In Microsoft Forms, the designer interface has a lot of moving and interactive elements. MS Forms is a great way to reach a large group of people to gather feedback, responses, etc. It has helped me to gauge interests, needs, and availability, amongst other things. It is pretty easy to use both from the creation and completion side of the forms, and has a lot of options within the form to meet what style you are looking for and the level of complexity.
