There really is not a whole lot about the organization that is unpleasant. As there is in any group of people, there are sometimes when tensions rise because of decisions that need to be made, but the teamwork and collaboration that is used to overcome that is still impressive. This is a great platform for people, especially young individuals who are looking to help provide care in underdeveloped areas. I would recommend networking a lot through Watsi.
