Used it for all precedent transactions analysis plus had great news coverage. Easy to use and helpful customer support. Montly usage. **What do you dislike about Mergermarket?** It could have better User experience or integrations. It was basically a static tool with a newsletter but you had to build everything on top. **What problems is Mergermarket solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed to perform precedent transaction analysis and Mergermarket allowed you to gather all the information available in the market. ### 2. Lied to us about future pricing. We decided to not renew and told them such and now they are trying to collect. Awful. Would never recommend this service nor any service offered by ION Analytics. **What problems is Mergermarket solving and how is that benefiting you?** Mergermarket was supposed to give us market intelligence, but the service doesn't do this as well as Capital IQ, which is fall less expensive and more versatile. ### 3.
