Delivers: Fast, Reliable, and Easy to Use with Helpful Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

Mighty has been very reliable and consistently high-performing, especially in terms of speed. They also release plenty of genuinely useful updates, and it’s clear they incorporate customer feedback into what they ship. Our support reps have been incredibly helpful and responsive, making sure our needs are met as well as possible and in a timely manner.

On the integrations side, there are lots of great options, including Zapier, plus thousands of others available via iframes. They also offer both an admin API and a headless API, which lets us extend features through vibecoded apps. Since our user base tends to have more challenges with technology, it’s been a big win that they can still use the platform easily, and that ease of use has contributed to strong retention. The AI features are also helpful for guidance within the platform, and even for configuring settings and spaces. I also long the native automations which are helpful to send the right message to members at just the right moments. Overall, we’ve had a great experience.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

The biggest challenge has been selling an offer up front before onboarding new customers and walking them through account setup. That said, an update is about to be released that specifically addresses this issue. There also isn't a funnel/cart feature for bumps/upsells/downsells for new prospects on the front end of a new purchase experience. There are however ways to upgrade once a customer becomes a member inside the network.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mighty provides a membership platform for the web, along with branded iOS and Android apps. We run our membership, courses, and events through our Mighty network.

**Official Response from Mighty Networks Team Help Center:**

> Hi there,

It’s rewarding to hear how Mighty Networks has become the foundation for your membership business. From courses and events to branded mobile apps, automations, and APIs, it sounds like you’ve built an experience that not only works for your team but is also easy for your members to navigate. Knowing that this simplicity has contributed to strong member retention is especially meaningful to us.

We also appreciate your thoughtful feedback on the purchasing and onboarding experience. As you mentioned, improvements in this area are already underway, and suggestions like yours continue to shape how we evolve the platform.

Thank you for sharing such a detailed review and for being part of the Mighty Networks community.

 ### 27. Easy Post Sharing and a Welcoming Community Feel

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** donna w. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

I like how easy it is to share both written posts and photo posts. I also really enjoy the community feel—it makes the experience more welcoming.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

It seems that app doesn't update automatically so I don't always see the latest posts when I open the app. I've heard that you cannot post videos although I haven't tried. A friend complained about this aspect.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MN is giving our organization a platform in which to create a community of like-minded active people sharing their physical activities online. I would like it to be able to focus on smaller communities such as specific groups or localities once we get a Larger user base.

**Official Response from Mighty Networks Team Help Center:**

> Thank you for your thoughtful feedback! We're so glad you're enjoying the ease of sharing posts and the welcoming community experience.

 ### 28. Solid Platform with Powerful Automation Capabilities and Responsive Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jérémy D. | Consultant Salesforce, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

The platform is well designed overall. The Spaces and Classes structure makes it straightforward to organize content in a way that actually makes sense, and I didn’t need much time to get oriented and navigate around confidently.

What I was especially happy with was the integration with Zapier to automate some processes. The documentation was thorough, and when I ran into a snag and reached out to support, they responded quickly with tips that were specific to my Zapier setup rather than a generic “check our docs” kind of reply. It was clear they knew what they were doing, even beyond their own product.

Pricing also feels reasonable, which I appreciate.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

Nothing really bothered me. There are a lot of features, so it can take a few minutes to get oriented at first, but that’s pretty minor and honestly says more about the platform’s depth than anything else.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The automation capabilities are a real time-saver. Connecting it to Salesforce via Zapier keeps member data in sync without any manual effort. Within the platform itself, managing Spaces and members feels straightforward and well organized.

The range of automations you can build through Zapier is another highlight. Workflows like automatically emailing a course completion certificate with a PDF attachment are exactly the kind of tasks that would otherwise take a lot of manual work or require a more complex setup. Here, it handles it cleanly and reliably.

**Official Response from Mighty Networks Team Help Center:**

> Love hearing this, especially your experience with Zapier and how our support team showed up with real, tailored help.

We love to see your network grow with us!

