They added Cortana - a virtual assistant. **What do you dislike about Microsoft Edge?** There is no address bar on top. Instead, there is a Where To next page. That's where the address bar is. **What problems is Microsoft Edge solving and how is that benefiting you?** Microsoft Edge is faster than Internet Explorer so the wait time is less to open up the browser. ### 2. Front page is attractive. Low RAM compared to some alternatives. **What do you dislike about Microsoft Edge?** Nothing really stands out as far as features and functionality is concerned. Can be EXTREMELY slow at times. **Recommendations to others considering Microsoft Edge:** While moving in the right direction, Microsoft Edge is still inferior to alternatives like Chrome and Firefox. That being said, as far as security is concerned, it's the best browser available, safer than both the aforementioned alternatives. A few more bells/whistles in the feature department and it might sway me, even with it's performance not being on par with the rest. **What problems is Microsoft Edge solving and how is that benefiting you?** The only real problems I'm solving with Edge is the ability to use certain applications that aren't functional with Chrome and Firefox. ### 4. It is Chrome but branded Microsoft and, in some aspects, like the graphics (understood as lightness for the hardware), it is even better!! **What do you dislike about Microsoft Edge?** Nothing important. The settings menu is not easily traceable, otherwise there are no negative notes to report. (it is still in the process of being fine-tuned) **Recommendations to others considering Microsoft Edge:** The new Microsoft Edge (based on Chromium) is the definitive answer that Microsoft has given to all the competition. **What problems is Microsoft Edge solving and how is that benefiting you?** The new Edge has imported passwords, favorites, and all settings from Chrome.
