"The best way to organize and energize your community"
What do you like best about Mighty Networks?

I love how Mighty Networks has transformed our social-sports league and made growing community actually manageable. The platform's ability to organize events and manage RSVPs easily is crucial, allowing our community members to check back and plan ahead seamlessly. I appreciate its mission of connecting people, which aligns with our mission to promote recreation and kinship. The communication and constant feature updates showcase their commitment to community Hosts and a people-first approach. The customization options and the ease of setting up payments have been immensely helpful in organizing both members and our extensive events list. Mighty Networks has simplified member and event management, helped us build a vibrant and positive culture, and provided a place for our league assets to be organized! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?

The setup was easy, the hesitation was only on our internal team and alignment on growing pains - transitioning to a paid model for what initially started as a casual get-together among friends. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Mighty is an ever-evolving platform of possibilities! We are very happy customers."
What do you like best about Mighty Networks?

I really appreciate Mighty's personal approach and the easy access to their entire team through the Mighty Community. They are always working to improve the platform, regularly updating it to address user needs and respond to feedback. In just the year that I’ve been using Mighty, I’ve noticed a significant increase in features in a short period of time. As someone who manages our Community full-time, I’ve been able to automate many of my daily tasks, which has freed up my time and energy to focus on more exciting, larger projects and initiatives for our members. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?

Mighty remains, in my opinion, the best community platform out there, so any minor shortcomings aren't deal-breakers for me, given how far ahead they are compared to others. Still, I occasionally come across features I wish were available, such as the ability to pin a post at the top of the feed or lock a post to prevent new or additional comments. However, just because these features aren't present now doesn't mean they won't be added in the future. I appreciate that Mighty makes it simple to request new features, and I feel confident that they are always listening to their users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Empowering Community Connections with Ease"
What do you like best about Mighty Networks?

I love how MN facilitates conversations between my community members. I also like that it is so easy to set up and use. It makes moderation easy and it allows for a fluid conversation. We use this product daily for our Cowgirls with Cameras community and it has integrated beautifully with our website, programs, and podcast. Customer support, when needed, has been amazing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?

I am challenged at times with creating membership levels that match our vision -- that said, we've been able to make a beautiful community happen and this may have more to do with us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexible, Customizable Hub That Keeps Our Community Connected"
What do you like best about Mighty Networks?

We’ve been using Mighty Networks as our central hub for community engagement at Kingmakers of Oakland, and it’s been a solid way to keep our ecosystem connected. I especially appreciate the flexibility in organizing groups and content—whether it’s for our curriculum, events, or fellowships. The ability to customize spaces for different initiatives gives us room to grow and experiment. It’s also easy for our team to post updates and keep the community looped in across multiple programs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?

The interface can feel a bit rigid when you’re trying to do more dynamic storytelling or brand-heavy design. We’d love more control over visual customization and landing page layouts without needing to code. Also, there have been some issues with email deliverability and user login friction—especially for community members who aren’t super tech-savvy. Better analytics and integrations with donation platforms would help us track impact more clearly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Customer focused community platform, that continues to improve functionality and ease of use"
What do you like best about Mighty Networks?

I love the ease of use of Mighty Networks, and that everything is pretty straight forward when finding and view things. As the admin of our group, I have my hands in all aspects of the platform, from building new communities, adding new plans/spaces, interacting with customers in the discussion, as well as from a customer service standpoint. Of all of the community platforms we have used, Mighty Networks is hands down the best one, and they only continue to improve. They listen to their customers and then take that feedback and turn it into results by adding new features and continuing to make the platform easy to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?

It's hard to think of any. My most difficult issue was adding new spaces to plans and how confusing that was, but a recent update streamlined that and I just actually created a new space and plan and it was so easy this time that I thought I had done it wrong. Ha ha. The only thing I would say would be nice to add or improve would be the allowability for new people to be able to join new spaces and plans through the app, and not having to go through the link and a traditional internet browser the first time. That is probably our customer's biggest "complaint", and I use the term complaint loosely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexible, Innovative, User-Friendly Platform with Scalable Growth"
What do you like best about Mighty Networks?

Mighty Networks' technology has flexible configuration that allows the Community Manager to use the components in creative ways to onboard new members and keep existing ones engaged. The user interface elements are familiar enough for users so that there is a fairly easy learning curve for them. The product roadmap is full of additional functionalities that continues to improve upon what's available. I belong to the Mighty Pro Membership community which gives me access to Mighty "insiders" who are hands-on with their approach in helping our organization utilize and grow our platform. Just as importantly, Mighty assigned an awesome Mighty Strategist to us - someone who has guided our community membership to grow from 0 to 4200+ in 10 months. We meet monthly with the Strategist and those meetings are always full of plans for future improvements. Implementation was a team effort between our organization and Mighty. They had our community up and running by the deadline we set. Mighty Networks walks the talk. They use their technology for their own use cases, and that in itself is proof that the entire company is truly invested in being practitioners. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?

