Our intuitive filters allow you to select only the jobs you want to see or to download/view all data. Nature of work filters allow you to search for jobs based on: - Family: Jobs performing similar work, requiring similar training, skills, knowledge, etc - Subfamily: Jobs performing a segment of work by overall Job Family - Navigation group: Search specializations, breaking into natural groups of work within a Subfamily - Specialization: Specific type of work within a Subfamily, which when combined with Career Level becomes a Job that an individual performs The ease of blending, filtering, and exporting data along with the ability to compare it to your company’s data makes Mercer WIN® an added bonus when you purchase Mercer’s salary surveys. ## Mercer WIN® Reviews ### 1. Mercer WIN review **Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospitality | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** January 25, 2022 **What do you like best about Mercer WIN®?** I like that you can pull many different scope measures for one position and those display under the job. I use Aging, and Refine Market to access scope data. I also like that you can customeize the view to get the data you want on each report. (ex. to show percentiles, number of incumbents, number of companies, etc.) I feel there are a wide range of scope measures that are available. **What do you dislike about Mercer WIN®?** I dislike that in order to combine scope measures, you have to create a new scope measure. This is a little time consuming to do after all scope measures are selected. I would prefer that the system automatically combine scope measures selected for each job. I also dislike the cost of adding additional users within the organization. I think the survey costs should include a few more users. Although I don't dislike it per se, I typically do not share the results right out of the system, I typically retype them into an excel spreadsheet. I wish you could save the Aging date but instead you have to go through the Aging process each time you price a new job. **What problems is Mercer WIN® solving and how is that benefiting you?** Hi, I am able to access very valuable compensation data with the product. I am not sure I have necessarily solved any problems. But I utilize the program to conduct market reviews for various positions within our organization. ### 2.