 ### 29. Intuitive Community Tool with Fairly Flexible Customization

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adele S. | Community Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

I love using this tool to connect with our community. I think the user experience is pretty intuitive and there are plenty of opportunities to change things up and make it more accessible for our own members.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

Sometimes some of the membership tiers can be kind of confusing. We have multiple tiers and it gets tricky to change up what they have access to.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We love that it keeps our community members engaged. We are in an industry where people are used to watching training videos but do not have anyone to bounce thoughts off of or ideas. This is a huge selling point for us.

**Official Response from Mighty Networks Team Help Center:**

> Thank you for sharing your experience, Adele!

We're delighted to hear that Mighty Networks has helped you create an engaging space where your members can learn from and connect with one another. Thanks for being part of our community!

 ### 30. Simple to Use with a Mind-Blowingly Accurate AI Assistant

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brandy N. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

The simplicity in how to use the platform for creating everything, and the ai bot to answer my questions 24/7 with mind blowing accuracy. Better than human help. It's wild and appreciated.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

I don't appreciate the limitations of the Launch level that I am in. My network is not paying for itself yet but the features would make it better in the next tier...however, it's far too costly of a service when it's not paying for itself.
It means I have to do more work for now.
I also would like to know how I get more help in learning how to build the community but I never seem to be available for the online MN lives.

It's SLOW going. How do I get my network out there? I don't know, and it worries me as it needs to make money or I will have to fold it.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I didn't have a community. Now I have a mini community, I know 4 people love it, but it makes no money and it is low engagement. I need to learn how to make it successfull and I do not see where to do that. The MN page is overwhelming to know where to access support.

With more people in my free network, I could sell more. But I find I have tried amny things, offered many things and no one show up for it because it takes a trememndous amount of effort to get people to engage and interested. so they join and crickets.....but there are 4-5 people who shoe up daily.

**Official Response from Mighty Networks Team Help Center:**

> Thanks for your feedback, Brandy! We’re glad you’re finding value in the simplicity of the platform and the AI support, and we really appreciate your honest thoughts on pricing, engagement, and learning resources.

To help your community grow, we also encourage you to join our Mighty Community at community.mightynetworks.com to chat with our team during Weekly Workshops re: member engagement on the platform.

Grateful to have you on the platform!

 ### 31. Thoughtful Design, Fast App, and Outstanding Mighty Networks Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jennifer C. | Co-executive director of Gather Ministries, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

There are so many things I love. First, I love the thoughtful design and focus on helping my users interact with one another, which supports my efforts to provide the important, engaging content they need. I also love the customer support: it is very easy for me to get help when I need it. Secondly, my one-on-one quarterly meetings with my Mighty Networks advisor offer personal, practical wisdom on how to help engage my members. Third, I love how the Mighty Networks app performs. It is fast, intuitive, and offers AI support for users and hosts. Fourth, I love the ease of live video and external links for live meetings (Google Meet and Zoom), and the "live now" button that shows members that there is a live meeting taking place that they can jump into.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

I would like to be able to integrate pre-recorded audio and video links inside of posts without requiring users to click to another site to hear/watch the audio/video. I would also like to be able to have more than one page/feed/etc. in a single space. Even more importantly, I need Mighty Networks to allow me to add a Facebook Pixel to my account so I can track our ads. Right now, the pixel does not stick and is not at all helpful.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mighty Networks cares about authentic human interaction — helping people who are lonely get connected and make friends. They also care about providing personalized support to hosts, which, in turn, helps me help app users have an even better experience.

**Official Response from Mighty Networks Team Help Center:**

> Thank you so much for this thoughtful feedback, Jennifer! We’re thrilled to hear how much you’re enjoying the design, support, and live features.

 ### 32. The community tool I never knew I needed

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anri O. | Founder | Business & Life Coach | Empowerment Facilitator, Professional Training & Coaching, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

This hub is an incredible space, not only to gather your community, stay connected, and have everything on a single platform, but also to keep growing together. There are multiple ways to stay interactive, as well as options to monetize and reward.

The Mighty team is so engaging and incredibly helpful. They genuinely want YOU to succeed. This platform gives you potential to start small but grow exponentially. You simply need the courage to invite. Mighty does the rest.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

There are a LOT of features and it's hard to know where to start or get everything up and running. I do wish there were more engaging features accessible on a lower tire so you know if you want to upgrade or not. That way I know what to put investment towards. If I got to experience all the features I may be more inclined to invest early!

