Microsoft will at this time shift you to their partner ecosystem to pair you up with a 3rd party provider. This is all fine because this is the way Microsoft operates with certain solutions where custom solutions outweigh the natural product use case. The only thing I wish was that you did not have to shift to a 3rd party platform to learn a new skin for development just to realistically at the end of the day user backend Microsoft services. **What problems is Azure AI Bot Service solving and how is that benefiting you?** Microsoft Bot Framework solves for higher education chatbot services tailored to the student, faculty, and employee experience. The service provides streamlined automated flows within a chatbot setting that allows for ease of use and reduction of interactions in an automated fashion on normal channels. ### 2. It has a wide range of features, such as modular SDK , a bot emulator and a number of pre-trained AI models, that assist my team in creating bots. It is a quick and simple method for getting started with Bot Development that offers a conversational user interface for both new and existing apps and services. **What do you dislike about Azure AI Bot Service?** It is a good platform for creating numerous type of bots but only support few programming languages we are not able to create a bot in another language using Microsoft Bot Framework. We were not able to creat a bot that perfectly satisfy our client needs due to its Directline's limited customizability. **What problems is Azure AI Bot Service solving and how is that benefiting you?** It saves our significant amount of time and money byb providing number of pre-built component and services that helps us to quickly deploy the created bot. We developed a bot for one of our client who communicates via phone and email and thus receives a large number of calls and mail, by offering a round the clock assitance and cutting down wait time, the bot ceated enhances the client customer services. By promoting goods and services generating leads, and cultivating customer relationship various created bots help to improve marketing. ### 3. That's the most I like because the GUI of Composer actually helps a lot. Also if you want to develop your services based on Bot Framework, there is DirectLine which helps you also! and it includes a webchat that you can adapt pretty easy. Finally the NLP from Luis is really really easy to use! **What do you dislike about Azure AI Bot Service?** Three things I don't like. One is that the Bot can become really really heavy so if you use for example DirectLine, it can take tons of time to answer a request... The second one is that it requires tons of jobs related to accomplishing complex things like a Transcript service, or stuff like that... and the third one is that the documentation for example for DirectLine is really hard to understand since there are no examples on how the return from the Bot works. **Recommendations to others considering Azure AI Bot Service:** Take your time to learn Bot framework and how it works from DirectLine, how to create transcripts, connect it to support services (like Kustomer), or to other services like Twilio, think about everything before you begin or you are going to end with tons of weird things. **What problems is Azure AI Bot Service solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have a client that had like 1 million calls every year from customers trying to get support, we created a bot that connected to Twilio is answering those calls first trying to create the service requests instead of the agents, we reduced the calls by 33-35%, and we are growing the bot to increase this percentage up to 50% ### 10.
