I have experiences whit different providers on the market, but noone is better than Mediaboard. The tool has friendly environment, you can change anything according to your preferences and they are still coming with some new tools and idead to improve it. Thanks to the regular morning summary, I have a good overview of what is being written about our company and our competitors. Mediaboard is strong in customer support, they are always ready to help with any question or problem. I also appreciate their flexibility and ability to adapt to individual client requirements. Before I've choose a media monitoring tool, I made a very wide analysis, in which I took into account all the important aspects that a PR team of a multinational cross-country company might need. Mediaboard far outperformed all other tools. Besides making reporting very simple, it also includes features such as press release posting, journalist database and crisis communication management.