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating a safe place for my community to be vulnerable to start their true growth. Social media is full of trolls which creates fear. Mighty helps me truly connect, and helps them truly heal.

**Official Response from Tanisha Singh:**

> Thank you for the kind words, Anri! We're grateful to have you on the platform.

 ### 33. I love it!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kristin P. | Owner/Head Coach, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

My favorite thing about Mighty Networks is the intuitive planning and design. As a host, I can customize nearly every part of my community to brand it for my business and have it make sense for my members. I can easily organize courses, guides, discussion boards, and more so that it flows and encourages participation.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

I don’t think I can think of anything I don’t like! I have been very happy so far!

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mighty has solved the organization and information storage problem that I had for my clients. I was trying to make it work with Google Drive but it was disorganized and, frankly, unprofessional. With Mighty, I can organize all of the guides and information that I want my clients to have access to so that it is easily accessible for them, easily edited by me if needed, and I can use brand colors and logos to make it incredibly professional.

**Official Response from Tanisha Singh:**

> Kristin, thank you for the kind words! Grateful to have you on the platform.

 ### 34. Intuitive Setup, Feature-Rich Community Building, and Responsive Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Allison H. | Design Strategist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

Mighty Networks is pretty intuitive to set up. It has most of the features needed to create and grow an online community. Price is reasonable for all of the features you get out of the box. The support team is very responsive and helpful.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

It does not support forms to gather user information such as images and descriptions. I tried using Zapier to do so, but it only allows links to images uploaded via a third-party form.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are moving our community to Mighty Networks for reliability and ease of use. I hope our existing users find it easier to use than our current Ning platform.

**Official Response from Mighty Networks Team Help Center:**

> Thank you for your thoughtful review, Allison! We're so glad you're enjoying the ease of use, value, and support. Wishing you a smooth migration and continued success with your community!

 ### 35. Mighty Networks is Private and Built for Community Engagement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Annika E. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2021

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

I really appreciate that MN is private and not using algorithms. As the host, I can make sure my community sees all my posts. I also like the features with polls, hot and cold questions, etc. to keep the engagement going and building community among members. I am impressed with how Mighty keeps innovating and how it makes my work as a host easier. Just to mention a few things that have been added is Spaces, Member tab with photos in bubbles to encourage connection, especially with members near you is valuable. I also love the new AI features and the Mighty People GPT along with gamification.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

Navigation is sometimes hard for new members.

**Recommendations to others considering Mighty Networks:**

Mighty Networks is a great platform to host your community on, far away from facebook, tracking, and algorithms. Gina and her team really understand what makes a community tick and generously share her knowledge in training for hosts. My members appreciate the layout and ease of navigation. I highly recommend Mighty Networks and all it makes possible when it comes to building powerful communities.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Building a community that really matters and gives more than it takes in energy, since we're all spending so much time on devices these days. I also appreciate that Mighty is a private community where sensitive topics may be discussed without fearing it being tracked or monitored. I can also share events and teach on the Mighty platform.

**Official Response from Tanisha Singh:**

> Thank you for the feedback and kind words, Annika! Grateful to have you on the platform.

 ### 36. Robust Community Building, but Needs UI Refinement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeanine K. | Boss, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

I like that Mighty Networks offers the most robust opportunity for community compared to all the tools I explored. It helps me put things in place easily for others to access. It allows me to organize information so effectively that if someone is looking to solve a specific problem, they can find what they need. I also appreciate that it uses the same commands as my Notion software, which I find really convenient.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

I think that the initial dashboard that a new user encounters can be a little bit cluttered. I think that it's also hard to share information with someone who's not yet a member and needs a very low threshold. I think also that there is a certain amount of flexibility that I really miss in setting up the individual pages, like using columns more easily. I had a pretty steep learning curve to understand Mighty Networks because I have been a user since much earlier days, but it's gotten easier now.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mighty Networks helps me connect with other oboists and organize information in a way that's easy for them to access and solve problems. It serves as a portal for students to keep up with each other and meet learning goals.

