**What do you like best about Martinsen Mayer?**

The personal approach: The people at Martinsen Mayer do what they say they are going to do - if they cannot help, they tell you. If they can help, they tell you just how they will and the steps and timescales it is going to take. Open and honest interraction is the way forward!

**What do you dislike about Martinsen Mayer?**

I have not yet come across anything negative about Martinsen Mayer

**Recommendations to others considering Martinsen Mayer:**

Contact Martinsen Mayer with clear requirements and they will listen and deliver. Open communication is key and you will obtain a mutualy beneficial outcome

**What problems is Martinsen Mayer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

After a lengthy period of no work, and interraction with all of the cold-calling recruiters that "have the best opportunities available", it became clear and apparent that i was just another CV in a pile of candidates that was there to make up the numbers. I have very good and very referencable experience that if read and digested from my CV i would have certainly been considered at least for an initial interview at the roles i was interested in. 8 months later and morale was low - A contact that i had dealt with 10 years ago got in touch as they are now working with Martinsen Mayer. We spoke and i described my ideal role and roles that i would be interested in taking and within a week i had a number of introductions, which lead to an interview and an offer within days of each other. - When you are truly looking for a new role and depend on each and every lead to turn in to an opportunity, it is companies like Martinsen Mayer that you need to be dealing with. No nonsense and with very deep knowledge and a huge network of contacts within the recruitment industry. - Since being in my new role i have reached out to Martinsen Mayer for additional candidates to fill additional roles at the company i now work for, and they have provided extremely competent staff in a very short timescale.

I have no negative feedback. I had a great experience.

**What problems is Martinsen Mayer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Martinsen Mayer have a more human approach to recruitment than what candidates are for the most part experiencing on the job market nowadays.
