The platform presents serious structural problems that prevent the operation of a serious business: Performance and Instability: The system does not support real workload. With just 200 simultaneous tickets, the inbox freezes, there are loading errors, and message loss. Broken Integrations (WooCommerce and AI): The synchronization with WooCommerce is defective. Worse still, the Artificial Intelligence hallucinates data: it delivers incorrect prices and stock availability to customers, causing direct sales losses and complaints. Management and Support: It is a restrictive system; they do not allow you to manually disconnect the API, forcing you to depend on them. To top it off, technical support is nonexistent during critical hours (4:00 PM - 6:00 PM), leaving you adrift during high operation moments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
