"Easy-to-Use Copilot That Speeds Up Work, Despite Formatting Gaps"
5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot Studio?

I use Microsoft Copilot Studio to find old documents, search company policies and documentation, write code, and find suppliers in our database. It makes coding much faster and speeds up my research. I like how easy it is to use and how it integrates with the Microsoft 365 tools I use. I also use it for document drafting and minor edits. Setup was very easy through Company Portal, and I gave it a 10 and recommend it often. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot Studio?

The formatting of generated content in Word and other programs can be off. When I try to extend a table, it doesn’t match the style of the existing table, and it’s tricky to fix up manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Its easy to use and create the customized agents as per our requirement. Intigration of outlook and other microsoft app is really easy to connect via mcp servers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot Studio?

More features are expected to come. I’m still waiting for the app preview features that can create an app for you, so I’m looking forward to that. Right now, there are limitations with the agents, especially when trying to use them across different areas. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is easiest application to create and deploy agents across multiple channels types like teams, website, SharePoint, etc. Also, we can have multiple sources as knowledge base like SharePoint site, our own document, any other public website, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"From Idea to Useful Agent in Minutes: Real Speed and Automation"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot Studio?

What I like most is the speed with which a simple idea turns into a super useful agent. It not only uses company data but also combines the freedom AI has to understand people with the control it has to connect with internal systems, automating real tasks in minutes. What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot Studio?

What I don't like is the complexity of its licensing and consumption cost scheme. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive Agent Building, but Limited Model Fine-Tuning"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot Studio?

I like the interface and how I can create agents with little to no knowledge, use extensions, and share an agent with a limited set of users while it’s still in beta. The visual drag-and-drop canvas removes the friction of building conversational apps. I can map out conversations, see how triggers work, and test changes in real time without writing complex backend scripts or logic manually. Cross-functional teams like HR, operations, and support can build and refine the logic themselves, which cuts down the backlog for development teams. The initial setup was easy and seamless, and I didn’t face any issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot Studio?

I can’t fine-tune the underlying model for proprietary corporate jargon, highly specialized legal or medical terminology, or exact reasoning patterns. Relying only on prompt engineering has clear limits, and the lack of native weight adjustment or deeper model fine-tuning creates friction when I build solutions for specialized fields. "Microsoft Copilot Studio Feels Like an AI Intern for Strategy and Outlines"
5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot Studio?

I love Microsoft Copilot Studio because it lets me have an agent that’s basically like an intern. It helps me with strategy and creating outlines for my work practice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot Studio?

It takes a while to set up your agent and build it so it’s efficient for your needs, but over time it keeps learning and gets better and stronger the more you train it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Integration with Room for UX Improvement"
4/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot Studio?

I really like Microsoft Copilot Studio because it can connect with almost all Microsoft applications, including Word, Outlook, MS Teams, Power BI, Power Apps, and SharePoint. That level of connectivity is a standout feature for me and makes the product feel genuinely versatile across different workflows. On top of that, it also supports direct connections to knowledge bases or databases, which is a huge plus and one of the main reasons I value it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot Studio?

The testing site, or the staging area, is lacking in user experience and overall user-friendliness, and it could definitely be improved. When it throws an error, it doesn’t explain what caused it or why it’s considered an error, so I end up having to figure it out on my own. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy-to-Customize AI Agents for Sales, Support, and Product Knowledge"
5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot Studio?

I like that I can create and customize agents for different purposes. For example, I can build an AI sales bot that directs customers to the right department to get a quote or to learn more technical information about a product we offer. I can also build an agent for technical troubleshooting or for product knowledge that’s specific to a brand or a particular set of products. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot Studio?

So far, I’ve had to manually create and enter every type of conversation a customer or prospective client might have with the chatbot, then test it and go back and forth making adjustments. I’d like to be able to use Copilot to help me plug in the necessary conversation paths so I can get the results I want from the agents as I build them. Overall, it’s an easy platform to use; it just requires you to put yourself in the shoes of the person interacting with the agent so you can program the conversation flow correctly.
