**What do you like best about Mapsly?**

I enjoy the functionality to create the routes and efficiently access the accounts when linked to Zoho.
Also being able to export new accounts through searching for a "google listed" business and having most data require be present in the account ready to go is very helpful and efficient.

**What do you dislike about Mapsly?**

Some things I dislike about Mapsly on occasion is the smoothness of the program.
Being able to zoom in and out, click on accounts and access all information required through the linked programs is very important when out in field and operating fast paced is sometimes crucial.

**What problems is Mapsly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows me to sometimes identify business I may have not been aware of previously. Also it is also very helpful to see all my accounts and where they are located in my territory and have a good overview of everything and identify key areas and clusters.

**What do you like best about Mapsly?**

Mapsly is an excellent tool that really stands out for being feature rich. It offers a wide range of functions and customizable filters that make it easy to tailor the platform to exactly what you need. The depth of its features gives you a lot of flexibility, whether you’re looking for powerful mapping, automation, or detailed filtering options.

**What do you dislike about Mapsly?**

The only drawback is that Mapsly can feel a bit complicated at times. With so many features, it can be difficult to find certain buttons or functions right away.

**What problems is Mapsly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mapsly makes it easy to see all my accounts in a given area without having to dig through the CRM. I can quickly visualize how far accounts are from one another, which saves time and makes planning much more efficient.

**What do you like best about Mapsly?**

The web app is responsive and much easier to use than the mobile app.

**What do you dislike about Mapsly?**

This app usage has been mandated to track my progress as a contractor with the company.
-On my devices, I disable GPS to save battery and increase privacy. Location services are then turned on and off as I'm using the app, which increases loading time, up to 3 minutes at times. Allowing location data to be disabled until it is required by the action being taken would be appreciated (Yes, I realize this will greatly increase loading times for check-in/check-out features).
-While the map is nice sometimes, I would like there to be an option to disable it to save on loading times. I don't use the app to navigate, as I do all of that manually (yes, I actually do this manually, as many locations indicated on the maps use incorrect roads), the feature set to plan routes is redundant for my use case.
-Site/Task data isn't cached on the device, so I need an active internet connection to verify driving instructions on the app. I end up screenshotting the directions to avoid opening the app needlessly.
-Until recently, the app did not save my search settings for my task list, adding extra steps every time I waited for the app to open. Thank you for adding this feature.
-The contracting company uses check-in/check-out features, which ask redundant/irrelevant questions. I don't know if it is easy for the customer to update these questionnaires.
-Defaulting to the search function on all pop-ups and forms makes quickly loading and viewing sites on a mobile device tedious, as I have to close the keyboard so I can see more of the site data. Likewise, not having a static search bar (as opposed to having it at the top and disappearing when I scroll down) makes it difficult to search when I want to; I need to scroll back to the top to then search. Basically, I don't like the search function being the default, and when I need it, it's not easily accessible.

The use of the App has become a bottleneck for my workflow operations, as many features aren't used, and loading times are prohibitively long if Location Services isn't active on the device by default. Small UI functionality makes using the App on a mobile device tedious and frustrating. Most of the issues I'm seeing are with the mobile app,

Saving filter data after closing the app has been a step in the right direction.

Mapsly has become an essential part of my daily workflow, helping me streamline both prospecting and travel planning. As a visual thinker, having all my data overlaid on a map makes everything more intuitive and efficient. I think that the application is very well designed with tremendous features, i am working on this since past 7 months and i realize that there are more things to learn and explore.
I will rate it the best and wish that it provides its services a little better each day.

I have used simple features as we work with drone pilots and clients globally. Mainly, my task include keeping the inspection data of the sites up to date. But I think that we can change the UI/UX a bit to make it more customer friendly and show help options clearly for the user to explore just like Google does it with its browser. We can show what new features have been added/removed from the application on regular basis.

**What do you like best about Mapsly?**

Mapsly makes it incredibly easy to visualize and manage our sales territories directly from our HubSpot CRM data. The integration is seamless, and we especially appreciate how we can dynamically adjust territories based on real-time customer and lead data. It has significantly improved our team's efficiency and decision-making when it comes to territory assignments, both for Sales and Technical staff members at the company.
Lastly, the customer support has been great as well, with a typical response time of about 5 - 20 mins.

**What do you dislike about Mapsly?**

While the core territory mapping features work very well, the interface can feel a bit overwhelming at first due to the number of options available. A more guided onboarding experience or simplified UI for new users would make adoption even smoother.

