I found the transition to Measured Results easy, with a workshop led by Christopher that helped us with a roadmap. They were instrumental in configuring our HubSpot instance to align with our strategic objectives. I really appreciate their depth of understanding of HubSpot and demand generation overall; they know what they're talking about. Their expertise has definitely boosted my confidence. They are very approachable and knowledgeable, helping us find ROI in the software investment.

The team at Measured Results was incredible to work with. Following a merger, we utilized their services to integrate our disparate systems into one cohesive tech stack.   The team went above and beyond to help us both visualize the end results and shepherd three companies who had just met toward a common goal.  As a partner, they shared expertise and best practices that ensured a successful and efficient delivery of our solution.  What we really appreciated was their ability to adapt and pivot as the project scope changed. We could not recommend them more highly as a partner.

The Measured Results Marketing team have not only been a massive help on a professional level, but they all have gone above and beyond at every opportunity when it came to helping our marketing department to become more successful. The education, encouragement, support, and flexibility that they have provided for our company is unmatched. From the point where MRM stepped in to assist, if I could do it all again, I would honestly change nothing. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome, and we are currently utilizing MRM’s team for our marketing strategy, planning, campaign execution, maintaining the health of our database, gathering analytics, and will continue to do so. We are now executing quality campaigns and have seen more leads coming in than in the previous 3 years. Our data is healhtier than ever and we are continueing to produce new content and excute informed, targeted campaigns.

If there's a downside it's that they are so good at what they do, we only want more of their time and probably would become very dependent on them.

Bringing 2 different systems of data into Hubspot and configuring our instance of Hubspot to work for our entire company.

There is nothing that I would change about the training I received.

We moved from our old helpdesk software to HubSpot, and MRM staff helped us get HubSpot set up, by training us and working in HubSpot to set up workflows, etc.

Nothing and present. There isn't anything at the moment that I would necessarily improve. I would like MRM to keep up the great work and keep supporting companies like us.

Great for implementing CRM solutions and has helped us with our email marketing! They have also helped us with our sales coaching and training.

I would highly recommend MRM if you need help with lead flow projects or software integration projects within your Marketikng Tech Stack.

Typeform needed to update our lead routing flow and bring in a new piece of enrichment software into that flow. MRM has been a tremendous help in getting our flow updated and the new software integrated.

**What do you like best about Measured Results?**

MRM’s kick-ass team is best! We have a fantastic MRM team of Jill Sidoti, Bailey Bliss, Thomas Stromberg, and Zoma Ross, who have partnered and worked seamlessly with my MarTech team. The MRM crew listens incredibly well to our marketing data challenges with HubSpot and then problem-solves with us to develop proactive, thoughtful solutions. We also greatly appreciate that they are very realistic about timelines and explain that the solutions we develop might not be perfect the first time out. Still, through an ongoing, iterative approach, we can make more robust data models to solve many of our marketing data challenges and questions.

**What do you dislike about Measured Results?**

Just that we have not been able to meet and thank them face-to-face for all the help!

**Recommendations to others considering Measured Results:**

Being able to properly build a multi-step B2B customer journey model within HubSpot that actually works. HubSpot does not, unfortunately do this out of the box, which poses a considerable challenge to B2B marketers to show Return on Marketing Investment and attribution properly. MRM is helping us build and optimize an actionable customer journey model that we know is a big challenge, but I’m confident with this team that we’ll get there!

**What problems is Measured Results solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MRM has been instrumental in partnering with my Marketing Technology team building out a strategy and implement a refined HubSpot Marketing data model. We’ve built out a customer (buyer) journey data model that now allows us the foundation to measure better our demand generation response and Return on Marketing Investment.

The MRM team seemed to understand our needs immediately. They had extensive experience in many of the same issues we were experiencing and needed their help with. This made it easier for us to prioritize and focus on the tasks with the best return and turnaround time. The team was comprehensive in their review of the state of our environment and gave us excellent ideas on ways in which we could improve.

**What do you dislike about Measured Results?**

There is not much to dislike when you have a team that is eager to help and gets happy when YOU are happy about the work they have done.

**Recommendations to others considering Measured Results:**

I spoke with three HubSpot vendors, MRM being one of them, and these guys just "clicked" with us. Everyone on our team felt that we had an immediate connection with our MRM team, that they fully understood our goals and would be able to help us accomplish them. So I recommend you shop around only to realize that MRM is who you should work with.