**Official Response from Tanisha Singh:**

> Thank you for the kind words, Jeanine! We're grateful to have you building on Mighty.

 ### 37. Great for Articles and Scheduling, but Live Streaming and Free/Paid Access Need Work

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Media Production | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

The app is great. We use the article feature a lot. We also do a lot of post scheduling to the fact that we can do that in advance is great

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

I wish we could stream live via zoom or another software. It's very clunky to go live in the app, and I don't like that the comments don't stay on the post once it's posted.

Also, we don't collect money via Mighty Networks and I wish there were more options for businesses who use the platform in this manner. We use mighty primarily for the social aspect of our membership, but collect money via our own website instead of using the plans in mighty. Therefore its a "free" community that we manually admit people into.

Also, this is the reason why we can't have a "free" community on mighty networks, then have paid rooms just for our members. I wish there was a way to make some rooms private without collecting money via Mighty.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It hosts the social aspect of our membership, so without it we wouldn't have a place to connect online unless we want to go back to FB ( we don't). The app is nice as well since we don't have one, its a great way for our members to stay connected via mobile and the push notifications are great.

**Official Response from Mighty Networks Team Help Center:**

> Thank you for taking the time to share such thoughtful feedback.

We're so glad to hear you're enjoying the app, Articles, post scheduling, and that Mighty Networks has become the home for your community. We also appreciate your feedback on livestreaming, and I just wanted to mention that you can create Events using Zoom. You can check out this article on how to create Zoom Events: https://docs.mightynetworks.com/for-hosts/events-and-livestream/how-do-i-create-zoom-events-on-mighty-networks#connecting-your-zoom-account.

You can also create a Plan with no payment gate, allowing you to make certain Spaces private without collecting payments through Mighty. This article walks through how it works: https://docs.mightynetworks.com/for-hosts/payments-and-access/can-i-have-a-plan-with-no-payment-gate#free-plan-vs-a-plan-with-no-payment-gate.

If you need any help setting this up, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at chat@mightynetworks.com and our team will be happy to assist.

 ### 38. This is the time to design your Course and Community on Mighty Networks!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Young C. | Founder/Educator - YAY Forever Young, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

I have been a Path to Pro/Growth Plan Member for a year and a half now. I don’t think my network community will ever leave this platform. What I not just like, but love, is the Customer Advocacy and Mighty Team Support I receive. Whether I need personal tech questions answered or broader strategy topics to go over, Team Mighty is there for me.

There is a true sense of community even for us Hosts building our site, app experience, and courses. We get to meet one another, reach out with messaging, and even meet up on our own virtual conference calls. Because members are encouraged to interact with one another, we can collaborate and support one another. We get to meet so many fascinating leaders and learn about such diverse community topics. I’ve even joined a few communities on my own for areas I was needing to work on.

I cannot recommend Mighty Networks enough. Although I’m still new to tech platforms, I’ve been engaged and learn enough to earn host certification. The rollout of features in the last year alone have made my offer as ideal as I can design it.

Gina has built a team who helps hosts create based on generosity, values, and creative freedom. The human support we receive is unmatched.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

So much is possible when you are in ideation-mode. It can feel overwhelming, but if you design with clarity and ask the right questions, you can build what you need.

For example, if you want to teach one niche topic before you create an entire community, you can do that now. If you want to workshop a challenge to gain clients, then build a community of paid members, you can do that. If you already have an active community but you want a platform built on actual community values, I think you should merge on over to Mighty.

Decision fatigue is real but once you learn what’s possible and use discernment to build what’s right for your specific needs, Mighty is for you.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automations. Creating your network systems to run without the Host babysitting every aspect. This will be a game-changer for me, and I’m already setting my systems now as I grow. This will help us Hosts not burn out. Creating a sustainable business is what appeals to me. That means Automations must be integrated.

**Official Response from Tanisha Singh:**

> Thank you so much for your kind review, Young! We're so grateful to have you on the platform. And welcome to Path to Pro — excited to see where your community goes!

