My customers didn’t want to go with the Business Premium license due to the higher cost, and that left me searching for an affordable option that still provided essential device management features. With the F1 license, I’m able to leverage Intune’s capabilities for each user at a much lower price point. This allows me to enroll devices into Intune, ensuring proper management and security without needing to upgrade to Business Premium. Plus, the fact that Conditional Access can be enabled with F1 is a huge benefit, as it typically requires a higher-tier license. "Microsoft office is useful for the first line workers who don't full 365 features." 5/5 What do you like best about Microsoft 365 F1? Microsoft Office 365 F1 is very useful for the first line workers who dont need full 365 features, its very cost effective and provides a flexibility to the employees who only need access to basic communication and collaboration tools. Its vey to implement and integrate. The customer support is top notch. The daily usage of F1 makes it outstand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Microsoft 365 F1? F1 users don't have mailbox rights. Although a mailbox is provisioned for users through the Exchange Kiosk plan, they aren't entitled to use it. We recommend that you disable Outlook on the web for F1 users.
