MemberiumPay is fantastic. People are able to purchase access to courses with immediate payment and I don't have to do a thing. It integrates with Active Campaign, which can be a benefit. There speed at responding to ticket problems is very speedy as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have had numerous issues of tags not updating and course access hasn't shut off for users. Memberium try and fix it, and then kind of give up or pass the blame and I have to manually run the back end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Memberium makes it way easy to create Membership Sites. I like various things about Memberium, some of those are as follows:

1. Availablity of shortcodes, this helps in implementing things the way you want e.g. we created a page area for sharing Online Meeting details with people based on which membership tag was applied on them inside Keap (we used shortcodes for making sure that people with certain tags are able to view certain meetings on that particular page)

2. They have an Awesome Support Team

I like that it's a comprehensive offering for membership sites. It has all the features you need to serve just about any industry including integrations with third-party CRM and payment systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Being a comprehensive system can also provide a level of complexity to set up and use. While this can be seen as a negative, once you get in and use the platform on a 2-3 sites you can really see the benefit to the complexity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The plugin gives me great flexibility with my membership site https://members.builditandprosper.com/ and most importantly, the support is superb. Tickets are responded to quickly, and as a non-technical person, they are very patient in explaining anything I don't understand. The time it takes to learn, but then if you want a flexible solution, that seems a small price to pay. I could have used Customer Hub, but I would not have got the site I wanted. Memberium is - per se - a great program to connect our buddyboss/learn-dash platform with ActiveCampaign. It has so many advantages, the main one being the ability to tag any parts of the courses to allow personalized service to our clients. However, we like their service the most. they are very friendly, take their time, never give up and extremely responsive... a real 5-star group of people. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

there is actually nothing really important - it takes some time to get used to the software but the service is so incredible that this is a no-issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have yet to come across something that memberium doesn't do. It is a program that you just set up and it works. No fiddling, no coding, it just does what its supposed to. They also make it super easy to set up and learn with their super in-depth how-to articles and videos. And then even when you have exhausted all their how to videos and you still don't know how to do something their support responds to tickets within hours, not days, with a step by step, with pictures, guide on how to complete what you are trying to do. Some of their more advanced conditional coding doesn't follow similar rules, such as when to put a ' or not. But this is something most users will probably never deal with, plus as I said before their support is the best I've come across, so if you are confused they will make sure you understand something.
