All in one software with built-in email service provider. I was looking for a software program that would enable me to set up a training portion (for high ticket clients) and host my website without having to add in extra plugins or integrations like email service providers etc. I have found Mastera to be valuable in this regard. Summary: It's a lot more simple to navigate than Kajabi - 5 Stars It's great value - 5 Stars It has many features, which means I don't need to go outside Mastera - 5 Stars It has the option to create your white label Apple and Android APP, that's great (cost is a bit high) 5 Stars **What do you dislike about Mastera?** The 2 only things that would have been helpful, hopefully they will fix: #1 Where are the tutorials to teach you how to customize the website? - An easy-to-find training portal or place to learn where / how to edit the page design. I tried looking and spent many hours, I got frustrated. - On all other software, an Onboarding Function is built into the user interface until all setup is complete. I don't know how to update the page design or how to customize it because there are no videos anywhere, and I've spent a lot of time Googling it. #2 Why can't we get support/access/onboarding call to suit other time zones? I'm in Australia and unfortunately, the support team doesn't have times to do any calls unless I join them at 3 am my time. This is not doable. Maybe things will get better in the future when they grow their team. Dear Mastera Support - Please make tutorial videos more obvious - I just can't see them in the back end dashboard. Would you please make times available for people in the southern hemisphere to join you for onboarding? In saying this, I still think this software is worth 20 Gold Stars. I liked Mastera better than most (not all) of them BUT I can do it all in one place. ### 3. I would say, by far, Mastera is the 1 that meets the mark in all areas from the admin interface, to instructor interface to the students' interface. The breadth of what it can do ie with the live classes, pre recorded classes and even product sales is definitely a major boost to building my training institute online. **What do you dislike about Mastera?** I am a little concerned about the focus of their tech team due to the breadth of what it can do. Mastera came along and provided me with some inspiration on how I could put the business into motion without a lot of work. I've explored the tool so far with ease and am finding it very intuitive and user friendly. I'm far from live, so cannot comment on any successes, but I am pretty confident that this tool will help me get to where I want to be with my use case. **What do you dislike about Mastera?** There hasn't been anything that stands out yet - I'm still quite new and have not used other platforms in the space that I can compare it to. At this point, I see no need to explore others. **What problems is Mastera solving and how is that benefiting you?** I want to start selling specific expertise via pre-recorded videos, and hosting live training sessions to monatize. I see this platform as being my method to go to market quickly and test the use case to see if it's a feasible business idea. Support has been very responsive and seem to want to make this the best platform available. **What do you dislike about Mastera?** I purchased Tier 3 and the only complaint I have is that to have the platform completely white label I need to purchase 2 more accounts. For me this isn’t a deal breaker. The Mastera logo in the footer isn’t that large and if it supports the platform I’m happy to help. **What problems is Mastera solving and how is that benefiting you?** I help Seniors Master their iPhones and iPads. The ability to deliver live-stream, on-demand and courses (called programs) whilst managing members, marketing and a simple web front end is amazing. **What do you dislike about Mastera?** The web site builder could use a little more functionality but it's only early days and they have already released updates since I purchased the product. I run alongside a Wordpress site so not a deal breaker for me. **What problems is Mastera solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's a super cost effective solution compared to the likes of Kajabi and others in terms of price and capabilities.
