All the other softwares offer security on bulk of files. That means even though they offer the file level security, they miss certain formats of files and have limits in file size. They can only support upto 1TB sized file. You can quickly set up most Windows server applications with a high availability. Clean, fast and well designed app that does everything I need to manage and monitor my Azure resources, and more! The Cloud Shell integration is AMAZING!!! Seriously, how cool is it to have a bash console on your phone WITH the power of Azure included with it?! Pleased to see some significant improvements. Looks to be very useful for monitoring the basic health of my Azure installations. Still has some interesting bugs and issues, but it's reassuring to see that the development team is responsive. **What do you dislike about Microsoft Purview Information Protection?** Crashing. Very nice app but still very limited in functionality. Would love to be able to perform some more tasks through the UI. Also it crashed veeeery often on startup, but maybe the latest update has resolved that, let's see. However, the main set back for me is the very limited view on performance metrics for azure sql database. **Recommendations to others considering Microsoft Purview Information Protection:** Great. Just great. **What problems is Microsoft Purview Information Protection solving and how is that benefiting you?** Currently working on performance metrics. I would like to customize the metrics to show me info for the past hour (not just the past 24 hours or whatever the default is) also, like the website I can add additional measurements to the metrics such as CPU, memory, IO on top of DTUs. What is more , the protection of data/files is persistent - data is protected regardless of where it's stored or who it's shared with. Great fact is that we can track activities on shared data and revoke access if necessary. **What do you dislike about Microsoft Purview Information Protection?** When sending a protected document to a recipient for the first time and the recipient is not an Office 365 user, the recipient has to sign-up for RMS for Individual in order to view protected content. **What problems is Microsoft Purview Information Protection solving and how is that benefiting you?** The main business need that is solved by Azure Information Protection is data protection within coworkers and company's customers/partners. ### 30. The sharing, printing, and forwarding of the documents are more quickly because of the conditions.it is also safe to share the company's emails using the AIP. These conditions enable the users to use the AIP easily. **What do you dislike about Microsoft Purview Information Protection?** English is the only language used for Azure Information Protection. People who use other languages cannot use this protection. The labels use patterns and phrases, and the windows explorer is not able to classify the files when using the Azure Information Explorer. **Recommendations to others considering Microsoft Purview Information Protection:** I would recommend the Azure Information Protection because it is easy to use. It has labels that enable the users to access documents easily. It also has conditions that allow easy sharing, printing, and forwarding of documents. Azure Information protection is an excellent software that helps companies to secure their private companies and records management. It ensures higher levels of security in a company and businesses all over the world. The printing of materials is prohibited, and this makes sure that the information provided cannot be tampered with by other users.only the authorized users that get access to the papers of their company. It also protects the documents shared with other organizations. It is also very sensitive because it contains markings that indicate the watermarks, headers, and footers on all the records. **What problems is Microsoft Purview Information Protection solving and how is that benefiting you?** Azure Information Protection was used by my company to secure internal information and documents. ### 31.
