## About MetconIQ
MetconIQ is programming, logging and proof for functional training gyms and the athletes who train in them. For gym owners and coaches: publish daily workouts with scaling tiers, run class schedules and bookings, manage memberships and billing through Stripe, sell class packages and drop-ins, track attendance, and see retention alerts before an athlete drifts away. Group programming can be generated with AI and rescaled weekly from the results your athletes actually log. For athletes: log every score, keep a full training history with personal records and benchmark trends, and follow a personal training plan that is rewritten each week from what you logged — solo or as a member of a gym. Web app plus native iOS and Android apps. Athletes start free; gym plans are sized by athlete seats.
