**What do you like best about Mercer Mobility Management Platform?**

MMP provides easy access of the active assignments and full visiblity of history of all assignment for the organization and helps organization to keep on track. Additionally, It helps to built up the confidence of employees and ease up the workload of HR.

**What do you dislike about Mercer Mobility Management Platform?**

As per my knowledge and use of MMP I will say that its always ahead of other programms and work faster. Along with it, It is very flexible.

**What problems is Mercer Mobility Management Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MMP provides full acess not only of active and current assignments but all the history of assignments. I can easily tarck the if the organization is lagging behind of any consignment or assignment. Additionally, MMP does not work only domestically, It work globally.
