"Easy to Use for Academics, But Lacks Professional Aesthetics"
What do you like best about Microsoft Forms?

It is easier to make but the forms are just good for academic purposes. MS Teams integrated custom support is good. Comes with good amount of features, and well integrates with MS Teams environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Forms?

Not really aesthetic ones which one would use for client related purposes or corporate requirements. Teaching a new joinee about the usage might be cumbersome, but if you are a professional in MS teams management then it is easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Team Surveys with Microsoft Forms"
What do you like best about Microsoft Forms?

I like that Microsoft Forms is integrated with Microsoft Teams, which allows us to easily vote in group chats without the need to log in or create separate forms. It's very accessible. Plus, it provides a chart to show which option has the most votes, making it straightforward to understand the consensus. It's easier to gather feedback directly in the chat, which encourages more interaction with the forms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Forms?

I guess data saving was a problem back when I remember a few months back or year or two back. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Review after using Microsoft Forms."
What do you like best about Microsoft Forms?

After using Google Forms so long I tried Microsoft Forms and find useful features like, its seamless integration into the Office 365 ecosystem. Being able to embed a poll directly into a Teams chat or a PowerPoint slide is incredibly efficient. I also appreciate the built-in Immersive Reader for accessibility, a feature that makes surveys more accessible to everyone. The default themes feel a bit more modern and professional right out of the box, requiring less tweaking to look good for business or academic use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Forms?

Although there are so many useful features, I also found some drawbacks. The customization is quite limited compared to Google Forms; you're mostly stuck with the provided themes and can't fine-tune layouts or fonts. It also lacks a simple add-on marketplace for extending functionality. While it integrates with Power Automate for complex workflows, that's a much steeper learning curve than just installing a simple add-on for things like setting response limits or sending customized confirmation emails. "Simple and effective tool for collecting responses quickly"
What do you like best about Microsoft Forms?

Microsoft Forms is incredibly easy to use, even for those with little technical experience. The interface is clean and intuitive, and creating surveys or quizzes takes just a few minutes. I especially like the real-time response tracking and built-in analytics, which make it easy to evaluate data without needing additional tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Forms?

The design customization is quite limited compared to other form tools. While it integrates well with Microsoft 365, it lacks some advanced features like conditional logic depth, robust design templates and third-party integrations. Also, exporting data to Excel sometimes requires manual cleanup for formatting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple tool for creating quick forms and surveys"
What do you like best about Microsoft Forms?

Microsoft Forms is very easy to use, even for someone without technical experience. I like that I can create surveys, quizzes, or polls quickly with a clean, simple interface. The drag-and-drop style is intuitive, and I don’t need any tutorials to figure things out. It also automatically collects responses and shows data in neat charts, which is helpful for basic analysis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Forms?

It’s a bit limited compared to tools like Google Forms. For example, design customization options are very basic, and there are fewer question types. Also, the integration with Excel is good, but it sometimes takes a few clicks to access detailed analytics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effective for Surveys and Feedback, But Room for Improvement"
What do you like best about Microsoft Forms?

It's a useful tool for carrying out surveys, research, and NPS. I find it effective for gathering feedback and insights. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Forms?

The product is missing several important features, such as the ability to customize the header to match the theme automatically. Instead, it changes the color on its own, often resulting in poor color combinations. Additionally, there is a restriction that only allows you to share the form with up to 100 people, which is quite limiting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple, Fast, and Effective for Basic Surveys and Forms"
What do you like best about Microsoft Forms?

The best part is its user-friendly interface—anyone can start using it without much training. It is well integrated with other Microsoft apps like Excel and Teams, which makes it easier to manage and analyse data. The collaboration feature is also quite useful when multiple people are working on the same form. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Forms?

It is good for basic forms, but there are some limitations when it comes to customisation. Features like advanced logic, better design templates, and branding options could be improved. For more complex requirements, it sometimes feels a bit limited. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive Surveys, Yet Needs Better Integration"
What do you like best about Microsoft Forms?

I like Microsoft Forms for its great intuitive nature and the ability to create surveys, questionnaires, and forms that help in gathering opinions and feedback from employees and clients. The feature that allows creating mandatory and optional questions is something I appreciate, as it helps make the surveys look more realistic. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy for us since we already had Microsoft 365. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Forms?

I don't like its pricing and the inability to integrate well with Google tools. Specifically, if I use Google Sheets or spreadsheets, I can't create forms that support them as a backend. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple and Useful, but Limited for Advanced Needs"
What do you like best about Microsoft Forms?

Recently, I have liked the improvements in collaboration and sharing. It is easier to work on a form with others and manage who can access it.I also like the response analysis. The built-in charts are clearer, and exporting to Excel still works smoothly, which helps when we need to do deeper tracking or reporting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Forms?

Microsoft Forms can improve mainly in advanced logic and validation, so complex forms are easier to build. Reporting can be stronger with more built-in analytics, and design customization could be expanded to better match company branding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
