Marketics, LLC Reviews & Provider Details

Marketics is performance-based revenue optimization for short-term rentals. Most underperforming listings aren't underpriced, they're mispositioned. They're presented as something other than what they are, so they land on the wrong shortlist and lose comparisons they should win. No rate adjustment fixes that. We're the revenue seat, not the property manager. A property manager runs the house: cleaning, turnovers, keys, guest messaging. We run the market: positioning, photography direction, listing quality, search ranking, comp-set strategy and pricing, last, because price is the output of value, not the input. What makes the model different: we're paid 10% of revenue, and only when your revenue grows. No retainer. No setup fees. No long contract. A $500 deposit, refunded on completing the first 90 days. You keep your listing, your payouts, and your control. Built for owners with 1–10 listings, the ones portfolio-focused revenue managers refer down, and full-service managers overcharge. Track record: 35× Airbnb Superhost · 1,000+ listings optimized across 22 markets in the US, Canada, and Mexico · a documented 45% median revenue lift, net of market. Your Market. Mastered.™
