## Microsoft Forms Reviews
  ### 1. A good option to configure online assessments for my students.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sandra P. Z. | Docente, Investigador y Asesor Académico, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2019

**What do you like best about Microsoft Forms?**

I can remain anonymous when answering. I can select different types of questions. Allows you to nest questions. Send feedback to the student or respondent and allow him to see the result of his grade. I can write a comment about the answers of the students. I automatically throw the results in an Excel Sheet. I can summatively and formatively qualify the student body. I can manage several forms at the same time.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft Forms?**

Like any online evaluation, it does not guarantee that the student is honest in the response. The format is very simple, it does not allow me to enrich it with details or section the document. Does not support scores in decimals. I do not see any way to delete a form when I no need it. It does not automatically load the respondent's mail. Although it is responsive and I can see how it looks on a computer or mobile, I have had difficulties to see it from my device with Android Operating System, it must be because missing an update or plugin but I do not know exactly what is happening.

**Recommendations to others considering Microsoft Forms:**

I recommend this application to all active teachers and researchers. In order to support the current educational processes, in the era of connectivism as Theory of Learning, it becomes a powerful tool to help the teacher, to stay in contact with students and make them an active agent of their learning process.

**What problems is Microsoft Forms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

From the educational environment the use of Microsoft Forms is very good. It can be used to make diagnostic, summative or formative evaluations. In addition, it can be used to do academic research and gather the opinion of an audience of interest for a study.

  ### 2. Solid core functions, easy to use

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael S. | Official Member, Non-Profit Organization Management, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2019

**What do you like best about Microsoft Forms?**

Forms is super simple and easy to use. It is intuitive to set forms up and the ability to both see the responses via the dashboard or one click export to excel is wonderful. All this makes it really easy to see results visually, gives the option to play with the data in excel, and makes it easy to share and collaborate with colleagues.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft Forms?**

I'd say that the lack of options for customizing the look and feel of the form is what stands out to me. It is difficult to match with company branding or to drop logos and images in as I'd like.

**What problems is Microsoft Forms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it has been great for handling program participant registrations. It has been especially helpful in collecting demographic from my stakeholders, as well as capturing preferences with respect to the direction, activities, and member experience for the program I run.

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 04, 2019

**What do you like best about Microsoft Forms?**

The best thing about MS Forms is the fact it comes with my 365 subscription, but I would not buy it stand alone.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft Forms?**

There options for customization to forms (such as answer input types) is very limited.

**Recommendations to others considering Microsoft Forms:**

MS doesn't seem interested in updating this product anytime soon. Personally, the Google option is better for me.

**What problems is Microsoft Forms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find forms useful for getting information from field technicians (daily reports, etc)

Teachers constantly seek innovations that allow us to interact, share, or collaborate with colleagues, students and parents. This application allows me to create forms and questionnaires in an easy way, offering a series of templates in which we can add or remove questions or options in a simple way; becoming the easiest and most practical way to perform any questionnaire or request to gather information according to what you need.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft Forms?**

The fact of requiring an internet connection to be able to access is always going to represent a disadvantage, but as for the application I do not have any complaints, since it is easy and functional.

**Recommendations to others considering Microsoft Forms:**

Forms or surveys can be customized by adding images.
These are stored in OneDrive and synchronized with OneNote making it easy to be edited or shared.
It allows to create surveys with multiple choice questions, open or closed. The results each question is obtained in the form of graphs or can also be exported as an Excel document when required.

**What problems is Microsoft Forms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It represents an excellent tool that allows teachers to create assessment instruments, which we can review and send the results to students in the shortest time and without the need to be in the classroom.
