"A simple and all-in-one solution for every type of form!"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Forms?

I rely on MS Forms across my business practice; from client consent requests to post-training evaluations and scoring. This software never disappoints as it is equipped by a wide range of features, and the forms can be customized to suit literally any professional use case and business requirement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Forms?

While I do not have any dislikes, I believe that the variety of available options ready-to-use forms could be enhanced. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The Go-To Tool for Quick, Integrated Surveys and Feedback"
5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Forms?

It eliminates the need for another software license and is the perfect tool for HR check-ins, quick internal polls, and straightforward customer feedback forms. For a powerful, enterprise-grade VOC program, you might need something more robust, but for 90% of everyday feedback needs, Microsoft Forms is reliable, simple, and effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Forms?

While excellent for basic to intermediate surveys, it lacks the deep analytical and branding features of a dedicated platform like Qualtrics. The customisation options for fonts and themes are limited, which can be a minor drawback for customer-facing surveys where you want a fully branded experience. It's a tool for gathering data efficiently, not for complex customer experience (CX) program management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Constantly evolving form designer App."
4.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Forms?

Microsoft Forms continues to add new and creative features, like the ability to include background music from a high‑quality music library. The form designer offers powerful tools and functionality, integrating seamlessly with OneDrive and most Microsoft 365 apps. This makes it easy for users to create and share responsive, multimedia forms that simplify communication and data collection. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Forms?

In Microsoft Forms, the designer interface has a lot of moving and interactive elements. Once you click on them, they become editable, which can make the interface feel cluttered or distracting if you click something by accident. It might be better if the interface were a bit more static to create a cleaner and more focused user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Microsoft Forms Review"
5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Forms?

1. The UI is very simple, so no technical skills are needed to create surveys, quizzes, or polls.

2. It also works smoothly with Excel, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Outlook, which makes collaboration easy.

3. We can share forms via link, QR code, or email, and they work well on mobile devices too.

4. On top of that, it comes with pre-designed templates and a variety of question types, which makes it a real time-saver. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Forms?

1. Although it comes with pre-designed templates, the selection feels limited and fairly basic compared to Google Forms or Typeform. 2. Also, it really only works for users who already have a Microsoft account—without one, there’s no access at all.

3. Finally, when it comes to editing individual responses or handling very large datasets, the process can be cumbersome and harder to manage than it should be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Feedback Collection with MS Forms"
4/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Forms?

MS Forms is a great way to reach a large group of people to gather feedback, responses, etc. It has helped me to gauge interests, needs, and availability, amongst other things. It is pretty easy to use both from the creation and completion side of the forms, and has a lot of options within the form to meet what style you are looking for and the level of complexity. It also gives you options for receiving responses and reviewing responses, which is helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Forms?

Not too many complaints at this time. The forms I have created are relatively simple/easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Forms?

Only one thing I don’t like about Microsoft Forms is that it isn’t able to integrate directly with non-Microsoft applications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
