The customer support is very helpful, though their services can be a little slow in getting to a solution it's only because they are working so hard to get your issue resolved. I do however wish they would respond a little bit more frequently and give the customer a more of an update with their services. They need to respond faster when you have an issue with something and they need to update the customer a lot more frequently than they do. I had an issue and I was the one that had to initiate updates not members to which I feel shouldn't be that hard to do. I probably wouldn't have had as big of an issue with this if they kept me up to date with the status of my ticket without me having to go after them for an update. There is nothing negative to be said about Memberstack. Even if there are challenges like having trouble implementing certain features, the fact that the team is so easy to reach and the large amount of help, documentation etc. make it impossible to run into real problems.