**What problems is Measured Results solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had not done much housecleaning in HubSpot for a long time, and the MRM team helped us to realize that it wasn't so hard. We gave them an extensive wish list, which they helped us to prioritize so they could start working on quick wins. They helped us complete two of our wishlist tasks within the first two weeks of beginning work.

My company has worked with MRM for the past 2 years, primarily with a focus on Hubspot but with Salesforce too.  They helped us navigate going from HS only to HS+SF, which is not an easy transition.

**What do you like best about Measured Results?**

Their guidance and resources have been instrumental to our success.  We specifically worked with Jennifer Jackson (the most), Zoma Ross, Jill Sidoti, and Melanie Bowman, who were all fantastic.  I also appreciated how the CEO, Christopher, was always willing to hop on a call for anything we needed and also helped us navigate our HS renewal successfully.

I like how knowledgeable the staff is. There is never a question that I can't get an answer too. They also take the time to teach us and empower us to move forward on our own so that we aren't completely reliants on the team for every question.

I dislike having to wait to get my questions answered. This is often because we have too many projects going on at once.

I would recommend MRM to anyone who needs a partner to help with Hubspot integration and execution.

Automated marketing for a nonprofit science education association.

**What do you like best about Measured Results?**

The owner is very smart, and all of the staff members are very nice to work with. They delivered on schedule and had great, innovative ideas! In general, their staff is available to help any time, and you can tell they take a lot of pride in their work and care about their clients.

**What do you dislike about Measured Results?**

They didn't seem to have actually done marketing automation before. It felt like we were their training wheels. They understood the theory behind it, but didn't seem to have ever implemented it before.

**Recommendations to others considering Measured Results:**

Ask them for references and examples that you can verify. Find out who will be on your team, and what their personal experience is with automated marketing.

When working with clients we spend time upfront to understand your business model and build the right campaigns and plan to help meet your objectives. That said, we do occasionally run into challenges when working with complicated data-sets and marketing automation tools with advanced functionality that can take time and may require working directly with the marketing automation platform vendor to resolve. 

Our goal when this happens is to stay in constant communication and do whatever work is necessary to resolve the issue with as little disruption as possible to you, the client. We apologize that this was not your experience, and appreciate your input as it helps our team continuously improve our processes and service delivery.

**What do you like best about Measured Results?**

Mike Rejmaniak's technical competence with Salesforce.com and quick learning of Cytel-specific information. Christopher Antonopoulos' confidence & expertise with lead & forecasting system & practices. ALso, very helpful was the Quantitative Funnel MRM generated for me to begin to get a handle on the metrics of lead generation & conversion

**What do you dislike about Measured Results?**

Once we got out of MRM's sweetspot (sales & marketing automation) our internal sales operations technical staff could manage on their own. 
Some progress review meetings were unfocused and when they needed to be focused on a few specific detailed questions or actions had too much general talk and insufficient time on specifics

We were overwhelmed by the quantity of leads to our multi-channel marketing efforts and needed a way to sort, qualify, and respond to them so they could become  sales opportunities to drive closure.  Needed to turn raw data into actionable plans for revenue capture with very limited in-house staffing.

We felt like we got priority treatment and an education into ways to help formalize our methodology.  We experience a reduction in stress, and more thorough control and reaction times, all with guidance to make the implementation seamless.

Cannot think of a downside , investment into the consulting / automation portions yielded a many fold increase

I've worked with MRM on several different projects at different companies. First, I worked with them to sort out our demand generation approach at a SaaS start up. From the initial kickoff meeting through completion of the project, they were in regular contact with the team. The second project was integration between HubSpot and an ERP system at a consulting firm. I came in mid-project, however they got me up to speed quickly and have been very flexible and creative in problem solving.

Their team worked very closely to understand our requirements and to tailor their solution to our needs. Even when the project ended up being a bit more complex than first scoped, they re-assessed their approach and worked with us to make certain the solution fit our needs.

MRM helped us analyze our customer data... both the records themselves across multiple systems, as well as the processes for populating those records, and made recommendations on how to get closer to the golden customer record.

Friendly, responsive, smart team, with a "can do" and "will do" attitude every step of the way.

Project took a bit longer than planned to complete, but that was mostly outside of MRM's control.

I've worked with MRM for almost three years now. They have helped take our marketing operations from a 5 to an 11. Our HubSpot/SFDC connection is a continual evolution but with MRM we know it's in the right hand.

The hands-on approach.  This team has multiple resources that are able to address every aspect of your needs pertaining to marketing automated technology platforms and sales and marketing alignment.

Timing and resources for all inovlved were  at times cut thin.
