If i have an appointment in the middle of the day, creating a route does not take that into consideration. Sometimes i have to go out of order to the pins selected because i am expected to be certain places at certain times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are in the B2B service business and have prospects/customers all over North America. I don't use Mapsly for the ''route feature.'' I use it to visualize the different prospects/customers that we've categorized in different vertical niches within our CRM integration (Pipedrive). The support is good, but once I requested a demo, the employee was going way too fast in the feature demonstration. It's not that easy to use given the huge amount of features that are integrated within Mapsly. Other than that, I know I'm not using it to its full potential. Step by step. It has a difficult time syncing with cellular service. It's very delayed and sometimes crashes. It also doesn't show all the potential prospects on the lead. The mobile version is not user friendly and very difficult to use. I love the ability to map out where businesses are located in proximity to my clients. In addition, I love how easy it it to create a map to show clients geographically, how far specific locations are from their a primary destination.
