I can only speak on the CRM implementation subject. This is a huge task and the best way to get value from it is utilizing correctly from the beginning and to its maximum potential. Our first request was to improve the sales team visibility and customer' visit reporting within HubSpot. We are a global company and many of our systems are not connected. I worked with MAC's partner Ashley Knowles who suggested Playbook implementation within HubSpot, and this works globally. We will continue to work with MAC on our second request; to connect HubSpot to our company's portal and other marketing channels within the Chemical industry.
