I find Maptitude Online incredibly easy to use. The caliber of the graphics is terrific, which is fantastic for sharing with others who may not be familiar with it. It's very dynamic and makes it easy to scan around, pan, zoom in, and zoom out. Additionally, its reasonable pricing makes it financially viable. Online maps make it possible for our clients to get the benefit of GIS without knowing anything about GIS. All they know is they can see markets in a dynamic way that really opens their eyes. We've pushed Maptitude Online to the limits because we use graphics very extensively. So, you could say that's a "problem", but on the other hand, they've been improving it all the time, and it's a work in progress. So I wouldn't characterize it as a problem. I can't say there's anything we "dislike" about Maptitude Online. The only shortcoming is that the online version is not as capable as the desktop version. But we've worked closely with Caliper staff and pushed them to incorporate as many capabilities that are available in the desktop version to the online version.
