A doctor/nurse could need multiple levels of folders for a single patient could have multiple issues needing a subfolder for each issue. **What problems is Medigram solving and how is that benefiting you?** At Clirnet we have small KPO unit working with clinics and hospitals in the USA. We were advised to go with an cost effective communication and collaboration app to allow our KPO to process medical data as per HIPAA regulations in the States. ### 3. Interacting with the other workers is easy and fast, I can consult on clients or share care modalities within a short span of time. **What do you dislike about Medigram?** There is no button for file sharing or video call, especially helpful while showing X-rays or discussing more extensive case. Such limitations pose relative challenges to the platform in nurturing a health care collaborative environment. **What problems is Medigram solving and how is that benefiting you?** Medigram has changed the ways that I interact with my co-workers. This makes the health communication secured and patients’ privacy and confidentiality maintained and the real-time manner keeping information moving resulting in faster response times. ### 4. The fact that there are a limited number of options for location and doctors bother me because the available are useless. It potentially spread misinformation, which compromise safety. **What do you dislike about Medigram?** One concern raised by the convenience of communication with healthcare professionals through Medigram is the accuracy and quality of advice provided online. There is a risk of miscommunication regarding health and information as it relies solely on written messages than face to face interactions. This platform advertently discourage self-diagnosis. **What problems is Medigram solving and how is that benefiting you?** It ruined our communication methods, within the healthcare industry. With Medigram we are unable to communicate with our colleagues and patients. This obstructs our business by decreasing useability increasing errors and reducing patient care. We waste time just playing phone tag or deciphering messages. we are not able to communicate for enhancing our productivity and streamlining our work processes. ### 5.
