I love how easy it is to upload a spreadsheet of data to map and not have to enter one by one. It updates the data fast and easy after I have edited my spreadsheet from what is shown on the map. Reaching out to support for help is very simple and comes with a fast response time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

MapBusinessOnline has become an invaluable tool for our trucking operations, offering a powerful blend of mapping precision and business intelligence. Its ability to visualize customer density across geographic regions has directly supported smarter decisions around manning levels and route planning.

By layering customer locations, delivery volumes, and service windows onto detailed maps, we’ve been able to identify high-demand zones and align driver coverage accordingly. This has helped us optimize staffing, reduce idle time, and ensure our resources are deployed where they’re needed most.

Equally important, MapBusinessOnline is designed with accessibility in mind. Users don’t need to be GIS experts or have a technical background to be proficient. The interface is intuitive, and the learning curve is minimal—making it easy for operations teams to quickly generate insights and apply them to real-world decisions. I find MapBusinessOnline to be an outstanding, agile, and informative tool. I love how it allows us to plot all kinds of data and overlay it on maps, enabling us to quickly compare competitors and networks. This capability provides valuable insights and competitive advantages. I also have a strong appreciation for the value-to-price ratio, which is second to none for this product. Additionally, the integration with Microsoft Excel, allowing for enhanced charting, is outstanding. I find the product easy to set up and get started with, needing only a basic understanding of how to import data, and it aligns perfectly with our requirement to accurately calculate time and distance while advertising our excellent service. I find the product has a couple of quirks that require more in-depth usage to fully understand how it works, which can be slightly inconvenient. Additionally, the data limits can max out quickly if you do not regularly clean out old files. A warning about reaching these limits would be very welcome, as it would help prevent any unexpected issues with data capacity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

MBO is a solid product for the money. I'm a marketer that has been using geocoding software for over 20 years. They can be expensive and challenging to work with. I would classify MBO as a consumer-grade product that will probably handle 99% of what most people need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I'd like to see a more robust catalog of demographic data available. Sometimes, I'm limited on number of calculations (1mm) so I have to break my datasets into groups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
