Marketing Automation Canada has guided our marketing strategies through their expert knowledge of Adobe Marketo. Their insights have improved our Marketo instance and significantly simplified our integration with Salesforce. This alignment has accelerated our operational efficiency, streamlining our processes and taking our reporting capabilities to the best possible. These two systems need to work seamlessly together, and thanks to Marketing Automation Canada, we cleaned up a lot of noise. They provided critical guidance on best practices and advanced techniques in Marketo that have allowed us to leverage marketing automation more effectively. Among many things (Hubspot implementation, email design, etc.), this particular review is about our website relaunch. We recently had the pleasure of working with Joel from MAC on our website project, and we couldn't be more thrilled with the results. From start to finish, Joel was absolutely amazing. He managed to complete our website with an incredibly fast turnaround, even as we significantly expanded the project's scope beyond the initial plan. Joel's dedication was evident through his daily meetings with our team, keeping us organized and on track every step of the way. His responsiveness and efficiency made the process so much less stressful, which is no small feat considering the challenges that typically come with building a website. This is a huge task and the best way to get value from it is utilizing correctly from the beginning and to its maximum potential. What problems is Marketing Automation Corp solving and how is that benefiting you? Our first request was to improve the sales team visibility and customer' visit reporting within HubSpot. We are a global company and many of our systems are not connected. I worked with MAC's partner Ashley Knowles who suggested Playbook implementation within HubSpot, and this works globally. We will continue to work with MAC on our second request; to connect HubSpot to our company's portal and other marketing channels within the Chemical industry. I am currently working with them to set up our CRM in a way we can find new business application and opportunities to our commercial team through many of the lead generation efforts we have in placed. Ashley and the team are very knowledgeable, always available and prepared to meet with you and understand the needs of your team. They've built entire campaigns as needed, reviewed integration issues, participated in many calls with different stakeholders to help troubleshoot and problem solve. When I needed to scale back for budget reasons they have remained on call for whatever smaller needs I have. It's made my life way easier and made our email efforts more efficient. I am managing the expansion of our use of the Marketo platform by following the advice of a different consulting agency which had extensive knowledge of the use of the platform, but I don't have a whole lot of technical knowledge about the program. Having Marketing Automation Canada available for questions or to work on aspects of our plan that are too complex for me to understand quickly has been invaluable. My project is ahead of schedule and NOT over budget. Their build-outs look very professional. They have been happy to create documentation so that I can perform some of the same work they've done when it needs to be repeated, like the data clean-up.
