It could have better User experience or integrations. It was basically a static tool with a newsletter but you had to build everything on top.

What do you dislike about Mergermarket?

Customer service is horrible. Lied to us about future pricing. We decided to not renew and told them such and now they are trying to collect. Awful

The service is not materially different from services such as Capital IQ which is far less expensive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mergermarket?

Customer service is horrible. Lied to us about future pricing. We decided to not renew and told them such and now they are trying to collect. Awful. Would never recommend this service nor any service offered by ION Analytics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
