Could improve on user management, primarily in the area of mass editing/deletion. We had a bot attack and couldn't delete the 10s of thousands of fake accounts, but they were easily filtered out and their Recaptcha tool prevented future attacks.

The platform has a great mix of flexibility tied with being straightforward enough to set up, that it still lives comfortably in the no-code space.