 ### 39. Built for Movements, Not Just Memberships

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan R. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

What I love most about Mighty Networks is how seamlessly it combines content, community, and connection in one platform.

We’re not just delivering content—we’re creating a movement. Mighty allows us to host powerful conversations, run live Zoom calls, build out structured small group cohorts, and give our members a true sense of belonging. Features like topic-based groups, private messaging, and course integration help us guide people from inspiration to activation in a relational and scalable way.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

Wow—this is tough, because I really do love Mighty so much. It’s been a game-changer for our community. That said, there are a few things I’d love to see improved.

I wish there was more flexibility in customizing parts of the user interface to really make it feel like our own. Sometimes the app can be a bit glitchy or slow, especially for mobile users, and there’s definitely a learning curve—both for members and for hosts. It takes a little time to get oriented, especially if someone’s never been in a platform like this before.

But honestly, even with those quirks, I’d choose Mighty again in a heartbeat. The community-building tools are unmatched.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mighty Networks gives us one platform to build community, deliver content, and activate people into their calling. Before MN, we had to juggle multiple tools—now everything lives in one place. It’s helped us turn passive followers into engaged participants in a focused movement, and that’s been a game-changer.

**Official Response from Tanisha Singh:**

> Thank you for the review! We're grateful to have you building on Mighty.

We'll share your feedback with the team. You can continue to stay up to date on how we're updating the platform on our public roadmap here: https://portal.productboard.com/xzueeglxeumrzzs7kq5fzcqt/tabs/4-in-development

 ### 40. Great platform, but with a gap in mobile optimization

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** calling s. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

I have built my online knitting community with Mighty Networks. It offers a platform where I can safely nurture and host my community. I find it clear. I like the recognition badges, the ability to record voice messages, and that you can integrate Zoom for online meetings. The voice message function provides the opportunity to be more approachable with the members and helps to send long messages without having to type much.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

The video quality of live recordings is catastrophic for today's standards. There are many editing restrictions for an admin on the mobile app. Many functions can only be found on the computer. Videos that you upload must be in landscape format, otherwise they are converted and the quality is then miserable. Users who are not so tech-savvy have trouble finding all the functions in the app.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mighty Networks offers me a secure platform to host my community. It is clear and supports voice messages, which deepens and facilitates communication. The integration of Zoom is convenient for meetings.

**Official Response from Mighty Networks Team Help Center:**

> Appreciate your kind words! We’re really glad Mighty Networks is helping you build and safely nurture your knitting community, and that features like badges, voice messages, and Zoom integration are making connection easier and more personal. We also appreciate your honest notes on video quality, this is really helpful as we continue improving the experience.

 ### 41. Live Onboarding and Cohost AI Make Mighty Intuitive and Fast to Execute

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Wende G. | Executive Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

The most helpful part of Mighty has been the live onboarding sessions. They gave me a clear picture of what’s possible and helped me think beyond just content into how to actually build a real community experience.

After that, the biggest value came from simply getting in and using the platform. It’s intuitive once you start working in it, and things begin to click quickly.

Cohost (AI) has been a standout. Being able to ask questions and get immediate, useful answers while building has made a big difference. It removes friction and keeps momentum going.

Overall, Mighty makes it easier to move from idea to execution without getting stuck.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

One limitation I’ve noticed is that the Launch plan restricts certain features within spaces, which can feel a bit constraining depending on how you want to structure your community.

I also wish there were more built-in tools for things like surveys and data capture, similar to Typeform, without needing to rely on integrations. The same goes for more advanced course features, like flashcards or more interactive learning tools would add a lot of value natively within the platform.

That said, the Launch level has still met most of our needs so far. It’s been more than sufficient to get up and running, build engagement, and deliver a strong experience.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mighty Networks is solving the gap between one-time impact and ongoing transformation. For us, we were already hosting conferences, trainings, and coaching, but the challenge was helping couples stay consistent and actually apply what they learned once they went back into real life.

Mighty gives us a structured environment where that learning can continue. It allows us to guide people through ongoing rhythms, reinforce key tools, and create connection between couples who understand the unique demands of law enforcement life.

