Honestly, we were pleasantly surprised by how quickly everything came together. We had the PIM system up and running, products uploaded, and catalog configured within a day. The interface is really user-friendly, no steep learning curve or anything.
What we love most is how easy it is to generate PDF catalogs and create infographics, plus we can push content to multiple channels without any hassle. Everything runs smoothly, and whenever we've had questions, their support team gets back to us fast with helpful answers.

We haven't run into any real problems yet, which is always a good sign. There are definitely some advanced features we haven't dug into fully.
