**Reviewed Date:** September 13, 2023

**What do you like best about Microsoft Forms?**

Thanks to the Forms tool, I can create quick surveys and forms to collect information. This is especially useful when we want to collect the opinion of groups of people on a given topic. It is also useful for gathering unstructured information like:
-requests (parking access , tools, eqipment)
-gather updates (for example regarding finished projects times etc.)
-reporting
-voting (for example chosing employee represntative)

Forms is perfectly integrated with Microsoft tools such as Power Point or SharePoint, which facilitates the publication of surveys and the subsequent analysis and presentation of results.

**What do you like best about Microsoft Forms?**

I have used many online form or questionnaire on many other platforms but after opting for 365 subscription, I got to know about this and I am amble to make those with very minimum time, I think the users with limited technical expertise can also use it, that too with the integration with Microsoft 365.

**What problems is Microsoft Forms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

According to me collecting data from other resources is very difficult and to keep that in your server, and the time it takes to build the forms. **Reviewed Date:** October 09, 2021

**What do you like best about Microsoft Forms?**

I like how it is easy to collect information using forms within the Microsoft 365 suite. We use forms in our company to report timekeeping concerns and issues and so far it's worked great.

2023: We also use them for engagement activities and quizzes that serve as a learning refresher. Aside from this, we run a couple of approval processes through forms and power automate.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft Forms?**

The fact that one can't have an hour formatted as one can on other form creators is truly a major pest. It's one of the issues we're encountering as the format differs per person which makes for an incredible mess when running formulas on the back end.

Another feature would be the results filtering like in surveymonkey - that and the hours format would be a game changer in Microsoft forms.

2023: the issue with the hours format remains but the new AI style feature is great, you can use keywords to get a style that fits your form.

**Recommendations to others considering Microsoft Forms:**

If you're using 365 for everything else, then using forms and pairing it with flows will make your life easier.

**What problems is Microsoft Forms solving and how is that benefiting you?**
