**What do you like best about MenaItech?**

MenaItech is a great tool for HR documents and transactions. As an employee, I like how easily we make our leave or vacation requests on the mobile application which is user-friendly, easy to use, and has a great user interface. As an administrator, I like how easily the system is implemented and customized.

**What do you dislike about MenaItech?**

I do not dislike anything in MenaItech. But there is a small problem with it, that is when a new update is released we are forced to apply it, sometimes newer updates have new things that we do not want or are not applicable to our company's policies and laws, so we have to make some customization or workaround to go through those problems.

**What problems is MenaItech solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MenaItech is very helpful software that helps in organizing and managing all HR documents and transactions, it helps in saving time and cost. Now all leave and vacation transactions are automated in one place for more than 100 employees in our company. Also, salaries and payroll are automatically done easily with less time and effort.

affordable and friendly using software that covers different functions

**What do you dislike about MenaItech?**

Nothing 
sometimes 
it was the  part when i need to upload the coruses

**What problems is MenaItech solving and how is that benefiting you?**

getting the Training request, being able to have a record and reports from the system.
