There are a lot of built in classifiers for the most common data types and the admin console makes it very easy to set up policies and labels with little to no training. Originally, 'traininable classifiers' was very limited and also required an E5 so it took my team and I some time to figure out the best KQL to use for our specific needs. Sensitivity labels and configuring them to auto apply greatly reduces the amount of training our employees need on categorizing data properly. It makes our auditing much easier as well.
