Additionally, account management was very proactive and professional. **What do you dislike about Marmind?** The usability of the interface is not always perfect; for example in certain cases it gets slow, the asset management is not easy to reach from the campaign view and the structure in Marmind does not exactly match the structure in which our company works, which makes the meaning of certain terms unclear (e.g. action, campaign, ...) **What problems is Marmind solving and how is that benefiting you?** Using professional campaign management with the ability to collaboratively work together on campaigns, plans and assets and have structured to-do lists with notificiations instead of various Office documents. **Official Response from Peter Fechter:** > Hello there, first of all sorry for our late reply!
