It provides a good way to find candidates for your company or connect those that need mentorship with someone else.I also like that it shows jobs that have mentors connected to them. They recently added content from leaders in specific fields which is also different than any other job posting platform I've used. **What do you dislike about Mentorli?** I wish there were more job postings but that seems to be growing more and more every day. **Recommendations to others considering Mentorli:** When you post jobs try and have mentors that would be good representatives of your company. If you're looking for a job only reach out to specific individuals that you feel would be a good match for the job and don't spam everyone. **What problems is Mentorli solving and how is that benefiting you?** If someone is looking for a job and I don't have an immediate connection, I have them download Mentorli. Also if individuals want to give back, I have them sign up and be a mentor. ### 6. In addition, the relationships Mentorli has with diversity-centric organizations has increased the diversity of our pool of candidates. **What do you dislike about Mentorli?** Mentorli was just in the U.S., but last week I participated in a #GetHired Summit sponsored by Mentorli and they seem to have expanded their reach to international markets as well. **What problems is Mentorli solving and how is that benefiting you?** Mentorli has helped me find a more diverse, more qualified pool of talent, and does it faster than my team or recruiters, and at a much lower cost. ### 7. Instead of relying on HR teams to recruit, it is better to take a people first approach, and have the employees of the company connect and mentor those that are looking to build their network and land a job at a their dream company. Incentives and benefits are mutual which creates a lot of potential. Also, moving the spotlight to underrepresented talent has its challenges. Mentorli helps solve this problem, giving everyone a fair chance. **What do you dislike about Mentorli?** It is the early days, so the audience and network will grow, It is just a matter of time, Of course there could be more features to improve the experience on the app, but time will tell. **Recommendations to others considering Mentorli:** Take advantage of its potential! There is so much to do through this app. With Human Resources and People Management, you are able to get improve the quality and diversification of your talent pool, vet the talent before they interview so you save time and money in the recruiting process. Simply stated, it is a more efficient and novel solution to recruiting and finding diverse talent. **What problems is Mentorli solving and how is that benefiting you?** More diverse talent, more vetted talent though the eyes of the employees instead of HR which is a big deal, reduced cost savings on HR practices and recruiting, creating more unified and diverse cultures at work. ### 8.