The benefit has been the ability to move from isolated events to sustained engagement. Instead of information fading, we now have a place where habits can form, conversations can continue, and real change can take root over time.

**Official Response from Mighty Networks Team Help Center:**

> Thanks for your meaningful feedback, Wende! We’re so glad to hear live onboarding and Cohost AI have helped you get started quickly and build with confidence. Good news, every plan now includes unlimited Spaces and multi-feature Spaces, you can check this one out now.

We appreciate you being part of the platform!

 ### 42. Live Streaming and Polls That Save Time on Mighty Networks

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ray C. | Head Coach, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

I've been using Mighty networks for around 2 years and have to say my favorite part is the live streaming capability and ease of which I can create engaging polls for my community. The way that I am able to instantly attach/upload my calls into a specific channel shortly after going live is a huge time saver for me!

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

The only thing i would say I "dislike" about Mighty Networks is how from time to time the video quality seems to be a bit laggy. With that said, just last week they pushed out a big update to the video interface and it works and feels way cleaner!

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mighty Networks has helped bring all of my personal training and health coaching clients into one open, warm, and growth focused space. It is not only a benefit to me, but a benefit to my clients who want to feel like they are not alone and are a part of something.

**Official Response from Mighty Networks Team Help Center:**

> That’s great to hear! I love that Mighty Networks has helped you bring your clients into one open, warm, and growth focused space and made engagement so seamless for you and them!

 ### 43. Perfect Platform for Engaging Communities

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Erson R. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 25, 2023

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

I really love that Mighty Networks acts like a private social network, which is just like LinkedIn for physical therapists but without all the creepy ads. It's a great way to get good engagement without having to pay to win or be limited by an algorithm like on Instagram or Facebook. I also appreciate that when someone signs up, they know exactly what they're getting. I like that I can have an unlimited amount of digital courses, unlike other platforms that limit you to maybe one course, and I can set separate prices for them and give out secret links. The courses on Mighty Networks are easy to set up, and I like that they look similar to an LMS but allow for comments, letting people engage directly on the courses, which is not usual in most LMS platforms like Udemy. I highly recommend it.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

I would say that the standard plan that I'm on, it doesn't really have that great of a landing page. If I were able to get unlimited landing pages to sign up people for my free network or my paid network, or potentially paid courses, that would be great.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mighty Networks solves the problem of fighting for engagement limited by algorithms on social platforms, offering good engagement without creepy ads. I can create unlimited digital courses, which are easy to set up and allow interactive comments, unlike typical LMS platforms.

**Official Response from Tanisha Singh:**

> Love this description, Erson! We're excited to build community with you.

 ### 44. Flexible Platform with Room for Innovation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Starlight M. | Founder & Transformation Architect | Independent Consulting / Fractional Leadership, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

I often recommend Mighty Networks to my clients because it's my favorite platform for building communities, memberships and course programs across different industries. The flexible user experience is great because it doesn't feel like every other platform or a nineties version forum. As a community growth consultant and strategist, I love that I can create experiences that match the creator's vision for their community while serving its members well, retaining individuality and creativity through a flexible and well-developed interface. It's really easy for me to set up Mighty Networks as I've been using it for a long time. Also, it integrates really well with other tools like Kit, formerly known as ConvertKit, and many other integrations that I absolutely love. Many of my clients have switched from other products to Mighty Networks for something more elegant that fits their needs.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

I think they have some opportunities in their onboarding and AI setup. They're not leveraging what they know as strongly as they could. The emergence of AI in tools across the Internet means that it's flattening the setup experience and leaving a lot of opportunities for novel innovations. I think they might be overlooking that.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mighty Networks makes it easy for me to sell digital products, memberships, coaching containers, course and communities, in a space that's flexible to my (clients) needs.

**Official Response from Mighty Networks Team Help Center:**

> Hi Starlight,

Thank you for taking the time to share such a thoughtful and detailed review. We really appreciate it.

It means a lot to hear how you’re using Mighty Networks to support your clients and bring their visions to life. The way you described the flexibility and ability to create unique, high-quality experiences is exactly what we aim to empower Hosts to do, so it’s great to see that reflected in your work.