**What problems is Mapsly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mapsly helps us solve the challenge of organizing and visualizing our customer and lead data geographically. By mapping and assigning companies in our HubSpot CRM to specific territories, we’re able to streamline how our sales and technical teams delegate work and responsibilities. This ensures better coverage, avoids overlap, and allows each team member to focus on the accounts within their region. **What do you like best about Mapsly?**

The staff, and I know that seems weird for a tech solution but its true. The team at Mapsly are amazing at partnering with us to make sure the way our data is communicated through geography is super effective. Whether we are trying to use a workflow to populate the distance from 1 item to another, or workflows that update the closest listings to a specific contact. These workflows weren't crafted by me, instead I just came up with the idea and the team at Mapsly did it quickly and easily. Their base features do what every other mapping tool in the world does, but their team of programmers and reps make it do so much more.

I honestly have a hard time finding a negative thing about this tool, so many amazing features and also their require setup is quite easy to implement.

My favorite part of Mapsly is the integration with Smartsheet. We use Smartsheet for our project management and Mapsly already integrates well. Additionally, I appreciate that it's really easy to get ahold of support whenever I need it.

**What do you dislike about Mapsly?**

All of the adjustments you make are on one map, so there aren't multiple "dashboards" with different maps to work on, so you have to stay organized and understand what data points are showing.

**What problems is Mapsly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to use the territories feature to map coverage of vendors, and then see what sites fall in the vendor coverage to know what sites can be worked on by which vendors.

I like that i can customize where my starting and ending points will be so that I can have the most effective day on the road. Easy to use platform, they have significantly improved any bugs in over the last year.

**What do you dislike about Mapsly?**

If i have an appointment in the middle of the day, creating a route does not take that into consideration. Sometimes i have to go out of order to the pins selected because i am expected to be certain places at certain times.

I use it to pull account lists of clients, or prospects based on regions or based on account ownership. I love that I can use it to identify accounts in a radius, and export the data into a csv for further use outside of Mapsly.

I have not found a reason to dislike the tool, I would say I haven't used the route planner very much. Maybe the initial learning curve is one that takes some time but other than, it becomes easy to use and intuitive.

We have regional sales executives who are tasked with meeting and demoing our software to dealerships. I use mapsly to pull reports for them of stores to target in their regions and use salesforce to give us more details about those stores.

Easy to use, The operation is simple. The user interface is simple and easy to understand.

**What do you dislike about Mapsly?**

Every time turn on Mapsly, need take 15 sec to prepare the map. Each time I zoom in on the map, it takes some loading time before the information I need appears. The operation is simple, but sometimes making adjustments can be a bit cumbersome.

I can view the satellite layer, which makes it easier for me to find my way, and I can navigate directly to Google Maps.

**What do you like best about Mapsly?**

We are in the B2B service business and have prospects/customers all over North America. I don't use Mapsly for the ''route feature.'' I use it to visualize the different prospects/customers that we've categorized in different vertical niches within our CRM integration (Pipedrive). The capacity to see the visual by different custom fields is a game changer for us. I use it on a weekly basis.

**What do you dislike about Mapsly?**

The support is good, but once I requested a demo, the employee was going way too fast in the feature demonstration. It's not that easy to use given the huge amount of features that are integrated within Mapsly. Other than that, I know I'm not using it to its full potential. Step by step.

**What problems is Mapsly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1) Allows us to identify potentially valuable customers/prospects in regions we were already planning to visit. 
2) Allows us to segment per industry vertical
3) Allows us to (via Pipedrive Integration) add historical sales data to geo location data. (most profitable sectors) 
etc..

**What do you like best about Mapsly?**

It allows me to prospect my day by showing me areas where I can make sales calls in.  It gives me a visual of where potential leads are.

**What do you dislike about Mapsly?**

It has a difficult time syncing with cellular service.  It's very delayed and sometimes crashes. It also doesn't show all the potential prospects on the lead.  The mobile version is not user friendly and very difficult to use. It has a difficult time loading up and can take minutes- even when building a route from a computer connected to high-speed internet.

It helps me map out my day by allowing me to see where my leads are located in the area I cover.

I love the ability to map out where businesses are located in proximity to my clients.  In addition, I love how easy it it to create a map to show clients geographically, how far specific locations are from their a primary destination.  I also really appreciate that when you log out, it doesn't delete your previous search data.

**What do you dislike about Mapsly?**

There are no downsides as of yet from my experience.

**What problems is Mapsly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mapsly saves me an incredible amount of time when working with clients and trying to determine what businesses are close, the right fit, and within a defined search area, based on search criteria.
Mapsly easily allows me to provide my clients with a map of a determined geography
The ease of use with how Mapsly allows me to schedule a route to visit key locations, when going out of state is extremely beneficial

No dislikes. Our team would like to see notification of updates, development improvements, or any new features or changes rolled out to ensure use of all features. Out team would like for mileage/distance to be more accurate.

