The tool has friendly environment, you can change anything according to your preferences and they are still coming with some new tools and idead to improve it. Mediaboard is my best friend in the morning, because I have perfect overview about what happened on our markets. **What do you dislike about Mediaboard?** Only one thing is in my mind that I do not like about Mediaboard. Always when I have some idea for a tool that could be implemented. They are already working on it! **What problems is Mediaboard solving and how is that benefiting you?** Mediaboard is saving our capacities and money for what they do. Mediaboard is strong in customer support, they are always ready to help with any question or problem. I also appreciate their flexibility and ability to adapt to individual client requirements. The user-friendly interface of the online and mobile app is also pleasant. **What do you dislike about Mediaboard?** Sometimes it is difficult to "cleanse" monitoring of outputs that are not entirely relevant. But then comes the help of a really flexible and helpful customer support. **What problems is Mediaboard solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps me to see what topics our company is successful in and what topics it should focus on more. ### 3. Mediaboard far outperformed all other tools. Besides making reporting very simple, it also includes features such as press release posting, journalist database and crisis communication management. Mediaboard for me is really an all in one PR platform that allows me to easily and simply manage PR activities in four countries from HQ. **What do you dislike about Mediaboard?** A little bit more set up needed in the countries outside the primary "Mediaboard" countries. **What problems is Mediaboard solving and how is that benefiting you?** To analysis manually the clippings and to manage the of more countries at one time. ### 4.
