We were also able to brand and customize it, and create various forms for our student-facing teams. Those forms can be tailored based on each appointment’s requirements. We mainly used it as an appointment form booking tool before shifting to queue management systems. Now we use it more ad hoc internally to capture opinions and run surveys, and even for internal project-management decisions as we roll out new features. For example, we use these forms to collect anonymous votes from executives to understand what kinds of features they want to roll out. Pricing-wise, it was fairly cheap for us.
