Marmind is conceptually built for marketing use cases & proactively solves real problems in planning, budgeting, and basic reporting. The system is under active development and the team is super open to discussing new use cases into the standard. The costs module is super powerful but not (yet) fully integrated in the reporting, which can make the process a bit cumbersome. The good news is that improvements are underway. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Marmind helped me with my old employer to get rid of Excel files entirely when it came to Marketing budgets. It was an enormous uplift since we had many problems with our finance department. I was so impressed by the Marmind solution and the support the whole team offers that I also suggested to my new employer to go the "Marmind way". Here we currently mainly use the solutions prepared for project and campaign planning, but we are planning to also look into the marketing budget solution next year. I wouldn't say I like that I can't independently manage the adding of activities; I need to ask the help of my manager. Too many processes and indications to do an action. For some of us, we could do only online training and not with someone live, which could demonstrate us how we can do Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The overview and the grids you can build by your own. Also the To-Do List is a great option, to be updated all the time. The opportunity to tag people who you work with gives the tool an additional score. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The simple and intuitive use, modern UI, combined with so many possibilities to manage campaigns, tasks and assets. It is so easy to map complex campaigns in a short time using the 'plan'. The asset management, with the possibility of commenting and editing directly in Marmind, is great! Working with Marmind as a provider is very pleasant and professional! The range of functions for the "ToDos" is a little too tight for our needs so far, but it covers the most important things to process tasks.
