It helps me to focus on my to dos without being distracted by other people tasks. I like the structure and the possibility to have custom fields and predifined workflows to checkmark. **What do you dislike about Marmind?** The usability is a bit off. When refreshed, the page loses the bookmark and you need to re-activate it. Although i do not have this issue in particular, the font size and the font color of some instances is not user friendly. What I do not like, is that I cannot see the unique code assigned in a to do unless I open it. **What problems is Marmind solving and how is that benefiting you?** MarMind is helping in nesting and better organizing the huge amount of to dos, that would have been otherwise fragmented here and there. Table view reverts to settings that one has not made. Occasionally, there are problems with the assignment of individual tasks. In a complex organization, aligning different brand and product marketing teams, as well as sales and regional markets, is a challenge. With Marmind, we are planning budgets and marketing activities dynamically, using tags to help us build overview charts. In addition, we are working on assets together, simplifying the alignment process with internal and external stakeholders, also using automated approval workflows. With budgets and costs as well as activities (especially things like events and trade fairs) and to-dos on view and up to date for everyone in the organization, we could reduce alignment efforts and increase transparency in our organization. Marmind is updated on a monthly basis, always improving user experience based on our feedback. Support is fast and friendly.
