"Microsoft Forms is the up and coming Forms and Survey Tool"
What do you like best about Microsoft Forms?

I like that you can create a multitude of forms and survey types.

There are a lot of useful templates to use, this makes it really easy to get a draft Survey, or form built.

There suggestion option to suggest adding quick answers to your question types are a real time saver.

The new present option is also really cool.

The tool is cloud based, so there is nothing to deploy, or implement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Forms?

At the moment Forms still lack some advanced, technical features. However I can see new features being added regularly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Better than other existing forms"
What do you like best about Microsoft Forms?

1. When we don't care about keeping the data in a structure for a long time. You can use a list instead but the user then needs access to the list which might not be suitable depending on your data.

Power apps take longer to setup and are more difficult for a "standard" user to build quickly and deploy.

2. Surveys, stuff that has less than 10 questions which are all fairly simple. Scale of 1-5, multiple choice.

3. Limited reporting, use the built in dashboard primarily. Occasionally will export the Excel sheet at the end of the survey and store that in SPO to use with power bi Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Forms?

It is very basic, you can't link to the term store, you can't have a people field, you can't do date and time only date. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
