**What do you like best about Microsoft Power Automate?**

This platform ensures that repetitive and similar task are performed with minimal human efforts and similar productive output. It enhances the productivity of the organization by allowing resources to focus on other critical work where human intervention is a must. Its productivity and performance of this platform is outstanding. The user interface is also good with less complexity of usage. The availability of many functional and required templates makes process automation more efficient. The desktop flow activity which allows monitoring is also a crucial function that is added that may be use to monitor the processes and workflows. Its integration with Microsoft 360 co pilot makes this platform more comprehensive in nature. The AI hub is a great assistance empowering and enhancing user experience.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft Power Automate?**

I wish that the sign in process was a little more easier. sometimes there are issues in connector with other connector platform denying permission citing security reasons. I also wish that the overall performance of the platform was more faster. The pricing management can also be added as there are multiple connectors involve with their own set of pricing. It will allow users to work by managing side by side with the allocated budget.

I find Microsoft Power Automate very much beneficial because it solves the problem with approvals by sending structured approval requests, reminding approvers, and logging decisions with timestamps. It's useful in tackling email overload, missed actions, data scattered across different tools, and human errors in routine processes. It eliminates busy work, particularly the repetitive manual tasks that eat up my time and attention, and allows systems to communicate so I don't have to be the middleman. Setting it up was extremely easy. Like, nothing complicated; literally, anybody could do this.

**What do you like best about Microsoft Power Automate?**

I find Microsoft Power Automate easy to use, and I like the inbuilt Copilot feature. It integrates with Office 365 very well, basically worked first time which I didn't expect. You can ask it basic questions, and it often fixes errors automatically, which makes it a lot easier to find where the mistake in the flow is. The initial setup was really easy; I just needed a license, and then I signed in with my enterprise account.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft Power Automate?**

I feel like it needs to be easier to stop flows if it goes wrong. I had one go wrong and send about 3000 emails which I struggled to stop. There needs to be an emergency stop button. There needs to be a button, probably a red one at the menu bar of Microsoft Power Automate that once clicked instantly stops the flow.

The one major thing is No coding for automating my workflows. Like first I had to make followups manually, after i Make a process for following up with people on every wednesday, i started receiving feedback timely without relying on those manual feedbacks. 
Second when i tried it with Power BI, As i am an LMS trainer i have to make sure everone fill out the feedback survey, but for that i have to regularly check who has completed it or who hasn't after i made the flows for people who have completed the LMS should receive the email with an feedback survey, its like awesome.
In short it helped me create those short workflows without much efforts & get most of my work automatically done  in few of my projects.

I don't really dislike anything about this, Its just i need to put some more efforts to build the complex workflows, Which needs more time. But since Co-pilot is integrated with Power automate i don't think so now it will be that much time taking while creating complex workflows.

First key problem helped me solve is Automating continous follow-ups since i have to manage a number of people with a number of tasks so it does helps me get these things inline with my work. Since i don't have to rely on reminders & I have less tasks to keep in mind, its time saving& the automation keeps thing well without me worrying about it everyday.

For me Microsoft Power Automate it's really simple how you can automate everyday task to save money and time without needing technical skills. It reduces a lot of manual work, and also integrates really well with the microsoft 365 enviroment. The most important thing and useful is that it is really simple to implement.

What I don't like the most is that more advanced flows can become hard to manage and debug. Premium licenses to use some useful connectotrs not free which can be limintin with initial version.

What impresses and amazes me about Microsoft Power Automate is the seamless integration between all Microsoft programs, and this is a good thing. I also use the drag-and-drop interface, and the easy and uncomplicated code feature, which makes it easy to use even for those with a basic background. What I like most is the cloud-based automation, because it keeps things running even if the laptop is closed.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft Power Automate?**

1- Error message and debugging: Sometimes the flow fails and the message is general, not specifying where the problem is. So I have to do troubleshooting to find out the issue. The latest update feels a bit heavy. The additions and premium features are very expensive.

I use Microsoft Power Automate to automate daily and routine tasks, and to connect data between Excel, Outlook, and Teams. It helps me organize daily reports and archiving on SharePoint, saving a lot of time and reducing human errors.

I find Microsoft Power Automate's building blocks quite straightforward, making it easy to set up. For the tasks I'm handling, it is quite easy to get started with and implement.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft Power Automate?**

I find it weird how certain features are paywalled behind this kind of power automate subscription. I'm not even sure what it's called. It felt like the product is made incomplete on purpose to make it unusable and ask people to pay. It would be better if it was just upfront that this is a paid-only model. Also, switching from the Teams webhooks was a big pain; some stupid thing wasn't working and needed a component that was paid only.

The configuration is a bit hard to do if you don’t really know what you’re doing. It takes some time to get it up and running, but once you do, it’s smooth sailing from there.

There is something for almost everything like sending replies for mails, Scheduling the responses, and refreshing the documents when the trigger gets hit. I use it quite often because it saves me a lot of manual work. Whenever I needed help, the customer support was responsive and helpful, even the Microsoft community support pages. Overall, it's a great tool for automation.

I appreciate the diversity of actions in Microsoft Power Automate that don't require any coding knowledge. For someone like me, who can code, there are still useful actions where I can tailor my approach with scripting, like parsing and combining data files. The ability to customize actions, including using PowerShell scripting, and the customization of workflows is amazing. I find pipelining data flows to be fun. It's very good for accessing SharePoint sites and modifying Excel files. Its true power is in being an out-of-the-box product that can be used on the web without downloading. The ease of the initial setup, especially having a Power Apps subscription that gave us access to premium actions, was a great help.

So when I want to create a more robust action I have to use so many unnecessary actions, however, I would know how to create it with a few lines of Python code. So yes, the biggest improvement could be that somehow a Python interface would be added for an action and I could use Panda’s library for transforming the data or even other libraries with some limitations of course.

Environment, ownership, and governance - Managing who owns which flows and what happens if that person leaves the organization is still awkward. Flows tied to individual user accounts or connections feel fragile, and setting up 'service account'-style ownership or clean ALM across dev/prod environments is not as smooth as it should be. Performance and limits for heavier workloads - For small automations it's great, but once you start working with higher-volume scenarios you run into throughput limits, concurrency issues, and long runtimes. It's not always obvious what the real capacity limits are until you hit them. Expression language and advanced logic - The expression syntax is powerful but not very discoverable or user-friendly. This includes the ability to connect with HTTP actions which I think is the real power of it, allowing direct connectivity with Power Platform applications and third-party applications.

**What do you like best about Microsoft Power Automate?**

What I really like about Power Automate is how it takes those repetitive tasks you do over and over and just handles them for you automatically and implementation of new apps are much easier.

I've used it to connect older systems with newer tools, kick off data refreshes, send out alerts, and get different teams on the same page with their processes. A few things really stand out: the low-code setup means I can build things quickly without having to wait for IT, it plays nicely with all the Microsoft tools we already use like SQL, SharePoint, and Power BI, and when something breaks, I can actually see what went wrong and fix it pretty easily.

The best part is the time it saves. At MTA, when I was modernizing our reporting workflows, automating things freed up hours every week and made our data way more accurate. It just lets me think about how to make processes better while the tool does the actual work.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft Power Automate?**

What I dislike about Power Automate is that complex flows can get hard to debug, and some connectors can be a bit unreliable or limited. But overall, the benefits still outweigh these minor frustrations. I also had an issue with keep the database private as I gave access to people to the app within the organization, there might be a way for sure, but I am currently working on it to make the whole process seamless.