We also truly value your feedback on onboarding and AI. That’s an area we’re actively continuing to evolve, and insights like yours help us understand where we can improve and innovate further.

Thanks again for your support and for being such an important part of the Mighty Networks ecosystem.

 ### 45. Great platform for my community; just dislike all the AI

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abigale M. | Host, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

The user interface is easy for me to figure out. I'm able to organize my files & topics in a way that makes sense for my community. In places where the platform didn't exactly suit my needs, there was help available to figure out a work-around for me.
I use my platform every day, and it's quite easy to stay logged in and see what's new.
It was also fairly easy to use Zaps to integrate my Mighty Networks platform with other systems like Mailchimp.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

There is a lot of upselling pressure. I dislike this because I'm quite satisfied with the platform setup that I have. It looks like the higher-level versions use a lot of gamification and AI, which I'm not interested in. Mighty Networks sends me messages via email, via DMs in my own platform, and via pop-up banners in my own platform. I've disabled as much as I can but they still find ways to try to get me to purchase the next level.
The other thing I dislike is the AI customer support bot. I've asked it questions, and it gives me incorrect and contradictory answers. It takes a really long time to be able to get connected with a real customer support human.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has everything in one place. Before using Mighty Networks, I was using many different apps & websites. I had chats going on Slack, and a calendar app for events, and a website for storing reference materials, plus Zoom for calls. Now my members can log in to one place for everything.

**Official Response from Tanisha Singh:**

> Hey Abigale! Thank you for the kind words and feedback. Note that you can always turn off features that you do not want to use within your Mighty Network (including gamification as an example).

 ### 46. Configurable and Versatile but Payment System Needs Improvement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marco V. | Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 19, 2023

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

I like that Mighty Networks is very configurable, allowing me to tailor it exactly how I want. I can offer my courses in any way I choose, which is incredibly useful. Plus, it's improved a lot since I started using it in August 2022. Right now, it's my main source of income, and Mighty Networks makes that possible.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

The whole payment system can still be improved. Even though offering installment payments was a great step up, there's no sure way to ensure that people who sign up for an installment actually follow through. There have been situations where people signed up for the first installment, took the course, and then left without paying in full. Also, it would be really nice if a company that you pay so much could help with some promotion.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mighty Networks helps structure my course offerings, plan online and in-person events, and enables direct chat with my community.

**Official Response from Tanisha Singh:**

> Thanks for your feedback, Marco! Grateful to have you on the platform.

 ### 47. User-Friendly Platform with Exceptional Support and Professional Design

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alan K. | Systems Coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

The platform is easy to use on both the front and back end. Support via chat and email is very responsive and helpful when it comes to fixing any issues. The platform also has a professional look and feel overall. There also seems to be a genuine interest in wanting you to do well, with a real sense of partnership between them and the client to work through opportunities and grow your network. Their AI assistant has also been upgraded and improved recently; it’s very proactive and can help streamline some tasks.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

Everything feels very manual to create, and it takes a lot of clicks and repeated actions to replicate things multiple times. There’s also no ability to set default preferences.

The reporting functionality is limited. For example, it would be ideal to download all of my Plans in a single report, but instead I have to copy and paste from the browser into Excel. The same goes for downloading Pending Payments for plans.

The text editor is a nightmare when copying and pasting content over from Word.

Apart from images, there’s limited customisability in the overall look and feel.

Sometimes the weekly updates feel like they’ve been picked at random, rather than really focusing on (or asking the community about) what the priority should be for them to work on next (e.g., voice notes?).

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bringing together our community into the one place
Hosting online learning content
Ability to use as payment platform

**Official Response from Tanisha Singh:**

> Thank you for the review! We're grateful to have you building on Mighty.

