I find MapBusinessOnline to be an outstanding, agile, and informative tool. I love how it allows us to plot all kinds of data and overlay it on maps, enabling us to quickly compare competitors and networks. This capability provides valuable insights and competitive advantages. I also have a strong appreciation for the value-to-price ratio, which is second to none for this product. Additionally, the integration with Microsoft Excel, allowing for enhanced charting, is outstanding. I find the product easy to set up and get started with, needing only a basic understanding of how to import data, and it aligns perfectly with our requirement to accurately calculate time and distance while advertising our excellent service. I find the product has a couple of quirks that require more in-depth usage to fully understand how it works, which can be slightly inconvenient. Additionally, the data limits can max out quickly if you do not regularly clean out old files.
