It allowed better customer service compared to FAQ pages, help centers, etc. **What do you dislike about MarketEngine?** I feel like there could have been more user-friendly, aside from the live chat, there was sort of a learning curve. Granted, I'm not the most tech-savvy person in the world. **Recommendations to others considering MarketEngine:** I would definitely check it out. If you put in the time, it will help you a lot with your business in the future. **What problems is MarketEngine solving and how is that benefiting you?** Expanding my store was a huge deal to me. MarketEngine helped me with building it up and expanding my store. Having more areas to sell meant a lot to me and my business. ### 2. Support takes over 24 hours to respond, but they respond and resolve the issue quickly! In particular, I don't care if there are too many tickets in front of me. From the moment the support starts to assist me, I hope they solve the problem quickly! But the pleasure of seeing your problem solved, makes up for the wait.