First, there is few troubleshooting tools given to Network Hosts and Space Hosts to figure out why members are having issues with their platform access or functionality. We send these issues to Mighty's support team to handle, and it could take some time to get to the root cause and provide a fix. Second, access to the Mighty Insights analytics is available only to Network Hosts, which makes the process of sharing stats with Space Hosts and company stakeholders time consuming. I can't wait for the time in the product roadmap when Mighty Networks gets to focus on improving the Insights. And last, there is latency when accessing the platform in areas of the world without strong WiFi. For instance, in developing nations where we have membership or while in transit and there is a weak signal. This situation has caused dissatisfaction with non-US based members who are on-the-go and traveling. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Sustainable, susbstantial, and scalable!"
What do you like best about Mighty Networks?

I've tried every community platform out there, and Mighty Networks isn't just better, it's the only platform that actually works for what I need to build The Well Lab.

My members find each other effortlessly, and the Mighty platform makes peer support natural - based on location, shared interests, and the specific challenges they're facing—not just whoever shouts loudest in a feed. For nonprofit leaders doing the vulnerable work of succession planning and leadership transitions, this kind of intentional connection is everything.

The impact is for my business is also real. Mighty is set up to be a big part of the backbone of this next iteration of my growth and revenue model. The platform is genuinely intuitive—my team doesn't have to spend hours figuring out workarounds or navigating a clunky interface AND I'm able to build out multiple Spaces (under one umbrella) for different subsets of the community we are building together. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?

I'm looking forward to future roadmap features like language access! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Rachel Dorsey of Mighty Networks

Thank you, Naomi, for your enthusiastic review. We know we are the best platform out there, and we love hearing our Hosts say the same thing. Stay tuned for that future roadmap.

"The Best Platform for Building a Purpose-Driven Community"
What do you like best about Mighty Networks?

It makes it possible to build community on your own terms, free from the noise and algorithms that dominate most online spaces. You can design the experience around real connection: meaningful conversation, learning, and shared purpose. The customer support is outstanding, quick, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in helping creators build great communities

What really stands out is how well it supports intentional growth. The analytics make it easy to see what’s resonating, and the creator tools let you adapt as your community scales. It’s a platform built for clarity, purpose, and sustainable expansion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?

The same flexibility that makes Mighty so powerful can feel overwhelming at first. There’s no one “right way” to build, which means you have to slow down, experiment, and really think through how your community should work. But that process ends up being a strength, it forces you to design with intention instead of defaulting to someone else’s template.

Once you get comfortable, that flexibility becomes a superpower. You realize how much control you actually have over the experience, and how rare that is in today’s algorithm-driven world. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Rachel Dorsey of Mighty Networks

Thank you, Hans, for your feedback. We want nothing more than for you to be able to build the community on your terms to meet the needs of your audience and customers. Not only do we want you to able to build it, but we want you to be able to grow your network with intention. We love hearing that you are using the analytics to make those important data driven decisions.

"It Rocks, It Has An Engaging, Intuitive UI, And An EPIC, And FUN Cultural Vibe"
What do you like best about Mighty Networks?

I love the user interface both as a customer on other people's platforms and on hosting my own. It's beautiful, it's intuitive, it feels alive, it's unlimited what you can do on it for your business, and the way it creates customer engagement with AI, and ease of use for the host, along with the overall cultural vibe of Mighty, it's the best! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?

Like any other platform, you can get caught up in thinking and doing things like everyone else, or in being pulled into "the way it's done," and lose your sense of individuality or identity if you don't stay true to it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Tanisha Singh of Mighty Networks

Thank you for the review! We're grateful to have you building on Mighty.

"A Platform Built for Creators Who Mean Business"
What do you like best about Mighty Networks?

Coming from Discord, we immediately noticed how much more business-focused and feature-rich Mighty Networks is. Instead of piecing together tools, Mighty Networks gives us landing pages, customizable payment options, promo codes, and an integrated structure that feels purpose-built for creators and entrepreneurs. The ability to build one central space, “home” and then add multiple sub-spaces with their own features is a huge plus. It keeps our content organized, gives our members clarity, and makes our community feel more professional and intentional. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?

Our biggest pain point is not being able to easily view the community from a member’s perspective. Other platforms offer this “switch view” function, and it’s incredibly helpful for testing and improving the member experience.

On a smaller note, the point system feels a bit underdeveloped. If it were more customizable, we could use it more effectively as part of a true engagement or rewards program. Similarly, badges are a great feature, but it would be far more powerful if the same badge could be awarded multiple times—making them usable as part of a community “currency” that encourages participation. These aren’t dealbreakers, but they’re opportunities for Mighty Networks to become even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Tanisha Singh of Mighty Networks

Thank you for the kind words, Thomas! We've definitely heard requests about "switch view" and member perspective. This is on the team's radar.

The opportunities you mentioned are super helpful and we'll take this feedback to the team.
