**What do you dislike about Microsoft Forms?**

While Microsoft Forms works well for basic data collection, it has limited customization and advanced analytics options compared to other survey tools. A few more formatting and integration features would make it even better.

**What problems is Microsoft Forms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Microsoft Forms helps me quickly collect PKTs and feedback from teams without manual paperwork. It centralizes responses, saves time on data entry, and makes it easy to analyze results, which improves efficiency in my role as a Senior Executive.

  ### 3. Simple, Effective, and Easy to Use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Primary/Secondary Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Microsoft Forms?**

Microsoft Forms offers a very clean and user-friendly interface that makes creating surveys, quizzes, and forms incredibly quick. It integrates well with other Microsoft 365 tools like Excel, so collecting and analyzing responses is seamless. I also like that it works across devices without needing extra setup, and the real-time response tracking is a big plus for fast feedback.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft Forms?**

While it’s great for basic forms, Microsoft Forms lacks advanced customization features. The design options are quite limited—no deep styling or branding control. Also, branching logic can be a bit restrictive compared to other tools like Typeform or Google Forms. Offline mode support is missing too.

**What problems is Microsoft Forms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Microsoft Forms helps streamline the process of collecting data—whether it’s employee feedback, event RSVPs, training evaluations, or quick decision-making polls. It removes the need for paper forms or complex survey software. The simplicity and integration with Microsoft 365 tools save time and reduce manual work, especially when exporting responses to Excel for analysis.

  ### 4. Forms for your use

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abhishek R. | Data Engineer , Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Microsoft Forms?**

The design is simple and clean, making forms and checking responses is quick and I personally like how it shows results in charts, that helps a lot

**What do you dislike about Microsoft Forms?**

Some times it loads slow when internet is not strong

**What problems is Microsoft Forms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Microsoft Forms helps me a lot in managing plans with my group. Like when we have to decide on event dates, food choices, or places to go, I just make a quick form and share it. Everyone fills it easily, and I get all answers in one place. It saves a lot of time instead of asking each person one by one. Also, it’s less confusing since I can see all responses in a neat way.

  ### 5. Good to use

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** PranayKumar S. | IT Administator , Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Microsoft Forms?**

What I like best about Microsoft Forms is how simple and seamless it is to use, especially within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. It takes just a few minutes to build a form or survey, and the interface is clean and intuitive—even for people who aren't tech-savvy.

The real-time response tracking is also a huge plus. As soon as someone submits a response, I can view the results in clear charts or download them to Excel instantly for deeper analysis. It’s especially convenient that it integrates well with Teams, Outlook, and Excel—so I don’t have to jump between platforms.

For internal use—like employee feedback, quick polls, or onboarding requests—it’s super efficient. I also appreciate the option to restrict access to only people in my organization or make the form public when needed.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft Forms?**

While Microsoft Forms is easy to use and great for basic needs, it does feel a bit limited when you want to do more. For example, there’s not much room for customization — you can't really brand your forms with custom fonts, layouts, or themes. Also, the logic options are pretty basic; if you're trying to create more dynamic or conditional forms, you quickly hit a wall. Another thing that can be frustrating is that file uploads only work internally (within your org), which is a problem if you're collecting data from external users. And lastly, the built-in reporting is very simple — good for a quick glance, but not enough if you want detailed insights without exporting to Excel.

**What problems is Microsoft Forms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Microsoft Forms helps simplify the way we collect feedback, run surveys, and gather information—without needing any technical skills or complicated tools. It solves the everyday problem of chasing people for input or manually compiling responses from email threads or spreadsheets.

Instead of back-and-forth emails or paper forms, I can now create a quick online form, share it with my team, and start receiving responses instantly. Whether it’s gathering feedback after a meeting, collecting IT asset requests, or sending out an employee satisfaction survey, it’s all handled in one place.

The real benefit?

It saves time,

Reduces errors,

And keeps all the responses neatly organized and exportable to Excel for easy analysis.

Plus, since it’s integrated with Microsoft 365, I don’t have to leave the tools I already use—like Teams, Outlook, or SharePoint.

So in short, Microsoft Forms takes the hassle out of data collection and turns it into a smooth, reliable, and secure process.