We'll share your feedback with the team. You can continue to stay up to date on how we're updating the platform on our public roadmap here: https://portal.productboard.com/xzueeglxeumrzzs7kq5fzcqt/tabs/4-in-development

 ### 48. Easy to Navigate, But Embedding and Support Still Need Work

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kyle S. | Director of ESS, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

Easy platform to navigate for content, community, and simple integrations

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

Embedding code that isn't an iFrame, YouTube, or native to MightyNetwork is extremely difficult. The Customer Support team at MightyNetworks (chat@mightynetworks) can be difficult to work with as we've had to reiterate our vision 3 to 4+ times to get the right answer and even had to pull in our reps to get the correct result. Functionalities of Livestream are a work in progress along with the MightyData that has some elements like filtering by promo code not available. Overall good platform that is making strides forward in a positive direction

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MightyNetwork solving our problem of having an App that our members can interact with along with getting access to tools and resources that the DEO has. Benefit is that we get an App specific to DEO that is easier to consume than a WhatsApp for our members

**Official Response from Mighty Networks Team Help Center:**

> Thanks for sharing this, we really appreciate the balanced feedback!

It’s great to hear the platform is easy to navigate and giving you a dedicated app experience for your members that shift from scattered tools to one place can make a big difference.

We also hear you on embeds, livestreaming, and support experience. That kind of detail is incredibly helpful as we continue improving the platform.

Thanks again for taking the time to share this.

 ### 49. Mighty Networks: A Growing Hub That Brings Our Global Congregation Together

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Religious Institutions | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

We love being able to safely connect with people around the world, to create specific groups for people, to host Zoom events, and more. Mighty Networks has been the hub of our international network for our congregation for a few years now and it's only getting better. It's really made people feel like they are a part of the congregation, rather than someone simply watching a service online.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

Some things are not intuitive and some things don't work or don't work as expected. Here are a few of the things that are frustrating that I can think of immediately:

1) Editing repeating events. I haven't figured out a way to edit a single event within a series of events without having to delete or modify the repeating event itself.
2) Zoom accounts. We use a few different Zoom accounts because we host overlapping events. It's frustrating not knowing which Zoom account is attached to the event before starting the event. It usually ends up with us having to log out of one Zoom account and into another.
3) Only being able to upload one photo at a time in a post is frustrating as well.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping us solve the problem of connecting with people from around the world who tune in to our online services but want to feel like they are actually a part of the congregation, rather than a bystander watching videos. They are able to connect with other community members, join study groups, etc. It also helps us communicate important information to our online congregants.

**Official Response from Mighty Networks Team Help Center:**

> Hi there,

Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a thoughtful and heartfelt review. It is truly wonderful to hear how Mighty Networks has helped bring your global congregation together and made your online members feel genuinely connected rather than just passive viewers. That is exactly what we hope to achieve for every community on the platform.

We really appreciate your honest feedback on the areas that still need improvement. The points you raised around editing individual events within a recurring series, managing multiple Zoom accounts, and single photo uploads are all valuable insights that help us prioritize what to work on next. We will make sure your feedback reaches our product team.

Thank you for being part of the Mighty Networks community and for trusting us to be the hub of your international congregation. We look forward to continuing to grow alongside you.

 ### 50. Easy to Set Up, Highly Customizable Communities with Mighty Network

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yvonne B. | Embodied Self-Leadership Guide, Facilitator & Speaker, Health, Wellness and Fitness, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Mighty Networks?**

I’ve used Mighty Network for two different communities since joining. I really appreciate how easy it is to set up a network on the platform, and to shape the look and feel using the many features it offers.

**What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?**

As with any platform, if you’ve never set up a community before, it can feel a bit overwhelming at first because of how much you can do. That said, the training provided is thorough, and the support is excellent.

**What problems is Mighty Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was looking for a place where I could bring women together while offering access in multiple ways. With Mighty Networks, you can build a community that blends free entry with one-off payments as well as subscriptions. That flexibility means you can meet potential members wherever they are on their journey, while still keeping a clear target audience in mind.

**Official Response from Mighty Networks Team Help Center:**

> Hi Yvonne,

Thank you for your thoughtful review.

We’re so glad to hear that you’ve found Mighty Networks easy to set up and flexible enough to shape each community the way you envision. We also appreciate your honest note about the initial learning curve. There’s a lot you can do, and it’s great to hear that the training and support have helped along the way.

It’s wonderful to see how you’re using that flexibility to meet women at different stages of their journey while keeping your community focused and intentional. Keep it up!
