**Describe the project or task MediaCom helped with:**

Getting service restored after a derecho in our area. It took 12 days some people much longer but the storm was awful. We’ve had on/off issues with Mediacom for years. It seems to happen at similar times of the year.

**What do you like best about MediaCom?**

I know the supervisor in our area thankfully who can help get issues resolved pretty quickly.

**What do you dislike about MediaCom?**

Customer service is lacking when you call in to report issues. It typically takes 2-3 weeks for them to get you on their schedule which is absolutely ridiculous!

We use them for media planning, buying, tracking & analytics for strategic buys on multiple publisher platforms.

**What do you like best about MediaCom?**

Easy to work with, experienced, nice people.

**What do you dislike about MediaCom?**

Sometimes they seem overly stressed due to workload, so this can result in occasional workflow issues.