It is a bit complex to set up, but the team at Mapsly is always ready to help. Great support. So it can be a bit cumbersome to set up and configure.

It solves a few problems but they can mostly be boiled down to it helping us understand where our customers and prospects are. This helps in planning Sales Blitzes, team travel, and customer clusters.

We use Mapsly in a bit of a different way than it is currently designed to be used. For our company being able to circle certain areas and see what customers and leads are in that area is extremely beneficial for us. We currently use Mapsly in conjunction with Zendesk Sell.

There's nothing imparticular I can think of that I dislike, for the most part once you figure it out it is user friendly.

The thing I like the best about Mapsly is the way it makes checking into accounts easy. I can see all accounts in one area and it makes it easier to travel between them.

Mapsly is not reliable. Often it does not reached my stops and hours properly. It often fails to load. It also sometimes says I’m nowhere near a place i am literally standing right in front of.

Mapsly is keeping track of daily stops/visits. It makes it easy to record where I have been through out the workday.

The automation is terrific, but if I had to pick one thing that stood out, it is the Mapsly support team.  I only had to tell them what I needed and they built it out.  Super easy.

**What do you dislike about Mapsly?**

I don't know if this was the case, but it seemed like when we went over our alotment, the automations turned off and I had to manually start them again.  The challenge is that I wasn't always aware that they were off.  Maybe a notification was sent out and I missed them, but that would be helpful if an email about an overage went out, but the automations stayed on. I would gladly pay overage fees in order to keep the processes flowing.

We needed to identify all of the service techs within a 60 mile radius of our customer's location.

Creating territories within Mapsly is super easy! As an international organization, we've struggled in the past to find a tool that makes it easy for us to manage different criteria for different regions of the world. But...we don't have that issue with Maplsy.

Also, the Mapsly team is great with their support. They made onboarding easy, and turn-around time for assistance with any questions is fast.

**What do you dislike about Mapsly?**

The "Shared Map View" isn't very intuitive at first; however, Mapsly's documentation walks you through it step by step. After a few times, it becomes second nature what the process is.

We use Mapsly to visualize our data across territories, making reps more efficient.

Their support is the best I have seen in this industry. I have my issues addressed and solved in matter of hours. They actually make you feel like you are the most important client that they have, not just some number. 

There are so many features I really like. I am going to say the way it can be customized to fit any need it my favorite. We are not the typical type of company that would use a map program like this. Because we enter our request in one at a time, but this is a great program. I was able to customize it to fit our needs perfectly. 

It was so easy to Implement this program up for what we needed. If I had any questions they would help me immediately. It is to customize and have multiple layers and filters. I had Mapsly programed within 1 day with the help of the support answering a few questions. 

Since there is so many was to customize and filter it make is easy for easy of my users to set this up exactly how they want. It makes their time in the field go smoother. It groups their appointments for them. 

The users in the field are on Mapsly all day. With syncing they have up to the date data at all times. We have tried other maps programs. This one is the best.

Mapsly integrates with Zoho seamlessly. I feel it is part of the Zoho platform and not an add on.

**What do you dislike about Mapsly?**

The only thing that for us since we enter leads through out the day is that it does not sync often enough. The guys in the field have to keep refreshing the page.

**What problems is Mapsly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Map Currently we are having no issues with Mapsly. When we do, they start working immediately to solve the problem.  At this time, I can't even remember one of my issues because it happens so seldomly. sly integrates with Zoho seamlessly. I feel it is part of the Zoho platform and not an add on.

The integration with third-party tools is excellent—but it’s the incredible support behind it that truly sets this tool apart from anything else I’ve used. Amazing! After a quick walkthrough, I was easily able to implement the additional features I wanted, like seamless check-ins powered by AI and automation.

Currently, my specific CRM doesn’t have a native integration—but their stellar support team has made connecting everything surprisingly easy.

The initial setup can be a bit challenging. Due to the wide range of tools and features, there’s a learning curve and it takes some time to get fully accustomed.

With Mapsly, we plan routes for our field reps and perform form check-ins that trigger updates in our HubSpot fields, including statuses, amounts, notes, and more. We also track our reps and review daily-generated tracking reports that include data on completed visits, miles covered, and time spent.

Is really useful for routing our engineers, easy to create routes and work out the best order in which to complete our jobs. Support team are normally really quick to respond when an issue arises.

Quite frequent bugs/issues, also has an occurring issue where a job will load in the completely wrong place and you have to spend ages playing around with it to load in the correct location.
